No full textPráce se věnuje mistrovství světa ve florbale mužů 2008, které se konalo v České republice. Popisuje a hodnotí jednotlivé aspekty ekonomiky mistrovství světa, porovnává cíle organizátorů akce se skutečným výsledkem a zdůrazňuje nejdůležitější faktory úspěchu akce spolu s největšími nedostatky v organizaci. Cílem práce je vytvoření dokumentu, který bude sloužit jako pomůcka pro budoucí organizátory k uspořádání úspěšné mezinárodní sportovní akce typu mistrovství světa mužů ve florbale.The thesis deals with the 2008 Men's World Floorball Championships, held in the Czech Republic. It describes and evaluates various aspects of World Championships economics, compares organizers' targets with the actual results and highlights the most important factors of success of the event along with the biggest deficiencies in event's organization. The objective of this work is to create a document that will serve as an aid to future organizers to hold a successful international sporting event such as Men's World Floorball Championships
Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
No full textThe present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed

No full textCílem této diplomové práce je vytvořit podnikatelský plán pro založení soukromé letecké společnosti na území České republiky se sídlem v Praze. První část práce popisuje teoretickou část podnikatelského záměru. Jejím obsahem jsou skutečnosti, které by měl podnikatelský plán obsahovat, popisuje praktický smysl této práce a důvod pro její sestavení. Teoretická část popisuje dopodrobna každou jednotlivou část podnikatelského plánu a definuje metody, které jsou využity v praktické části. Druhá část diplomové práce pojednává o přenesení teorie do praktického provedení. Praktická část tedy popisuje sestavení podnikatelského záměru, založení soukromé letecké společnosti. Náplní podnikatelského záměru je exekutivní souhrn, organizační struktura, popis nabízené služby, zajištění provozu společnosti a analýza konkurence a trhu. Dále je zde přesně popsána činnost podnikání, analýza rizik a finanční plán. Finanční plán je vytvořen pro pět let podnikání a obsahuje tři možné varianty vývoje. Závěr obsahuje shrnutí celého projektu a doporučení.The aim of this thesis is to develop a business plan for the establishment of private airlines in the Czech Republic, based in Prague. The first part describes the theoretical part of the business plan. Its contents are facts that business plan should include, describes the practical meaning of this work and the reason for its assembly. Theoretical part describes in detail each part of the business plan and defines methods which are used in the practical part. The second part of this thesis deals with the transfer of theory into practical application. The practical part describes a preparation of the business plan, the establishment of private airlines. The content of the business plan is the executive summary, organizational structure, description of services offered, operation and analysis of competition and market. There are also accurately described activities of business, risk analysis and financial plan. The financial plan is created for five years in business and it has three possible variants of development. The conclusion contains a summary of the project and recommendations
Variations on the Author
No full text“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
