    Climate Change Analysis Based on Satellite Multispectral Image Processing in Feature Selection Using Reinforcement Learning

    Currently private and government agencies use remote sensing images (RSI) for various applications from military applications to agriculture growth. The images can be multispectral, panchromatic, ultra-spectral, or hyperspectral of terra bytes. RSI classification is considered one important application for remote sensing. Climate change detection especially affects numerous aspects of day-to-day lives, for instance, forestry management, weather forecasting, transportation, agriculture, road condition monitoring, and the detection of the natural atmosphere. Conversely, certain research works had a focus on classification of actual weather phenomenon images, generally depending on visual observations from humans. The conventional artificial visual difference between weather phenomena will take more time and error-prone. This paper develops a new reinforcement learning based climate change analysis on satellite multispectral image processing (RLCCA-SMSIP) technique. In order to properly determine climate change, the RLCCA-SMSIP technique employs residual network (ResNet-101) model for feature extraction. Next, deep reinforcement learning (DRL) approach is utilized for climate classification. Finally, parameter selection of the RLCCA-SMSIP technique involves sine cosine algorithm (SCA) for DRL model. For assuring the enhanced outcomes of the presented RLCCA-SMSIP model, comprehensive comparison results are assessed. The obtained values denote the supremacy of the RLCCA-SMSIP model on climate classification

    Trends in using Internet-based learning media for students during the COVID-19 pandemic

    The COVID-19 pandemic has led to a profound transformation in the global education system, forcing a sudden shift from face-to-face teaching to online learning. This study aims to understand how students have utilized technology for online learning during the pandemic, focusing on using the internet and smartphones and evaluating the effectiveness of various applications and platforms such as WhatsApp, Zoom, and Learning Management Systems (LMS). A descriptive quantitative research method was employed with a survey technique involving 220 students from Universitas Islam Syekh-Yusuf (UNIS) to gather data on their technology use activities. The findings indicate that UNIS students predominantly use the internet for learning and information-seeking, while smartphones are more frequently used for communication and entertainment. WhatsApp and Zoom are the most commonly used applications for online learning, reflecting a preference for familiar and easily accessible platforms. The study highlights the need for improved digital skills and technology access to support more effective learning. Recommendations include developing technology training for educators, providing better student resources, and integrating online learning models into long-term educational strategies to enhance education quality and flexibility.   Abstrak Pandemi COVID-19 telah mengakibatkan transformasi mendalam dalam sistem pendidikan global, memaksa pergeseran dari metode tatap muka ke pembelajaran daring secara mendadak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami penggunaan teknologi oleh mahasiswa dalam konteks pembelajaran daring selama pandemi, dengan fokus pada pemanfaatan internet dan smartphone, serta efektivitas berbagai aplikasi dan platform seperti WhatsApp, Zoom, dan LMS. Metode penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif digunakan dengan teknik survei terhadap 220 mahasiswa Universitas Islam Syekh-Yusuf (UNIS) untuk mengumpulkan data mengenai aktivitas teknologi mereka. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mahasiswa UNIS dominan menggunakan internet untuk belajar dan mencari informasi, sementara smartphone lebih sering digunakan untuk komunikasi dan hiburan. WhatsApp dan Zoom adalah aplikasi paling sering digunakan untuk pembelajaran daring, mencerminkan preferensi terhadap platform yang familiar dan mudah diakses. Temuan ini menyoroti perlunya peningkatan keterampilan digital dan akses teknologi untuk mendukung pembelajaran yang lebih efektif. Penelitian ini menyarankan pengembangan pelatihan teknologi untuk pengajar dan penyediaan sumber daya yang lebih baik bagi mahasiswa, serta integrasi model pembelajaran daring dalam strategi pendidikan jangka panjang untuk meningkatkan kualitas dan fleksibilitas pendidikan.     Latar Belakang: Semua industri harus bisa memberi pelayanan dari mutu produk yang diproduksi untuk bisa diterima pasar, begitu juga perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang tekstil khususnya benang polyester, yaitu: POY (Partially Oriented Yarn) dan DTY (Draw Textured Yarn), dalam proses pembuatan benang tidak lepas dari kualitas sebagai sasaran utamanya. Metode: peneliti menggunakan metode Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAl) yang dianggap dapat menyelesaikan masalah. Tujuan: Dilakukan penelitian pada kekuatan tarik benangpada proses pemanasan (Temperatur Heater) karena merupakan faktor yang menentukan kualitas benang tekstur, sedangkan benang yang akan diteliti yaitu DTY (Draw Textured Yarn). Hasil Penelitian: Temperatur memberikan pengaruh terhadap kekuatan tarik benang dimana temperatur yang digunakan harus disesuaikan dengan nomor benang agar menghasilkan kualitas kekuatan benang yang optimal dan benang tidak mudah rapuh saat diproses kembali menjadi pakaian. Kesimpulan: Terdapat perbedaan kekuatan tarik benang filament 75 d/36f secara signifikan antara temperatur heater 1800C, 1900C dan 2000C

