Implikasi Penerapan Syariat Islam pada Sektor Pariwisata di Kabupaten Simeulue
Simeulue is an area that has developed a lot due to tourism. If tourism is well managed, it can positively impact the area's social, cultural and religious life. Its development will indeed affect the religious values in Simeulue either positively or negatively. Relevant agencies can play a significant role in the formation of tourism that helps protect the norm from erosion. Thus, sharia violations in that place will not occur. This research method uses interviews and a literature review to gain a deeper understanding of the topic. This is then combined with data from primary and secondary sources. Islamic law argues that there are several good aspects of Simeulue development. For example, it was found that it is suitable for tourism. This means that Aceh has the opportunity to become a religious tourism destination enjoyed by the community. The implementation of Islamic law in Simeulue is going well, and it's just that the government and society want to encourage its implementation . The Simeulue Regency Government is trying to be a role model for other provinces in implementing Islamic law in the tourism sector.
Abstrak: Simeulue merupakan daerah yang banyak berkembang karena pariwisata. Apabila pengelolaan pariwisata di suatu daerah tidak baik, maka dapat berdampak negatif terhadap kehidupan sosial, budaya, dan keagamaan di daerah tersebut. Ada kemungkinan nilai-nilai agama di Simeulue akan berubah, jika tidak segera dibenahi. Instansi terkait yang berperan besar dalam pembentukan pariwisata dapat membantu menjaganya dari nilai-nilai agama yang mungkin berbenturan dengan kita. Dengan demikian, pelanggaran syariah di tempat tersebut tidak akan terjadi. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan wawancara dan kajian literatur untuk mendapatkan pemahaman yang lebih mendalam tentang topik tersebut. Ini kemudian digabungkan dengan data dari sumber primer dan sekunder. Hukum Islam berpendapat bahwa ada beberapa aspek yang baik dari kondisi Simeulue. Misalnya, ditemukan bahwa itu bagus untuk pariwisata. Artinya, Aceh berpeluang menjadi tempat wisata religi yang dinikmati masyarakat. Pelaksanaan syariat Islam di Simeulue berjalan dengan baik, hanya saja pemerintah dan masyarakat ingin mendorong pelaksanaannya. Pemerintah Kabupaten Simeulue berusaha menjadi panutan bagi provinsi lain dalam hal penerapan syariat Islam di sektor pariwisata.
Urgensi Peran Majelis Adat Aceh dalam Pengawasan Hukum Adat Istiadat di Aceh Barat: Studi Implementasi Qanun Nomor 5 tahun 2021 tentang Majelis Adat Aceh Kabupaten Aceh Barat
Article 18B number [2] of the 1945 Constitution states that the State recognizes and respects customary law community units and their traditional rights as long as they are still alive and in accordance with community development and the principles of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia, which are regulated by law. Article 18B, the Constitution provides the basis for the establishment of customary institutions as part of the policy for implementing regional autonomy in Aceh. Included in the Aceh autonomy policy is the establishment of customary institutions, including the Acehnese traditional assembly. the existence of the Aceh Customary Council, has been regulated in Chapter XIII of the Customary Institution Article 98 of Law Number 11 of 2006 concerning the Government of Aceh. In the process of monitoring the performance of the Aceh Customary Council, the Aceh Barat Regency has its own role in carrying out their duties and authorities as stipulated in Article 49 of the West Aceh Regency Qanun Number 5 of 2021 concerning the Aceh Customary Council, that the Aceh Regency Customary Council fosters and supervises the implementation of adat. based on Islam in the life of the people of West Aceh
Implementation of Qanun Baitul Mal on Zakat On Agriculture and Plantations in the Southwest of Aceh
This research aims to explain the implementation of Qanun Baitul Mal No. 11 of 2018 in the Barat-Selatan Aceh (Barsela) region. The focus of the study is the application of Qanun Baitul Mal No. 11 of 2018 concerning the obligation to pay zakat from all agricultural and plantation yields, along with the influencing factors. The research was conducted in three regencies: Aceh Barat, Nagan Raya, and Abdya, using a qualitative descriptive method. Data collection techniques included in-depth interviews, observation, and literature review, which were then analyzed using legislative theory and the maqasid al-shari’ah approach. This study found that Barsela is a region with significant potential in agriculture and plantations, especially oil palm. However, public awareness to pay zakat from all agricultural and plantation yields in accordance with the provisions of the qanun remains very low. In general, the implementation of zakat is left to the understanding of the madhhab, without considering the logical reasoning (‘illat) and the objectives (maqasid al-shari’ah) behind the zakat obligation. As a result, zakat paid from agricultural and plantation yields is limited to staple food, in accordance with the provisions of the Shafi‘i madhhab. The contributing factors include a strong cultural attachment to the Shafi‘i madhhab, insufficient structural and functional support from related institutions, and a low level of understanding among stakeholders regarding the status and function of the qanun in the implementation of Islamic law (shari‘ah) in Aceh and its position within the legislative hierarchy
