Rural land transformation processes in the Sabana Centro province 2000 –2019. Occupancy evaluation and coordination in land management

analizada en este documento desde una óptica de gobierno urbano que contempla la
normativa del territorio como base jurídica nacional para la reglamentación del
componente rural. Desde allí, se abren escenarios teóricos que analizan los procesos de
metropolización y urbanización en el ordenamiento territorial rural desde la perspectiva del
estado y el mercado, como ejes preponderantes en los contextos urbano-rurales.
Partiendo de la comprensión de los panoramas normativos y académicos en la materia,
se plantea un análisis de las expresiones que han transformado el territorio,
fundamentadas en los instrumentos de planeación territorial de los municipios que
componen a la provincia Sabana Centro. Con esto, se evidencia la relación entre las
disposiciones normativas y las realidades que afrontan los territorios, además de las
consecuencias originadas por la desarticulación administrativa y su gobernanza, que
limitan la comprensión del territorio y originan acciones y decisiones fragmentadas,
parcializadas y sesgadas por las posturas individuales los actores y autoridades frente a

Centro province, from an urban government perspective that considers territorial
regulations as a national legal basis for rural regimentation. Thus, theoretical approaches
allow the analysis of metropolization and urbanization processes that takes place in the
planification of the rural territory, considering state and market as predominant axes in the
urban-rural contexts.
Understanding these normative and academic panoramas, it is possible to analyze the
scope of expressions that have transformed the territory, based on the instruments for
territorial planning in the Sabana Centro province. This análisis reveal the relation between
normative dispositions and the reality of the territory, as well as the consequences of
administrative disarticulation and traditional governance practices, which limit the
understanding of the territory and raises fragmented, partial and biased desitions from
actors and authorities’ stance regarding planning and organization of the territories.MaestríaMagister en Gobierno UrbanoPara el desarrollo de este trabajo final de maestría se identificaron y caracterizaron los factores que han transformado el territorio de la provincia de Sabana Centro, teniendo en
cuenta las variaciones en los usos y aprovechamientos del suelo rural y expresiones en las áreas rurales. Esto, a través del estudio de tres tipos de transformaciones: la transformación estructurante, la transformación normativa y las transformaciones de ocupación territorial. Para esto se realizó un análisis cualitativo de carácter inductivo, basado en las interpretaciones de las realidades del territorio desde distintas perspectivas y considerando de manera multidimensional los fenómenos estudiados.
Para lograr esto, este trabajo se desarrolla en cuatro capítulos en los que se establecen las bases para el análisis de los tres tipos de transformaciones seleccionadas: normativa,
estructurante y de ocupación. En el primer capítulo se realiza una definición del problema de investigación y el diseño de investigación, para luego desarrollar las bases teóricas y
normativas que darán sustento al análisis; mediante la revisión de documentos legales y literatura académica el marco teórico referencia los conceptos involucrados, a la vez que
el marco normativo expone los cambios que ha tenido la legislación en el periodo de tiempo seleccionado para estudio, en función de las dinámicas de configuración territorial y las
necesidades de mitigación de los fenómenos emergentes tras las diversas interpretaciones del componente rural en la ley 388 de 1997, orientando al investigador a cuestionar las
posibilidades de urbanizar el suelo rural y el suelo suburbano.
En el segundo capítulo, se hace la caracterización y contextualización de la provincia
Sabana Centro y se analizan las trasformaciones en los ejes estructurantes (demográfico,
geográfico–espacial, socioeconómico, ambiental) relevantes para este estudio, basados
en los cambios y variaciones importantes que se han presentado entre el año 2000 – 2019,
con lo cual se realiza después una síntesis de la normativa del componente rural en los
planes y estrategias de ordenamiento territorial específicos para la provincia, analizando su relación con los procesos de transformación rural. Para este apartado, se tomaron
fuentes oficiales de instituciones públicas y privadas, como las alcaldías municipales, entidades gubernamentales nacionales, Cámara de Comercio de Bogotá, y Sabana Centro
cómo vamos. También, se utilizan planos, mapas y tablas como fuentes para analizar la transformación territorial que se ha dado en las últimas décadas.
En el tercer capítulo, se realiza un análisis cualitativo de las transformaciones del territorio a partir de las dinámicas de ocupación del suelo, tomando como base la planimetría y
documentos normativos. A partir de esto, en el cuarto capítulo se consolidan las conclusiones y recomendaciones derivadas del análisis.
En una primera fase de investigación se realizó la recolección y análisis de literatura especializada y documentos reglamentarios y político-administrativos; específicamente,
fuentes académicas alrededor de los conceptos de metropolización, suburbanización, conurbación y ordenamiento territorial rural, así como fuentes que proporcionen un estado
del arte en el ámbito regional, atendiendo a las dinámicas e identidades territoriales. Igualmente, se consultaron leyes, decretos y Planes Básicos de Ordenamiento Territorial.
Se tuvieron en cuenta los antecedentes históricos del problema de investigación, reconociendo los orígenes de los fenómenos estudiados, aunque el estudio esté delimitado
al periodo entre los años 2000 y 2019. En este caso, se comenzó desde mediados del siglo XX y se organizaron de manera cronológica.
Una vez determinados los principales los factores de análisis, se seleccionaron los instrumentos pertinentes para la recolección de información a partir de la cual se realizará
el análisis. En esta fase se implementaron como instrumentos y herramientas metodológicas la elaboración de mapas, planos, esquemas, tablas conceptuales, etc., así
como el uso de Google Earth para la caracterización de cartográfica.
En la segunda fase de la investigación se realizó el análisis de la información cualitativa y cuantitativa, para contrastar la información obtenida de las fuentes oficiales y académicas
seleccionadas, lo que permitió delimitar las variables de estudio. Los insumos utilizados en este momento del estudio fueron la cartografía, infografías, tablas y fichas de elaboración
propia; para el análisis cruzado de la información se usaron herramientas ofimáticas como Microsoft Word, Excel y Power Point. Los productos de este proceso fueron un mapeo de
datos, tablas y bases comparativas con las respectivas interpretaciones de cada factor de estudio.
Por último, en la tercera fase se realizó una interpretación de la información obtenida en las fases anteriores. Esto, gracias al uso de la herramienta de georreferenciación Google
Earth, para la identificación cartográfica y fotográfica. El producto de este proceso fue el mapeo cartográfico, categorizando los conceptos clave con los cuales se abordó el análisis

Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
Get PDFThe present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Get PDF“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis

We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. Note that the objective for the hut study was to evaluate the IRS treatment applications for residual efficacy against Anopheles mosquitoes, including the local An. coluzzii mosquito population. Cows were only used to attract mosquitoes into the huts and no tests were carried out directly on the cows. The author checklist is intended for use with studies where experiments are carried out on animals, which is why we have had such difficulty in completing this for the hut study, as many of the questions do not relate to how the cows were used
