    PENGARUH PENAMBAHAN SARI DAUN BINAHONG (Andredera cordifolia, (Ten) Steenis) TERHADAP KARAKTERISTIK PERMEN KERAS

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan pengaruh dari penambahan sari daun binahong terhadap karakteristik permen keras yang dihasilkan berdasarkan sifat fisik, kimia dan analisis sensoris terhadap penerimaan permen keras. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan 5 perlakuan dan 3 ulangan. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan Anova yang diikuti dengan Uji Duncan pada taraf 5%. Perlakuan pada penelitian ini adalah penambahan sari daun binahong 4%, 8%, 12%, 16% dan 20%. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa penambahan sari daun binahong, secara signifikan berpengaruh terhadap analisis sensoris, kekerasan, kadar air, kadar abu, gula reduksi, sukrosa, nilai aktifitas antioksidan dan pH. Berdasarkan karakteristik kimia, fisik dan sensoris pada penerimaan produk permen keras yang terbaik adalah permen keras dengan penambahan sari daun binahong 12% dengan nilai analisis kimia meliputi kadar air 3,03%, kadar abu 0,07%, gula reduksi 23,5%, sukrosa 56,5% aktifitas antioksidan 39,05% pH 5,6, kekerasan 20,62 N/cm2, analisis sensoris adalah warna 3,65 (suka), aroma 3,55 (suka), rasa 3,65 (suka) dan tekstur 3,85 (suka).     Linear Equation and Linear Function: An Alternative Material Based on Visual Representation in Mathematics

    Linear equations and linear functions are important materials for students in developing their in-depth knowledge of arithmetic and algebra. However, there is a gap between potential development and actual development, which causes obstacles for students in understanding the concepts of these two materials. This gap results in other obstacles, including a fixed mindset in mathematics. The results of interviews with secondary school teachers in Indonesia also show that students have problems in number operations and motivation to learn mathematics. The design used in this study uses a descriptive qualitative study based on the results of literature studies, interviews with subject teachers, and the author's experience as an educator. This study also uses the theory of zone proximal development and mathematical mindset as a frame for preparing alternative material for equations and linear functions based on visual representations in mathematics. The results of this study contribute to providing alternative materials to reduce these barriers using a visual representation approach in mathematics. The author also provides alternative teaching arts to anticipate obstacles that arise when implementing mathematics material based on visual representation

    The Influence of Related Games on Improvement Teambuilding in Children with Disabilities in State SLB Sidomulyo South Lampung

    The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of the relay on improving the teambuilding of highclass students with special needs at State SLB Sidomulyo South Lampung. The author uses a pre experimental design type of one group pretest – posttest design. It is said to be a pre experimental design, because this design is not yet a real experiment. With a population of 28 high school students, consisting of 7 deaf students, 17 mild mentally retarded, and 1 quadriplegic, and 3 blind students. Covers aspects of caring, responsibility, and cooperation. After the initial test, students are given relay training in accordance with the training program that has been made, then a final test is carried out. Based on data analysis, the t-count value is 14,702 and the t-table value (n-1) = (7-1) with a two-way test, = 0.05, the t-table value = 2.447. Because t count = 14,702 > t table = 2,447 it can be concluded that "Relay with relay running game is effective in improving the teambuilding of students with special needs in high class at State SLB Sidomulyo South Lampung"
