    In modern conditions, the tasks of transition to the territorial sustainable development are complex and cannot be reduced only to the sectoral issues. The solution of the tasks set must be based on taking into account the natural environment development laws, as well as the laws of the public institutions’ development and the economic mechanisms development. An economic policy with an analysis of the state of the Rostov Region economy sectors is presented in the Strategy for the Socio-Economic Development of the Rostov Region 2020-2030 (hereinafter referred to as Strategy 2030), which also considers the key trends in the construction industry. According to Strategy 2030, the Rostov Region, according to many indicators of the construction complex, is consistently among the leaders in Russia.     Purposeful synthesis of derivatives of 1,2,4-triazole is one of the most important branches of modern pharmaceutical science Modern pharmaceutical market of domestic medicines requires constant updates of existing range. It makes possible the synthesis of new compounds with a predicted biological activity. The main advantage of derivatives of 1,2,4-triazole is high efficiency and low toxic. That is promising factor for creation of new chemical compounds. Analysis of literary data of past few years has showed that there is not enough information about synthesis, physical, chemical and biological properties of derivatives of 4-amino-5-methyl-4H-1,2,4-triazole-3-thiol in the literature. So synthesis and further research of derivatives of 4-amino-5-methyl-4H-1,2,4-triazole-3-thiol is topical. The research took place at the Department of toxicological and inorganic Chemistry of Zaporizhzhia State Medical University (the head of the department – professor O. I. Panasenko). During the work the research were the physicochemical properties of newly synthesized of compounds in accordance with the methods described in the State Pharmacopoeia of Ukraine. As starting substance was used 4-amino-5-methyl-4H-1,2,4-triazole-3-thiol obtained by cyclization of of potassium 2-atsetilgidrazinkarboditioata in the medium hydrazine hydrate. It is planned to research of the compounds obtained in the antimicrobial, act-protective, antioxidative and hypolipidemic activity. 9 new compounds of ylidene derivatives of 4-amino-5-methyl-4H-1,2,4-triazole-3-thiol were synthesized in a research. The structure of the new synthesized of substances was confirmed by with by means of modern of instrumental methods analysis (1H-PMR-spectroscopy, chromato-mass-spectrometry, elemental analysis). The obtained data is possible to use in purposeful synthesis for the further research of biologically active compounds

    The article describes the boundary-value problem of the theory of optimal control for matrix differential equations in the critical case. This problem is urgent for wide range of applications like modeling of linear technological and economic processes. A problem of controlling movement is reduced to solutions of boundary-value problems of n× n systems of ordinary differential equations of the first order. Solution of these tasks is very complex in case of control of systems in which the number of processes exceeds the amount of information about the initial state. The paper is devoted to finding conditions for solvability and construction solutions of boundary-value problems in critical case of the theory of motion control, in which the number of boundary conditions does not coincide with the number of unknowns in the system. The condition of solvability of such problems is found. Author describes the approach for solution to the problem with the help of theory of pseudoinverse matrices. In addition this approach is applicable to the problem of analytic construction of regulators and the optimal stabilization.У статті розглянуто крайову задачу в критичному випадку, яка виникає в теоріїоптимального керування для матричних диференціальних рівнянь.     Development of sensitive, acurate, reproducible HPLC-DMD-MS method for determination of the residualamounts of active drug substance "Tryfuzol" in poultryhomogenatesamples and application of this method for testing chiken groups is an important task for the confirmation of thi drug safety. The substance extraction conditions were optimized for methods development. It was established optimum extraction condition. Chromatographic conditions and massspectrometric studies were optimized. As mobilephase, a flowrate of 0.4 ml min-1 isocraticelution 0.1% (v / v) formicacid in water (A) acetonitrile containing 0.1% (v / v) formicacid (B). The composition of the mobile phase of 70% / 30% (v / v). Total running time is 5 minutes. Wave length of the detectoris 276 nm. Control of substances availability was carried by retention time and under UV and massspectra. The technique complies with relevant regulations. The absence of saidsubstance in the study chiken group was proven by using developed techniques

