Across the University of Dayton campus, many statues and works of art honor the Blessed Virgin Mary. The Marianists view Mary as a model of discipleship and an example of how to follow Jesus faithfully. Information about the statues was provided by Sister M. Jean Frisk, I.S.S.M., Gloria Dodd, and Michael Duricy of the Marian Library and International Marian Research Institute at the University of Dayton. A brochure also is available for download

En tal sentido, se detallan de forma limitada aquí algunos problemas observados en la actualidad junto a posibles avances de futuro partiendo de la información contenida en el artículo más extenso ya publicado recientemente como ÁLVAREZ TORNÉ, M., “Current issues in the protection of adults from the perspective of Private International Law”, REEI, diciembre 2016, nº 32, disponible en: http://www.reei.org/index.php/revista/num32/notas/current-issues-inthe- protection-of-adults-from-the-perspective-of-private-international-law[eng] The present working paper has its origins in the paper presented by the author in May 2016 in the framework of the "Col·loqui amb joves investigadors: l'actualitat del Dret privat europea", organized by Dr Esther Arroyo, head of the Jean Monnet Chair of European Private Law UB. It focuses on certain issues in the analysis of the protection of adults from the perspective of Private International Law that the author intends to develop in a future contribution to be drawn up in this area. These refer to the current lack of a specific EU Regulation addressing this subject, the prospects of embracing new legislative developments and, in particular, the interaction between international instruments which cover certain aspects in this context, all this leading to the need to avoid inconsistencies and to promote compatibility between them. In this sense, a limited explanation is given here of some currently observed problems, together with possible progress, on the basis of the information contained in the more extensive article recently published as ÁLVAREZ TORNÉ, M., "Current issues in the protection of adults From the perspective of Private International Law, REEI, December 2016, No. 32, available at: http://www.reei.org/index.php/revista/num32/notas/current-issues-in-the-protectionof- adults-from-the-perspective-of-private-international-la
