Tax License of Legal Person
No full textEnacting of tax license means an important change in taxation of incomes of legal persons, because determination of minimum tax partially eliminates the possibility to avoid paying of income tax. The obligation to pay tax license differs according to conditions determined by law and the legal regulation also includes exemptions from this obligation. By enacting of the legislation of tax license of legal person the incomes of state budget increased; on the other hand, determination of minimum tax in the form of tax license influenced the establishment of business companies and resulted in cancellation of business companies which did not develop economic activities. In the paper the author analyses legislation of tax license and points out the opinions of the professional public on its amendment. The author also points out the proceeding before the Constitutional Court of the Slovak Republic in the case of compliance of the provisions of the Income Tax Act which regulate the issue of tax license with the Constitution of the Slovak Republic and the Charter of Fundamental Rights and Freedoms

che ne riducono progressivamente la sezione fino al valore desiderato. Per assicurare il passaggio attraverso le filiere, riducendo
quanto più possibile l’attrito, è necessaria una lubrificazione, ottenuta tramite l’utilizzo di diverse sostanze chimiche: si passa da
emulsioni acqua/olio per lubrificazione liquida, a stearati di sodio e/o calcio o polimeri per lubrificazione solida. Tali lubrificanti
devono formare un film sottile, omogeneo e ben adeso al filo, ma devono poter essere rimossi al termine dei processi di riduzione
di sezione se si desidera ottenere un filo superficialmente pulito e pronto per eventuali successivi trattamenti galvanici, termici o
di rivestimento superficiale di vario genere. In questo articolo verrà analizzata una tecnica innovativa per la pulizia del filo, in linea
con l’impianto di trafilatura, applicabile sia a monte del processo (pulizia/decapaggio della vergella) sia a valle (pulizia finale prebobinatura).

No full textExtract:Overview: The Lance Armstrong Foundation (LAF) is an organization that has been highly successful leveraging sport and social responsibility. The LAF was founded in 1997 by professional cyclist Lance Armstrong, during his treatment for testicular cancer that had spread to his abdomen, lungs, and brain. The LAF was started based upon the idea of improving the lives of individuals affected by cancer. In its early years, the organization consisted of a small group of employees and volunteers working to raise money in the fight against cancer (LIVESTRONG: Our history, n.d.). Since those formative years, a number of factors have impacted the growth of the organization. First, cancer has emerged as the world's leading cause of death. Second, Lance's stature has expanded exponentially. Third, the resources available to the organization have increased significantly. Accordingly, the organization now reaches every corner of the globe. As an example, in 2010, over 1,100 grassroots LIVESTRONG days - a day/event founded by the organization in 2004 to celebrate the movement against cancer — were held in over 65 countries (LIVESTRONG: Milestones, n.d.)

Asimismo haremos una especial referencia a los comentarios a los que por distintas circunstancias Vallés no pudo acceder, en algunos casos por no existir edición renacentista y en otros por haberse transmitido solo en lengua árabeThis article focuses on Vallés’s in libros Hippocratis de morbis popularibus commentaria from an historical point of view, as this great work constitutes one of the most accurate studies in Spanish Renaissance medicine. Medical commentaries that the author could have consulted are taken into account.
