Abstract. According to the doctrine and national jurisprudence, the thesis of Italian School of Criminology taken in Colombia by the Law 95 of 1936, were suppressed by the issuance of Decree Law 100 of 1980, and completely eradicated from our legal system with the adoption of principles as culpability and act-based criminal law, in the Political Constitution of Colombia of 1991. However, one of most important concepts of that criminological thought stay still in force in our criminal justice system: the danger to the community, one of the grounds for the imposition of remand contained in article 308 of Law 906 of 2004. Given this situation, is to establish whether this article, along with its jurisprudential and doctrinal development, corresponds with the criminological positivism principles. To do this, I will start with the exposition of the Enrico Ferri’s thesis, notable author of that School with great influence in our country in the past, for explaining later the Constitutional and legal framework in which the danger to the community is based on our legal system. Thus, there will be tools to make a process of analysis and comparison between the two systems, where it can be concluded if the danger to the community of our criminal justice system is conceptual and methodologically similar with the social dangerousness created by the Italian School of Criminology.Pregrad

Semantically enriching folksonomies with FLOR
While the increasing popularity of folksonomies has lead to a vast quantity of tagged data, resource retrieval in these systems is limited by them being agnostic to the meaning (i.e., semantics) of tags. Our goal is to automatically enrich folksonomy tags (and implicitly the related resources) with formal semantics by associating them to relevant concepts defined in online ontologies. We introduce FLOR, a mechanism for automatic folksonomy enrichment by combining knowledge from WordNet and online ontologies. We experimentally tested FLOR on tag sets drawn
from 226 Flickr photos and obtained a precision value of 93% and an approximate recall of 49%
Difficile fotografare un’idea”.In addition to having chronicled art and artists of the second half of the 20th century by documenting fifty years of exhibitions, art research, and major public events in Italy, Enrico Cattaneo (Milan, 1933–2019) developed a highly personal visual investigation on the modes, languages, and materials of photography.
These two facets of his activity, indissolubly linked like the two sides of a coin, are recomposed in the overall profile of an author capable of questioning the technical and conceptual foundations of photography.
As he himself has written: ‘The contemporary work of art is often made up of a tangible thing and an idea ... It is difficult to capture an idea on film.

Since 1999, the date he announced his intention to write a cycle of plays based on the works of the Marquis de Sade, Enrico Frattaroli has created five works in this ensemble that bears the title The Sade convivium.