    PROPERTIES OF NEW SALTS OF 2-(5-(ADAMANTANE-1-YL)-4-R-1,2,4-TRIAZOLE-3-YLTIO)ACETIC ACIDS IN THE GLUCOSE TOLERANCE TEST

    The concentration of glucose in the blood is one of the integral indicators of the internal environment that reflects the metabolism of carbohydrates, proteins and fats in the body. Glucose is a key component of human metabolism. The level of blood sugar is one of the most important controlled constants of body that defines homeostasis and displays the status of carbohydrate metabolism. Low blood sugar (hypoglycemia) is a dangerous condition when blood glucose is critically low. The aim of research. The aim of our study was pharmacological screening of the effects of the newly synthesized salts of 2-(5-adamantane-1-yl)-4-R-1,2,4-tirazol-3-yltio)acetic acids on glucose blood level in experimental animals. Materials and methods. The compounds have been synthesized at the Department of Inorganic Chemistry and Toxicology of Zaporozhye State Medical University (the Head of the chair, Professor Panasenko O.I.). Blood glucose levels of saults of2-(5-adamantane-1-yl)-4-R-1,2,4-tirazol-3-yltio)acetic acids in rats have been evaluated by intraperitoneal glucose tolerance test (IGTT). IGTT was reproduced by glucose load on animals in a dose of 2 g / kg of rat’s body weight. White nonlinear rats weighing 160-230 g were involved in experiments. Animals were divided into 13 groups of 7 animals in each group: the 1st is intact one; the 2nd is control one with glycemia (untreated), the 3rd group of the animals received glibenclamide in the dose of 1 mg / kg; the groups 3-13 received 1,2,4-triazole derivatives. The compounds were dissolved in purified water at the rate of 1 ml per 100 g of animals’ weight and were injected intraperitoneally. Glucose content in blood has been measured by glucosidase method using glucometer «Accu Chek Active» in 30 minutes from the load moment. The research results have been processed by modern statistical methods of analysis on a personal computer using a standard software package Microsoft Office 2010 (Microsoft Excel) and «STATISTICA® for Windows 6.0». Arithmetic means (M) and standard error of the average (± m) were calculated. The reliability of intergroup differences in experimental data was set by means of the Student's t-test. We used 3 levels of statistical significance of differences of research results - p <0.05; p <0.01; and p <0.001. Results Among studied salts of 2-(5-adamantane-1-yl) -4-R-1,2,4-tirazole-3-yltio)acetic acids, compounds which reduce the level of glucose in the experimental animals’ blood have not been identified. Diethanolamine salt of 2-(5-adamantane-1-yl) -4-phenyl-1,2,4-tirazole-3-yltio)acetic acids raised glucose level at 212.07% (p <0.001) most vividly. The increasing glucose level at 191.32% (p <0.001) was observed in diethanolamine salt of 2-(5-adamantane-1-yl) -4-phenyl-1,2,4-tirazol-3-yltio)acetic acid (compound 5). The availibility of methyl substituent to N4 nitrogen atom leads to the least expressed hyperglycemia in rats. Thus, pipiridine salt of 2-(5-adamantane-1-yl)-4-methyl-1,2,4-tirazole-3-yltio)acetic acid reduced the glucose level at least on 32.36% (p <0.001). The dependence of pharmacological activity on chemical structure has been determined. Conclusion In conditions of glucose tolerance test all studied salts increased blood glucose level. The glucose level increased most vividly in applying diethylamine and diethanolamine salts of 2-(5-adamantane-1-yl)-4-phenyl-1,2,4-tirazole-3-yltio)acetic acids. It is established that the presence of methyl substituent at N4 nitrogen atom leads to the least expressed increase of glucose in the blood of experimental animals

    Partial homogenization of the diffusion equation with a dirac-like potential

    Homogenization of the diffusion equation with a singular potential for a model of a biological cell network

    The paper is devoted to a reaction-diffusion problem describing diffusion and consumption of nutrients in a biological tissue consisting of small cells periodically arranged in an extracellular matrix. Cells consume nutrients with a rate proportional to cell area and to nutrient concentration. The dependence on the nutrient concentration can be linear or nonlinear. The cells are modeled by a potential approximating the Dirac’s delta-function. The potential has a periodically distributed support of small measure. The problem contains two small parameters: the diameter of a cell and the distance between the cells (in comparison with the characteristic macroscopic size). In the multi-dimensional formulation assuming some restriction on the relation of parameters, we prove convergence of solution of this problem to the solution of a limiting homogenized problem. We show that the problem is non-homogenizable in classical sense if this restriction fails. © 2020, Springer Nature Switzerland AG