Interfaith Marriage in Perspectives of Classical and Modern Scholars
Interfaith marriage has been a polemic in Islam since the Quran and hadith do not clearly explain the marriage that is allowed to ahl al-kitab and how to distinguish between Ahl al-Kitab and polytheistic. Also, it differs infidel, polytheistic, Ahl al-Kitab, Majusi, Sabi’i and others. The debate over this term among scholars continues until they agree to categorize those people into Ahl al-Kitab, polytheistic, majusi and others. This research uses a qualitative method with a normative approach in which the researchers use books, journals and other scientific manuscripts as the main resources. In addition, the researchers did a survey and found several things: First, the paradigm differences of scholars regarding interfaith marriage are based on differences understanding in Quran and hadith, socio-cultural influences and methods used. Secondly, the clerics agreed to forbid a Muslim to marry a disbeliever and polytheistic, but allowed to marry women Ahl al-Kitab. Third, Scholars differ in classifying ahl al-kitab women infidel, polytheistic, ṣabi’i and Ahl al-Kitab
STUDI LITERATUR CORAK PENAFSIRAN AL-QUR’AN: KASUS TAFSIR AL-MUNIR
This article discusses the development of the study of the interpretation of the Qur'an. The pattern of interpretation of the Qur'an in several universities is one of the topics discussed in lectures. The data in this article were collected from library sources which were then reduced and analyzed using a qualitative descriptive method and using a study approach to the interpretation of the Qur'an. This article finds that the study of the pattern of interpretation of the Qur'an conducted by scholars does not show significant developments. The study of interpretive styles tends to be repetitive and boring because scholars do not expand the object of interpretation being studied.Artikel ini mengungkap perkembangan studi tentang corak penafsiran Alquran. Corak penafsiran Alquran di beberapa universitas menjadi salah satu topik yang didiskusikan dalam perkuliahan. Data dalam artikel ini dikumpulkan dari sumber kepustakaan yang kemudian direduksi dan dianalisis dengan metode deskriptif kualitatif dan menggunakan pendekatan studi tafsir Alqur’an. Artikel ini menemukan bahwa studi corak penafsiran Alquran yang dilakukan oleh para sarjana tak menunjukkan perkembangan yang signifikan. Studi corak penafsiran cenderung mengulang dan membosankan karena para sarjana tak memperluas objek tafsir yang dikaji
Pandangan Ulama Woyla Terhadap Ayat-Ayat Kepemimpinan Perempuan
The belief that women are weak and inferior has been a long-standing discussion in the Woyla community, leading to the perception that women are unfit for leadership, much like the classical scholars who largely prohibited women from leading. However, most contemporary scholars allow female leadership, interpreting the same Qur'anic verses differently. This study focuses on the views of dayah scholars in Woyla, Aceh Barat, aiming to explore their stance on female leadership and whether the Qur'an explicitly addresses this issue. Field research reveals that the majority of dayah scholars in Woyla hold that women should not be leaders, citing Surah An-Nisa, verse 34, as a basis for their argument. Nonetheless, they allow women to lead in specific areas outside of household and family matters, relying on Qur'anic verses that emphasize human equality and the mutual support of individuals without distinguishing between male and female. This nuanced understanding shows that while traditional views may restrict women’s leadership in certain domains, there is space for female leadership in other contexts based on broader interpretations of equality in the Qur’an
KONSEP AL-MUWALAH DAN ANALISIS CORAK TAFSIR AL-MUNIR
This article discusses the concept of al-muwalah and the style of interpretation of al-Munir by Wahbah az-Zuhayli. The method used is a qualitative descriptive approach with an interdisciplinary interpretation study approach. The primary source for the discussion of this article is al-Munir's interpretation which was obtained from the library. The finding of this article is that az-Zuhayli's interpretation of the concept of al-muwalah shows a comprehensive style of interpretation with multi-disciplinary approaches. The interpretation of the verses on the concept of al-Muwalah by az-Zuhayli reflects that his interpretation is not only traditional, but also contains dynamic, tolerant, moderate, and humanist principles. The article also concludes that al-Munir's interpretation is included in the category of literary interpretation (al-adabi waal-ijtima'i), not the interpretation of socio-political movements (Adab-ijtima'i-siyasi-haraki).Artikel ini membahas konsep al-muwalah dan corak tafsir al-Munir karya Wahbah az-Zuhayli. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi tafsir interdisipliner. Sumber primer pembahasan artikel ini adalah tafsir al-Munir yang diperoleh dari perpustakaan. Temuan artikel ini adalah penafsiran az-Zuhayli tentang konsep al-muwalah menunjukkan corak penafsirannya yang bersifat komprehensif dengan multi pendekatan disiplin keilmuan. Penafsiran ayat-ayat tentang konsep al-Muwalah oleh az-Zuhayli merefleksikan penafsirannya bukan hanya bersifat tradisional, namun juga memuat prinsip-prinsip dinamis, toleransi, moderat, dan humanis. Artikel juga menyimpulkan bahwa tafsir al-Munir termasuk dalam kategori tafsir sastrawi (al-adabi waal-ijtima’i), bukan tafsir gerakan sosial politik (Adab-ijtima’i-siyasi-haraki)
