The lack of maximum guidance provided by the Kopasudesu Foundation and also parents has made young girls not practice good menstrual hygiene. Staff are expected to be able to seek information and study it as a guide for insight and can provide insight and guidance to young women about reproductive health, especially regarding menstrual hygiene as a provision and assets for young women for their future female health. Sexual behavior refers to actions driven by sexual desire, which are ideally expressed within marriage. However, dating has become a common outlet for sexual expression among early adolescents. A preliminary survey using Google Forms with 31 students and interviews with 3 adolescents at XYZ Public Junior High School Medan City revealed that 73 percent had held hands, 13 percent had hugged, 10 percent had kissed on the forehead or cheek, and 4 percent had kissed on the lips or neck. Some participants also admitted to engaging in excessive physical contact. This study aims to explore the forms of sexual behavior among dating adolescents, influencing factors, their impact on reproductive health, and how parental parenting styles contribute to regulating such behavior. This research used a qualitative method with a case study approach. Informants consisted of 8 dating adolescents as key informants and 4 parents as supporting informants, selected through purposive and snowball sampling. The findings indicate that internal factors (curiosity and affection) and external factors (peer influence, environment, social media, and lack of parental supervision) contribute to adolescents' sexual behavior. The behaviors observed include holding hands, hugging, kissing on the cheek and forehead, kissing on the lips and neck, touching and being touched in sensitive areas, oral sex, and intercourse. These behaviors have physical, psychological, social, and behavioral consequences. Parenting plays a crucial role, yet some parents still adopt authoritarian or permissive styles without providing adequate reproductive health education. Therefore, open communication between parents and children is necessary to ensure adolescents feel supported and guided in navigating romantic relationships.116 PagesSkripsi Sarjan

Body image is an individual's perception of their physical appearance, and is often linked to satisfaction or dissatisfaction with their body. Positive body image plays a role in mental and physical health, while negative perceptions can lead to serious health problems like eating disorders and reproductive issues. This research aims to analyze the causes of body image and consumption pattern and their impact on the reproductive health of adolescent girls at MAN 1 Medan in 2024. The research employed a qualitative assessment with a phenomenological approach. Five informants were chosen using purposive sampling. The findings revealed several negative body image indicators among the young women at MAN 1 Medan. These included feelings of inferiority and insecurity about their physical appearance, believing their bodies don't meet unrealistic beauty standards, adopting unhealthy eating habits, and withdrawing from social activities due to fear of ridicule. The negative body image had a cascading impact on their reproductive health. Physical consequences included dry skin, stomach problems, and menstrual irregularities. Psychologically, the young women experienced feelings of inferiority, insecurity, sadness, and depression due to external ridicule. Socially, they withdrew from their surroundings, particularly interactions with the opposite sex, and felt insignificant. The research proposes that young women with negative body image should strive to change their perception of body shape and size. This can be achieved by increasing self-confidence in their current bodies, avoiding comparisons with others, adopting a healthy diet, and engaging in regular physical activity for a balanced weight management approach. These changes can ultimately reduce the risk of reproductive health problems and degenerative diseases91 PagesSkripsi Sarjan