    Work effectiveness is essential to achieve the school's goals. With this effectiveness, employees will strive to overcome and solve problems encountered in carrying out their duties and work. This study was conducted to determine and analyze the influence of supervision and work discipline on employee work effectiveness at Tangerang State Junior High School 29, both partially and simultaneously. This study used a descriptive and associative quantitative approach. The population in this study was 55 people. The sampling technique used was non-probability sampling with saturated sampling so that the sample studied amounted to 55 people. Furthermore, observation and questionnaire distribution were carried out to collect research data. Data analysis was carried out using descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing (t-test and f-test). The results showed that supervision had a significant effect on employee work effectiveness (8.122 > 2.228). Likewise, work discipline partially affected work effectiveness (7.916 > 2.228). Based on the results of the f-test, supervision and work discipline simultaneously have a positive effect on employee work effectiveness (14.519 > 3.71) with a significance level of 0.000 (<0.05). It is important to improve supervision by school leaders and maintain it optimally so that employees can perform better in accordance with the school's vision and mission.     This study aims to analyze the influence of academic qualifications and achievement motivation on the professionalism of kindergarten (TK) teachers in Rancasari District, Bandung City, with school climate as an intervening variable. The study used a quantitative approach with an ex post facto design and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis based on Partial Least Squares (PLS). The subjects were kindergarten teachers in Rancasari District, with data collected through a questionnaire measuring academic qualifications, achievement motivation, school climate, and teacher professionalism. The results showed that (1) academic qualifications significantly influence kindergarten teacher professionalism; (2) achievement motivation significantly influences kindergarten teacher professionalism; (3) school climate does not have a direct significant effect on teacher professionalism but plays a significant role as a mediating variable in the relationship between academic qualifications and teacher professionalism; (4) academic qualifications and achievement motivation significantly influence school climate; and (5) school climate significantly mediates the relationship between achievement motivation and teacher professionalism. These findings confirm that improving teachers' academic qualifications and achievement motivation, supported by a conducive school climate, can enhance the professionalism of kindergarten teachers. Practical implications: Early Childhood Education (PAUD) administrators need to create a supportive and collaborative work environment, while education policies should focus on improving academic qualifications and fostering teacher motivation systematically.     Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menentukan kuatnya pencahayaan yang di butuhkan oleh masing-masing area produksi di PT. PILAR MAKMUR UTAMA dan ada kah pengaruh yang signifikan antara pencahayaan dengan produksi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif menggunakan analisis regresi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yang berjumlah 60 karyawan. Pengambilan sampel dengan teknik Proportionate Sampling dengan sampel sebesar 48 karyawan. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah angket dengan skala likert yang memiliki 5 alternatif jawaban. Uji validitas instrumen menggunakan analisis butir dan dihitung dengan menggunakan rumus sedangkan uji reliabilitas menggunakan rumus Croncbach’s Alpha. Prasyarat analisis meliputi uji normalitas dan uji linearitas. Selanjutnya uji hipotesis menggunakan regresi sederhana.Hasil.perhitungan persentase pencapaian dan katagori per indicator pencahayaan tehadap produksi terhadap 48 responden yang ada di PT. PILAR MAKMUR UTAMA menunjukan bahwa rata rata karyawan menjawab sesuai terhadap produktfitas baik sebesar ( 89% )  sebanyak responden yang menjawab sesuia terhadap produktifitas kurang baik  0 dan sesuai terhadap produktifitas baik sebesar 43 responden Sedangkan kurang sesuai ter hadap produksi kurang baik ( 11% ) sebanyak responden yang menjawab kurang sesuai terhadap produksi kurang baik 4 dan kurang sesuai terhadap produksi baik 1