The Urgency of Maqasidi's Tafsir in the Bayani Approach: (Study on the Interpretation of Imam Shafi'i and Ibn 'Abbas on Punishment for Hirabah Perpetrators)
This study aims to explain the importance of maqasidi tafsir in understanding legal verses and hadiths, including in comparing and choosing interpretations that are contextual and more in line with maqasid al-syari'ah. This can be seen in the interpretation of Ibn 'Abbas and Imam Shafi'i regarding the verse explaining the punishment for the perpetrator of hirabah. Interestingly, both of them use a language approach (bayani) in understanding the verse. This study uses a literature method, by tracing the explanations of scholars about the verses of hirabah from various literature based on the consideration of maqasid al-shari'ah. The results of the study show that although Ibn 'Abbas and Imam Shafi'i both used the bayani approach, the interpretation of Imam Shafi'i is more contextual and considers maqasid al-Shari'ah, not only limited to maslahah
Dimensi Ke-Indonesiaan Dalam Tafsir Al-Azhar: Analisis Refleksi Sosial dan Politik Dalam Surat Al-Balad
Tafsir al-Azhar banyak dijadikan objek penelitian oleh para peneliti. Kitab tafsir ini sangat kental dimensi kontektualitasnya, dapat di katakan penjelasan surah dalam kitab tafsir ini dicoba untuk dilihat kontekstualitasnya oleh HAMKA tidak hanya dari segi kapan surah itu turun tetapi diusahakan untuk dikaitkan fenomena sosial politik yang sedang terjadi, baik itu yang terjadi di luar negara Indonesia maupun yang sedang terjadi di Indonesia. Walau demikian, HAMKA tidak mengesamping penjelasan tekstualitas dari ayat-ayat Alquran tersebut. Surat al-Balad merupakan salah satu surah dalam Alquran di mana kontekstualitas keIndonesiaan sangat kental dalam tafsir al-Azhar. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah melihat bagaimana dimensi KeIndonesiaan yang diterapkan oleh HAMKA dalam menafsirkan surat al-Balad dengan mempertimbangkan keadaan sosial dan Politik. Adapun metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah Metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan menerapkan pendekatan historis dan sosial politik sebagai pisau analisis, hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa HAMKA menjelaskan surat al-Balad dengan berbagai pendekatan tekstual dan kontekstual. Tetapi kontektuals agaknya lebih mendominasi, kontektualitas tafsir dalam surat al-Balad tersebut beliau terapkan dengan mengaitkan fenomena sosial dan politik yang terjadi di Indonesia. Surat al-Balad menurutnya merupakan surat yang telah mengilhami nilai-nilai kemanusian dan nilai-nilai perjuangan bangsa Indonesia khususnya dalam mencapai kemerdekaan
Praktek Pelatihan Tahsin Al-Qur’an Bagi Mahasiswa Ilmu Alquran dan Tafsir STAIN Meulaboh
Every Muslim is required to worship by reading the Qur'an, making it obligatory for them to adhere to the rules of tajweed when doing so. Failure to understand these rules correctly may lead to errors in recitation. The Qur'an and Tafsir Study Program at STAIN Meulaboh emphasizes the Qur'an as a primary learning source, placing a high demand on students to read it properly. However, some students in the program struggle with accurate recitation, highlighting the need for additional Tahsin training to enhance their skills. Throughout the implementation of these activities, students displayed great enthusiasm, with many actively participating. Furthermore, their eagerness extended beyond merely reading accurately; many expressed a strong desire to memorize the Qur'an as well.Membaca Al-Qur’an merupakan ibadah bagi setiap muslim. Karenanya diwajibkan bagi setiap muslim jika membaca Al-Qur’an harus disertasi dengan kaidah-kaidah ilmu tajwid. Jika kaidah ilmu ini tidak dapat dipahami secara benar maka dikhawatirkan akan berdampak pada kesalahan dalam membaca Al-Qur’an. Prodi Ilmu Al-Qur’an dan Tafsir STAIN Meulaboh merupakan prodi yang menjadi Al-Qur’an sebagai sumber pembelajarannya, Membaca Al-Qur’an dengan baik dan benar sangat dituntut bagi mahasiswa prodi tersebut. Tetapi dilapangan ditemukan beberapa mahasiswa yang dalam membaca Al-Qur’an belum begitu baik dan benar, sehingga dibutuhkan beberapa pelatihan Tahsin untuk meningkatkan kemampuan para mahasiswa tersebut dalam membaca Al-Qur’an. Selama pelaksanaan kegiatan tersebut para mahasiswa memiliki antusiasme yang besar hal ini dibuktikan dengan kehadiran para mahasiswa yang sangat dominan, tidak hanya itu para mahasiswa tersebut berkeinginan kuat tidak hanya dapat membaca Al-Qur’an dengan baik dan benar tetapi juga mereka berkeinginan kuat untuk menghafal Al-Qur’an
