Colposcopy Findings In High-Grade Cervical Precancer Lesion
Get PDFCervical precancer lesion can generally be seen in the transformation zone. Colposcopy allows us to see an image of enlarge precancer lesion in the transformation zone. The colpocopist should consider some important things to determine the appearance of low-grade lesion or high-grade lesion. Two important things are the description of abnormal epithelium and the description of abnormal blood vessels. The description of the abnormal epithelial seen after administration of acetic acid 3-5%, acetowhite looks faster and disappears slower. The “white†lesion is more concentrated like the color of shells, with clear border and surface contour. To find the abnormal blood vessels more clearly, we can use the green filter. High-grade lesion shows rough mosaic and rough punctation or both. In addition, finding the cervical blood vessels can help us to determine high-grade lesion. By understanding the description of the epithelial cervix and abnormal blood vessels , we will easily distinguish high-grade lesions from low grade lesion. Â

Update on the Diagnosis of Gestational Trophoblastic Disease
Get PDFPenyakit trofoblas gestasional (PTG)/Gestational trophoblastic disease (GTD) terdiri dari kelompok mola hidatidosa yang terbagi menjadi komplit dan parsial, hingga kelompok Tumor trofoblas gestasional (TTG)/Gestational trophoblastic neoplasia (GTN) yang terdiri dari mola invasif, koriokarsinoma, dan placental site trophoblastic tumour/epithelioid trophoblastic tumour (PSTT/ETT). TTG dikategorikan menjadi dua yaitu yang tidak bermetastasis (hanya terbatas di uterus) dan yang bermetastasis (telah menyebar ke vagina, paru-paru atau otak). Penegakan diagnosis inisial PTG melalui pendekatan multimodalitas mencakup gejala klinis, kadar hCG dan pemeriksaan USG pelvis. Doppler membantu menilai angiogenesis dan karakterisitik neovaskularisasi PTG. Gambaran yang tampak pada USG akan menjelaskan gambaran pada histopatologinya. Pemeriksaan penunjang lain untuk PTG adalah rontgen thoraks, CT Scan dan MRI. Saat ini pemeriksaan imunohistokimia (IHK) dan polymerase chain reaction (PCR) sudah mulai digunakan untuk menentukan diagnosis PTG. Pemantauan hCG mempunyai peran penting dalam penatalaksanaan PTG. Tetapi karena terdapat beberapa pedoman yang menyatakan protokol berbeda-beda dalam pemantauan hCG, hal ini membuat para dokter spesialis obgin mempertanyakan mengenai pemantauan hCG pasca evakuasi. Peran Ultrasonografi dalam Evaluasi Pasca Operasi
No full textPeran ultrasonografi (USG) pasca operasi ginekologi antara untuk menilai dan mengevaluasi komplikasi yang terjadi pasca operasi. Ultrasonografi merupakan suatu metode yang non invasif sehingga meminimalisir risiko tindakan dan ketidaknyamanan pasien. Dalam tinjauan pustaka ini akan dibahas tiga topik utama yang berkaitan peran USG pada kondisi pasca operasi, yaitu hematoma, cedera organ saluran kemih dan massa residif khususnya untuk kasus ginekologi onkologi. Hematoma dibagi dua yaitu hematoma pada tunggul (vault hematoma) dan hematoma subfascial. Penggunaan ultrasonografi juga untuk mengevaluasi cedera organ saluran kemih, terutama ginjal dan ureter. Terdapat dua teknik untuk mengidentifikasinya yaitu teknik transabdominal dan teknik transvaginal untuk mengevaluasi semburan urin yang menandakan tidak terdapat obstruksi pada ureter. Selain itu USG dapat digunakan untuk menilai hidronefrosis. Pada kasus kanker, ultrasonografi dapat berperan dalam mengevaluasi tindakan dan follow up apabila ada kekambuhan/ massa residif, misalnya pada abdomen atas yaitu peritoneum (peritoneal carcinomatosis) atau metastasis liver.

Artificial Intelligence (AI) is a rapidly developing technology and is applied in various fields, including sales and marketing. This community service activity aims to understand the use of AI technology in collecting, analyzing, and utilizing customer data to generate information about customer behavior, sales and marketing, and potentially profitable market trends especially in MSMEs. The method includes preparation stages, surveys, development of an AI-based e-commerce platform, training in the implementation of the platform, and monitoring and evaluation of the overall implementation of the service. This activity was carried out to increase the insight of Cindur Batik MSME in optimizing product sales and marketing strategies to increase competitiveness and address global economic challenges. The result of this activity was the development of an AI-based e-commerce platform, which is used to increase marketing and sales at Cindur Batik MSME Batam. Based on this application, MSMEs partner have an understanding of the use of AI in creating image and video content for digital marketing