    This study aims to describe and analyze the transformational leadership strategies implemented by Guru Penggerak (Teacher Leaders) in improving the performance of elementary school teachers and Teacher Working Groups (Kelompok Kerja Guru / KKG) in Gunungputri District, Bogor Regency. The study is motivated by challenges in optimizing teacher performance and the role of Teacher Working Groups, which have not yet reached their maximum potential. This research employs a qualitative approach. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation from various sources, including Guru Penggerak, school principals, heads of Teacher Working Groups, teacher members of KKG, and representatives from the Bogor Regency Education Office. The findings reveal that Guru Penggerak applied transformational leadership strategies through the delivery of an inspiring vision, teacher empowerment, strengthening collaboration, as well as reflective and innovative learning practices. These strategies had a positive impact on increasing teachers’ active participation in learning communities, enhancing pedagogical competence, and improving the quality of teachers’ performance in designing and implementing learning activities. The Teacher Working Group functions as a strategic forum for the sustainable professional development of teachers. This study recommends strengthening the role of Guru Penggerak in leading community-based and collaborative educational transformation.     This study aims to formulate a product sales planning model at Pd. Tataka Sumber Sentosa uses the right forecasting method. Forecasting method is the key in confirming. In this study an analysis of the products was carried out, namely buis concrete and u-ditch. Data analysis is used as a basis for analyzing using forecasting methods such as the Moving Average, Exponential Smoothing, and Linear Trend Line Models of product sales planning formulation results. It can be concluded from the three forecasting models that the best is forecasting a 40 cm concrete bus with the Linear Trend Line Model results the error value of the 40 cm concrete buis with the Linear Trend Line Model is the value of MAD = 1.19, MSE = 2.048, MAPE = 2.412, and it can be concluded that the next forecast = 52 then the forecasting model chosen to determine forecasts for the next 6 months using the Linear Trend Line Model. Because the results of the analysis show that historical sales data and analyzing market demand trends are important steps in selecting the appropriate forecasting model

    This study examines the use of buzzers and bots in digital public relations (PR) strategies for Indonesian e-commerce, with a focus on the Shopee competition. The background of the study highlights the shift in PR communication from traditional media to algorithm-based practices that are often manipulative. The main issues are how these practices are carried out, their impact on consumer perceptions, and the ethical dilemmas that arise. The objectives of this study are to analyze buzzer-bot practices in digital PR, examine the ethical perceptions of stakeholders, and identify the boundaries between legitimate communication and manipulative campaigns. The methodology adopts a qualitative constructivist employing techniques such as case studies, interviews, netnography, and document analysis. The results indicate that buzzers and bots are effective in increasing visibility but lead to trust crises, ethical degradation, and reputational risks. The conclusions emphasize the need for regulation, transparency, and sustainable ethical communication strategies

This study assesses the program’s effectiveness by employing the European Digital Competence Framework and Kirkpatrick’s Training Evaluation Model. The analysis reveals that while the program ensures accessibility and provides fundamental digital training, it demonstrates notable deficiencies in advanced skill development, sector-specific training, and practical applications. These limitations impede participants\u27 preparedness for specialized employment in the technology sector, creative industries, and startups. The findings emphasize the necessity of an enhanced curriculum that incorporates advanced, modular training and experiential learning opportunities. To improve the program’s efficacy, this study recommends fostering strategic collaborations with industry stakeholders and implementing inclusive educational strategies. Aligning the program with labor market demands is essential for cultivating a highly competent and adaptable workforce in Indonesia’s evolving digital economy
