    Determining Optimum Point of Robusta Coffee Bean Roasting Process for Taste Consistency

    Roasting is an important coffee bean processing that affect quality and flavor consistency. Roasting parameters are summarized in the roasting profile which describe density, water content, pH, yield, taste, time and temperature as well as roasting technique of the beans. Roasting profile which is important for roaster master varies according to coffee bean types, such as Arabica and Robusta collected from specific area. Therefore, this paper studiedthe process of roasting Robusta coffee beans collected from Sumber Asin, Malang with normal roast technique using roaster machine in order to get taste consistency with determining optimum point from these parameters. During roasting process, temperature changes were recorded every two minutes for 20 minutes after temperature reached 180 OC. Density, moisture content, yield, pH, and flavor were assessed after roasting. The normal roasting technique required optimum roasting time of 9-10 minutes at 180 ± 5 OC, density value of 0.49 ± 0.04 gram/ml, water content of 3.5 ± 1.3%, losses 9.7 ± 1.9%, pH 5.3 ± 0.2, with chocolaty, spicy, and thick body flavors. There was strong correlation between Robusta roasting profile with all parameters measured. The optimal Robusta roasting time could be determined from intersec-tion  line between temperature and density in the roasting profile. Robusta optimum roasting time is about 10 minutes. The roaster master could use optimum roasting time in accordance to roasting quality

Air Conditioner is a machine that is used to cool the air by way of circulating the refrigerant gas is in the pipeline are pressed and sucked by the compressor. Refrigerant gas is selected as the material in the circulation, since this material is volatile and can change its shape either liquid or gas. The heat in the condenser pipe coming from refrigerant gas, which is pressed by a compressor so that the material becomes hot and at the Expantion Automatic Valve, pipe where the refrigerant gas circulation is minimized, so the pressure increases and causes the evaporator pipe to cool down. The design and type of this study is qualitative descriptive. In this case, the author uses the SWOT method as data analysis techniques to analyse the factors that cause any decrease in quality of the boiler water and what efforts made to overcome these factors by identifying the Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats from the environment, systematically to formulate strategies that will be taken. Based on the result of this research, it can be concluded that the room temperament accommodation in MT.Paluh Tabuan is not reached, caused by three factors, they are: 1)Oil Separator does not work properly. To overcome these factors can be done by doing dismantling and cleanup of the oil separator. 2) The condenser is dirty. To overcome these factors can be done by cleaning the condenser from waste and mud. 3) Disturbance on dryer filter. Suwiyadi, M.Pd., M.Mar. dan Sri Suyanti, S.S.,M.Si. Untuk mendukung kelancaran transportasi angkutan laut dalam pelayanan kapal, maka dalam penulisan skripsi ini menguraikan tentang bagaimana, “Pelayanan Prima Kapal Tunda di Terminal Peti Kemas Semarang”. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui jumlah kapal yang dilayani kapal tunda di Termial Peti Kemas Semarang, mengatasi kendala-kendala yang dijumpai dalam pelayanan kapal tunda di Terminal Peti Kemas Semarang, dan melakukan upaya dalam mengatasi kendala-kendala yang dijumpai kapal tunda di Terminal Peti Kemas Semarang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan oleh penulis di dalam menyampaikan masalah adalah deskriptif kualitatif untuk menggambarkan dan menguraikan objek yang diteliti. Berdasarkan cara memperolehnya, data yang diperoleh selama penelitian sebagai pendukung tersusunnya penulisan skripsi ini adalah menggunakan data primer dan sekunder. Hasil penelitian di Terminal Peti Kemas Semarang: (1) Prosedur permintaan kapal tunda, persiapan agen dalam Permohonan Pelayanan Jasa Kapal (PPJK), persiapan pihak kapal, penerbitan pilot order (2) Jumlah kapal yang dilayani oleh Pelindo III, berbagai jenis kapal yang masuk atau keluar ataupun sandar di Tanjung Emas (3) Berbagai faktor kendala external dan internal dalam pelayanan kapal tunda (4) Berbagai upaya peringatan batas kecepatan angin, melaksanakan pergantian dalam keluar masuk alur pelabuhan, menjaga alat proses penyandaran kapal, melakukan persiapan pada kapal yang akan berolah gerak sandar di pelabuhan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini simpulan pada pelayanan kapal tunda, yaitu: (a) Melaksanakan permintaan penundaan sesuai prosedur (b) Banyaknya jumlah kapal yang dilayani oleh kapal tunda pada bulan Desember tahun 2019 sebanyak 76 kapal. (c) Kendala kendala yang terjadi adalah kecepatan angin, lebar alur yang sempit dan sering dijumpai kendala mesin kapal. (d) dari berbagai kendala tersebut dapat diatasi dengan pengawasan pada alur, komunikasi dengan baik dan pelaksanaan penundaan dibantu dengan kapal tunda dan pandu. If talking about the port, then talking about ship. In addition to being used as a means of sea transportation, the vessel is also used in the process of loading and unloading at