proses perhitungan, Aparat Desa Teluk Pulai Dalam, melakukan penyeleksian
Proverty is a lack of income or inability to meet basic human needs
namely food and clothing. Countermeasures have been carried out by the
governmentor or the private sector to help and reduce the economic burden of the
poor, in fact there is still a lot of assistance provided that has not been targeted.
This is because, when determining poor families, errors often occur in data
colletion and calculation process. Teluk pulai Village in the village apparatus
conducting the selection of poor families is still collecting data manually so that
there errors and difficulties in selecting with the large number of citizen data and
the criteria used in determining poor families. Therefore, it is necessary for the
author of a decision support system with the aim of assisting the village office in
registering and selecting poor families in the Teluk Pulai village quickly and
accurately. As for the method used is the TOPSIS method and SAW. Then
conducted a sensitivity test to determine the method that is relevant to the problem
in this study. TOPSIS and SAW method testing obtained different result. The
sensitivity test results. The sensitivity test results. The sensitivity test resulted in
the appropriate method in this case being the SAW of 3% and TOPSIS 0%

Relationship Between LAPTM4B Gene Polymorphism and Susceptibility of Malignant Melanoma in Chinese Patients
AbstractLysosomal-associated protein transmembrane 4 beta (LAPTM4B) is known as an oncogene associated with many human malignant tumors. There are two alleles of the gene, LAPTM4B*1 and LAPTM4B*2. Previous studies have shown that LAPTM4B polymorphism contributes to the risk of many cancers. This case-control study was to investigate the relationship between LAPTM4B gene polymorphism and susceptibility of malignant melanoma. The genotypes of LAPTM4B were determined in 617 control subjects and 220 patients with malignant melanoma by utilizing polymerase chain reaction based on specific primers. The genotypic distribution of LAPTM4B and Hardy–Weinberg equilibrium were analyzed by χ2 test. Odds ratio and 95% confidence interval was calculated by unconditional logistic regression. The distributions of LAPTM4B genotypes were significantly different between melanoma patients (45.9% for *1/1, 46.4% for *1/2 and 7.7 for *2/2) and controls (54.5% for *1/1, 39.9% for *1/2 and 5.7 for *2/2). LAPTM4B *1/2 and LAPTM4B *2/2 had a 1.396-fold and 1.619-fold higher risk for melanoma occurrence than *1/1, and subjects with LAPTM4B*2 have a 1.308-fold higher risk than LAPTM4B*1 carriers. No association between LAPTM4B genotypes and gender, age, subtype, Clark level of invasion, Breslow thickness, ulceration, clinical stage, and C-KIT, BRAF gene mutation status was observed. LAPTM4B*2 is associated with the high risk of malignant melanoma and carrying LAPTM4B *2 may be a susceptible factor to Chinese melanoma patients
LAPTM4B-35, a novel tetratransmembrane protein and its PPRP motif play critical roles in proliferation and metastatic potential of hepatocellular carcinoma cells
Lysosomal protein transmembrane 4 beta (LAPTM4B) was originally identified as a hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC)-associated gene. This gene and its protein product LAPTM4B-35, are both overexpressed in a variety of human cancers. However, its specific role in cell transformation and malignancy has remained elusive. In the present study we investigated the effects of LAPTM4B-35 overexpression on the malignant phenotypic features in the HLE cell line. Our data show that overexpression of LAPTM4B-35 promotes cell proliferation, exogenous growth-stimulating factor-independent and anchorage-independent growth, and enhances metastatic potential, including promotion of both cell migration and invasion. Study of the underlying mechanisms demonstrated alterations of molecular events involved in these processes, which included upregulation of proliferation-promoting transcription factors such as c-Myc, c-Jun, and c-Fos, and cell cycle-promoting proteins such as cyclin D1 and cyclin E. In addition, mutagenesis study showed that the PPRP motif in the N-terminal region of LAPTM4B-35 plays a critical role in promoting proliferation, migration, and invasion, as well as in the upregulation of the oncoproteins noted above. These data offer insight into the mechanism by which this novel tetratransmembrane protein contributes to the pathogenesis of liver cancer, and suggest that it may be a potential target for cancer therapy. Ablation of liver cancer cells in vitro by a plasma needle
A plasma needle using a dielectric barrier discharge reactor at atmospheric pressure with a funnel-shaped nozzle was developed. The preliminary characteristics of the plume and applications to the ablation of cultured human hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) BEL-7402 cell line were presented. The effect of oxygen, which was injected into argon plasma afterglow region through a steel tube, was studied. The efficiency of argon-oxygen plasma depends sensitively on the oxygen concentration in argon plasma. Large differences between spectra in atmosphere and those in Dulbecco's modified eagle medium are found. It is found that ultraviolet rays, O, OH, and Ar radicals can reach the bottom of solution and act on HCC cells and there is an optimum input power to get the most radicals. RANCANGAN PRODUK URBAN ACTIVEWEAR UNTUK PEREMPUAN BERTUBUH BESAR
Activewear is a casual clothing style designed for sport or recreation activities. According to an article released by Global Business Guide Indonesia, activewear is one of the most dynamic categories in selling its products globally. In Indonesia, activewear has recorded a 10% increase since 2013 and is predicted to increase over the next few years. This activewear trend develops in all walks of life in urban society, regardless of their body shapes and social levels. However, major retail brands still focus on selling their products to small and medium size (S and M). Research conducted by Sanjaja and Sudikno (2012) on Prevalence of Overweight and Obesity of Adult Population in Indonesia, concluded that urban people have BMI (Body Mass Index) above average where women aged 20-30 years old have higher excess body weight than men. At this point, the author read the market trends for plus-size women with the size of L-XXL who need a variety of appearances by creating a fashionable urban activewear collection that is inspired by the sub-trend "Affix" taken from Indonesia Trend Forecasting book 2017-18. "Affix" trend is a variety of atttachment and joint techniques to combine different materials; a fashion trick that can enrich the look with neutral color composition. This collection is expected to help plus-size women in expressing themselves with mixing and matching activewear that consists of outer garment that can be attached or joined into tops and bottoms and give stylish looks. The final product designed is aimed for urban women with daily various activities who need clothes that can be used for any situations. Keywords: Urban, Activewear, Plus Size, Fashion___________________________________________________________________Activewear adalah style pakaian kasual yang didesain untuk kegiatan berolahraga atau rekreasi.
