    MENELUSURI JEJAK-JEJAK SEJARAH PEMUDA HARAPAN BANGSA

    Masalah dalam tulisan ini adalah bagaimana peran pemuda dalam perjalanan hidup bangsa Indonesia. Adapun tujuan  penulisan untuk mengetahui peran pemuda dalam perjalanan hidup bangsa Indonesia.  Methode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian sejarah (Historical Methods). Metode sejarah merupakan proses menguji dan menganalisa secara kritis rekaman dan peninggalan masa lampau atau rekonstruksi yang imajinatif  berdasarkan data yang diperoleh dengan menempuh proses yang disebut historiografi. Dalam rangka memaparkan  jejak sejarah pemuda harapan bangsa Indonesia penulis melakukan empat langkah penelitian, yaitu heuristik, verifikasi, interpretasi, dan historiografi.            Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: Kenapa pemuda berperan?  Pertama  Data BPS (2021), jumlah pemuda di Indonesia mencapai 64,92 juta jiwa. Data penduduk di atas sesungguhnya pemuda adalah kekuatan potensial dalam menggerakkan perubahan sosial. Kedua, pemuda punya peran historis dalam melahirkan bangsa ini.  Kalau kita tengok dalam sejarah perjuangan bangsa, pemuda-pemuda yang melahirkan  Boedi Oetomo itu rata-rata di bawah 30 tahun. Ketiga, pemuda adalah kelompok sosial terdidik. Menurut data BPS  tahun 2011-2021 data pemuda 39,80% penduduk berada direntang 19-24. Sebanyak 39,33%  pemuda berumur 25-30 tahun.Sementara pemuda berusia 16-18 tahun sebanyak 20,87%. Keempat, pemuda itu sejatinya progressif-revolusioner.&nbsp

    All teachers expect that any teaching and learning process achieve adequate results to its learners. To achieve such an adequate result, it is lucid that the role of the teachers is urgent and essential. Teachers are required to possess initiatives and creativities in exploring various models, strategies, and methods of teaching and learning. Another characteristic required from a teacher is the ability to read, comprehend, analyze, and apply appropriate models, strategies, and methods in every instructional activity. The present research study aims to explore one cooperative learning model named Numbered Head Together (NHT). This learning model is offered as an alternative learning model and expected to create comfortable instructional environment in order to assure maximum learning achievement for the students. The Numbered Head Together explored in this research study was conducted in four phases namely numbering, raising questions, thinking together, and answering the questions. The application of such a model of NHT, as indicated, could increase the learning achievement of the students investigated in this study.  In pre-cycle stage the percentage of the students complete the topic was only 13%, meaning that the other 87% was not complete. When such a model was applied, however, the significant increase was shown by the students. In Cycle 1 the average of the students complete the topic was 60.9%, indicating that only 39.1% was not complete.  In Cycle 2, the average of the complete students reached 91.3% and only 8.7% of the students were not complete. By the last cycle of the application of NHT model, the average peaked at 100%, indicating that all of the students were complete to finish the topic of the lesson. Based on the findings of the study, it is concluded that the application of Numbered Head Together (NHT) cooperative learning model is advantageous in increasing the learning achievement of the four graders at St. Maria Imaculata Catholic Primary School of Ende 8

    The development and the progress of media communication at the present is a fact of the knowledge and the technology development that must be accepted. It presence like the flowing water which has a fast current that brings also two influences both positive and negative that must be accounted for the members of the Catholic Students Community Of St. Martinus Ende (KMK St. Martinus Ende). Both positive and negative influences the media community like a kinetic energy or a power attraction that attract  them in a tiring ambiquity. Let them walk alone without escort of a decisive compass where they should have a rightist attitude and responsible. On the point, the guidance and assistance of the church is an  offering  if the church will be born a generation  of the future  of the  church  that is mature and has a certain quality  based  on the growth  and the development  of acuteness and inner  to determine the attitude to the development of media communication. The process of sharpening of mind and the sharpeness of the participants can be realized by giving some activities such as: awareness, deepening and even  the sharpeness of the actor of  media communication as an  alternative of reporting work of the God Kingdom for human beings. It becomes the main moving spirit or activator  for the board of KMK Of St. Martinus Ende  to plan and boring  about the activity of catechism. The activity rise the method of Amos.  By this method, the participants are invited to build a deeply reflection that based on thein real experiences about the media communication, while keep on self opening to the God planning will come  to them  and  give them via  the commandment of God.  The commandment  of God  come to light, inspiration, motivate, power and critics to the  participants about the using of the media communication as a media of the commandment of the kingdom of God  to the world that is more progress and development lately

    Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis

    The present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed

    “Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship

    Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis

    We provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature.     Dispelling the Myths Behind First-author Citation Counts

    We conducted a full-scale evaluative citation analysis study of scholars in the XML research field to explore just how different from each other author rankings resulting from different citation counting methods actually are, and to demonstrate the capability of emerging data and tools on the Web in supporting more realistic citation counting methods. Our results contest some common arguments for the continued use of first-author citation counts in the evaluation of scholars, such as high correlations between author rankings by first-author citation counts and other citation counting methods, and high costs of using more realistic citation counting methods that are not well-supported by the ISI databases. It is argued that increasingly available digital full text research papers make it possible for citation analysis studies to go beyond what the ISI databases have directly supported and to employ more sophisticated methods

    A leader, in any level, is a main figure to determine a success of the desire of an organization. A leader who attends as an influential resource, an organizer resource, an action resource as well as  a directive resource who guide the members to arrange strategic steps, logical and reasonable  in order to get the intention of organization that is agreed  together.  The board of OSIS and the management of the class at the Government Senior Hight School (SMAN) in Welamosa is a collection of the energic  young figures who have  good competence  and self-competence to become  a great leader in the future.  They are internally  considered have specific  competence to become leader  for they friends, so they are elected as well as determined by the school democratizely to become a leader because they have a certain competence to work together and control the institution education as well.  The election is an opportunity which has to be run professionally and responsible. Before starting to run their leadership, it is necessary and important to build them with  the basic  consepts about the rightist leaderships for the institution  in the future. That is why, they have to run a specific activity  such as Basic Training Leadership (LKTD). With this activity  the whole  participants are very expected  will be more  self awareness about various kinds of self-competence which have been planted in themselves  and   gradually accordance with the development of biologis, cognitive, affective and also phichomotorics have to try to bring into reality for the importance of the school as well as the societies. This activity uses the reflective analyses method. By this method,  the whole participants are invited  to see and to take into account the leadership training well and has to try to implementate at school. The analyses method is a very good method  to run the school or to manage  an education institute well at the Government Senior High School in Welamosa