the port. In the implementation of constraints in the process of loading and unloading is still exist. The obstacle that occur in process unloading, among others, the occurrence of damage to the unloading equipment and clumping on the load carried the bulk fertilizer. Then through these obstacles, the author takes the title “effort of overcome the delay unloading process of bulk fertilizer on MV. Ibrahim Zahier”. In the theoretical foundation contains some theory which is like the definition of loading and unloading which is an activity of load or unload with using crane/conveyor or the other equipment. In accordance with scientific principles, in the writing of this essay, the author uses the method of research that is USG method ((Urgency, seriously, growth) with using data collection techniques, i.e. by observation, interview and literature study on the MV. Ibrahim Zahier during the implementation sea project. Form the results of research during the implementation of sea project on vessel, the authors found an obstacle which result in delay in the process of loading and unloading of bulk fertilizer. The damage to unloading equipment is due to lack of regular maintenance and company delay in spending spare part. For clumping on the load caused by contaminated loads with water and poorly maintained fertilizer quality. The conclusion of the research is that the process of unloading the cargo on MV. Ibrahim Zahier is not always running smoothly. The delay constraints caused by the damage to unloading equipment and clumping on the load. For that by doing regular maintenance and compacting the existing load, then the process of unloading is expected run smoothly. Key word : delay time, tool breakdown

    ABSTRAK Purnomo, Gumelar Cahyo, Penerapan Asas Nebis In Idem dalam Penyelesaian Perkara Perdata di Pengadilan Negeri Brebes Nomor 11/Pdt.G/2019/PN Bbs. Skripsi. Tegal: Program Studi Ilmu Hukum, Fakultas Hukum, Universitas Pancasakti Tegal. 2019. Putusan hakim bersifat mengikat para pihak yang bersengketa dan yang terlibat dalam sengketa, para pihak juga harus tunduk dan menghormati putusan yang telah dijatuhkan hakim. Putusan tersebut harus dianggap benar dan tidak dimungkinkan pembuktian lawan serta seorang hakim tidak dibenarkan untuk memutus kembali perkara yang sama mengenai pokok sengketa yang sama. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk: 1) mengkaji penerapan asas nebis in idem dalam penyelesaian perkara perdata Putusan Nomor 11/Pdt.G/2019/PN.Bbs, 2) mengetahui mengetahui dasar hukum hakim dalam menerapkan asas nebis in idem dalam putusannya pada Putusan Nomor 11/Pdt.G/2019/PN.Bbs. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kepustakaan dengan pendekatan yuridis normatif. Sumber data penelitian ini adalah data sekunder dengan metode pengumpulan data menggunakan studi kepustakaan dan studi dokumen. Analisis data penelitian menggunakan analisis normatif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian diperoleh suatu kesimpulan bahwa: 1) Penerapan asas nebis in idem dalam penyelesaian perkara perdata Putusan Nomor 11/Pdt.G/2019/PN.Bbs mengacu pada peraturan undang-undang, berdasarkan hasil penelitian maka dapat diuraiakan bahwa penerapan asas nebis in idem dalam perkara tersebut sudah benar diterapkan, yaitu didasarkan pada Pasal 1917 KUHPerdata. Namun dalam perkara ini, ada hal yang menjadi poin penting dalam hal pengajuan tergugat, yang pada awalnya terdapat 2 (dua) tergugat, dan pada perkara selanjutnya hanya terdapat 1 (satu) tergugat, tergugat dalam pengajuan gugatan kedua pada hakikatnya sama yaitu sama-sama ahli waris Soedarmo Bin Soemarsono; 2) Dasar hukum hakim dalam menerapkan asas nebis in idem dalam putusannya pada putusan nomor 11/Pdt.G/2019/PN.Bbs yaitu Pasal 1917 KUHPerdata dan Putusan Mahkamah Agung RI Nomor 647 K/sip/ 1973. Jadi nebis in idem menurut penulis dapat dimaknai sebagai suatu esensi pokok perkara, dimana melibatkan para pihak yang sama dengan objek sengketa yang sama yang ternyata telah diberi status hukum lewat suatu putusan pengadilan yang telah berkekuatan tetap (inkracht van gewijsde), maka tidak dapat digugat ulang dalam register perkara terpisah guna menghindari tumpang tindih antar putusan yang dapat menimbulkan ketidakpastian yang memungkinkan akan mengurangkan kepercayaan rakyat terhadap pemerintahnya dalam praktik peradilan yang baik dan sehat. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini diharapkan akan menjadi bahan informasi dan masukan bagi mahasiswa, akademisi, praktisi, dan semua pihak yang membutuhkan di lingkungan Fakultas Hukum Universitas Pancasakti Tegal. Thesis. Tegal: Law Study Program, Faculty of Law, Pancasakti University, Tegal. 2019. Judges' decisions are binding on the parties to the dispute and those involved in the dispute, the parties must also submit to and respect the decisions that the judge has handed down. The decision must be considered correct and it is not possible to prove the opponent and a judge is not justified to decide again the same case regarding the same subject matter. The purpose of this study is to: 1) examine the application of the principle of nebis in idem in the settlement of civil cases Decision Number 11/Pdt.G/2019/ PN.Bbs, 2) know the judge's legal basis in establishing the principle of nebis in idem in its decision on Decision Number 11/Pdt.G/2019/PN.Bbs. This type of research is library research with normative juridical approach. The data source of this research is secondary data with data collection methods using literature studies and document studies. Analysis of research data using qualitative normative analysis. The results of the study obtained a conclusion that: 1) The application of the principle of nebis in idem in the settlement of civil cases Decision Number 11/Pdt.G/2019/ PN.Bbs refers to the rule of law, based on the results of the study it can be described that the application of the principle of nebis in idem in the case it has been properly implemented, which is based on Article 1917 of the Civil Code. But in this case, there are things that become important points in the filing of the defendant, which initially contained 2 (two) defendants, and in subsequent cases there were only 1 (one) defendant, the defendant in filing the second claim is essentially the same, namely both heir Soedarmo Bin Soemarsono; 2) The legal basis of the judge in establishing the principle of nebis in idem in his decision on the decision number 11/Pdt.G/2019/ PN.Bbs, namely Article 1917 Civil Code and the Supreme Court's Decision Number 647 K/Sip/1973. So nebis in idem according to the author can be interpreted as an essential essence of the case, which involves the same parties with the same object of dispute which turned out to have been given legal status through a court decision that has a permanent power (inkracht van gewijsde), then it cannot be re-sued in a separate case register to avoid the overlap between decisions that can cause uncertainty that may reduce the people's trust in their government in good and sound judicial practices. Based on the results of this study are expected to be material information and input for students, academics, practitioners, and all those who need it in the Faculty of Law, University of Pancasakti Tegal.     With the making of this Final Project, it can provide an overview of legal events to the general public or ordinary people with legal knowledge, especially in the crime of Trafficking in Persons (pimping), we can know together that trafficking in persons is still often encountered in big cities to foreign or international areas, usually on a small scale in localization areas or in regional tourist attractions. The discussion that the author examines is the process of resolving the Crime of Trafficking in Persons at the first level, namely in the jurisdiction of Pasuruan Regency, precisely in the Bangil District Court in the decision number 179/Pid.Sus/2023/PN Bil, and also the author describes the author's role in the process of resolving the case both in the trial and outside the trial along with the Panel of Judges in assigning 1 (one) article to the decision. The author in completing this research uses an empirical juridical method by collecting data by observation or interview during the trial, documentation, and literature study which later the data is analyzed using a qualitative descriptive method. The results of the research conducted by the author are a series of how to deal with a Crime of Trafficking in Persons in the court at the first level, as well as the delegation of articles imposed on the defendant with the consideration of the Panel of Judges, according to the author in delegating the article is not appropriate when compared to the articles previously charged by the Public Prosecutor. For this reason, the author suggests that in deciding cases pay more attention to the articles that will later be stated in the decision, then for all members of the community it is hoped that they can assist law enforcers in tackling the problem of Human Trafficking Crime

    The title of this research is "Use of Euphemism and Dysphemism in Riau Pos editorial". The problem in this research is What are the forms of euphemism in the Riau Pos editorial? and What are the forms of dysphemism in the Riau Pos editorial?. The purpose of this study is to find out how euphemism and dysphemism are formed in the Riau Pos editorial. The theory used is the theory of Allan and Burrige, (1991:26). The method used is descriptive method using qualitative data that uses data collection techniques by means of documentation techniques, namely by reading books related to the problems that the author examines. The results of the study were the use of euphemisms and dysphems in the Riau Pos editorial. The author of the Riau Pos editorial uses more euphemisms. Because when viewed from the amount of data found, the use of euphemisms is much more widely used than dysphemism. The author also interprets in terms of the function of euphemism in the Riau Pos editorial. In general, it functions to (1) address and name, (2) avoid percussion, (3) state the ways euphemisms are used, and (4) state the situation. And the author also interprets the function in terms of dysphemism in the Riau Pos editorial. Of the eight functions of dysphemism found only 4 functions used in the Riau Pos editorial, namely (1) function as an intermediary to declare taboo or indecent things, (2) function as a hint of dislike, hate and disrespect, (3 ) function as an intermediary to express anger or irritation, and (4) function as a means to criticize
