Metanovela «educativa» del Uruguay : análisis de obstáculos a la transformación del Sistema Nacional de Educación Pública en el Uruguay de 2005 a 2015
Get PDFEl campo del problema de investigación es: ¿por qué no se pudo transformar, cómo se sostuvo que se haría el Sistema Nacional de Educación Pública? Se indaga desde el psicoanálisis como ciencia conjetural los deseos de cambio, a la vez que con los obstáculos que se presentan, las resistencias y los impasses en los registros humanos, imaginario, simbólico y real, que anudan el síntoma. La tesis propone la existencia de un entramado fantasmático social metanovela como formación discursiva e histórica, perteneciente al tiempo fundacional de la nación, metarrelato que aún en franco des-caecimiento, se resiste a su transformación. La investigación refiere al tema de los grandes metarrelatos de la Modernidad, en especial aquellos referidos al vasto campo de la educación, a la filosofía y a las políticas educativas, en estrecha relación con la historia y los discursos fundantes del Uruguay como país republicano. Se ahonda en las singularidades del discurso educativo en tiempos iniciales como Estado-Nación y en los últimos años, centrándose en el vínculo entre lo anterior y lo actual, las dificultades suscitadas posteriormente, a la hora de efectuar transformaciones educativas profundas. Los procesos de indagación fueron realizados y analizados desde el psicoanálisis, como theoria-praxis, como experiencia y método que muestra, enuncia, que torna visible y hace posible que algún campo de problemas se manifieste, se explicite, se dirima al analizar las resistencias como fuerzas que tienden a conservar las identificaciones lo-gradas resistiéndose al cambio. Psicoanálisis como dispositivo generador de condiciones de posibilidad, de poder causar subjetividad sea en la dimensión singular, institucional o nacional; como dispositivo para poder analizar y proyectar el devenir de los procesos de transformación de la enseñanza y de los aprendizajes, para planificar políticas de las didácticas, de formación docente, para generar formas nuevas de abordar las configuraciones vinculares de y con niños, adolescentes y jóvenes provenientes de sectores de gran vulnerabilidad social, sobre los cuales recae una profunda desigualdad con la concomitante violencia social estructural que los acoge y espera en su llegada al mundo. Fue un complejo desafío que tomó el gobierno nacional del Uruguay en el período 2005- 2015, el de producir reformas en la educación, siguiendo la diacronía del discurso fundador- para lograr transformaciones en las estructuras sociales, económicas y políticas, las que una vez logradas profundizasen los cambios en los procesos educativos, cortando la reproducción de lo anterior, lo que aun sin querer, se repite.O campo do problema da pesquisa é: por que não foi possível transformar como foi argumentado que seria feito no Sistema Nacional de Educação Pública? Da mesma forma, meu desejo de indagar nessas profundidades humanas a partir da perspectiva da psicanálise, como uma ciência conjectural ou disciplina geradora e fundadora de dis-cursividade, que trabalha com os obstáculos à mudança, com as resistências e os im-passes nos registros humanos, imaginário, simbólico, real que atam o sintoma. A tese propõe a existência de uma estrutura social fantasmática 'metanovela' como uma for-mação discursiva e histórica, pertencente ao tempo de fundação da nação, uma meta-narrativa em franca decadência mas resistente à sua transformação. A pesquisa se refere ao tema das grandes metanarrativas da Modernidade, especialmente aquelas que se referem ao vasto campo da educação, filosofia e políticas educacionais, em estreita relação com a história e os discursos fundadores do Uruguai como um país republicano, como um Estado-nação moderno. Pretende aprofundar nas singularidades do discurso educacional dentro destes processos fundadores e, nos últi-mos anos, concentrar a pesquisa na ligação entre o acima exposto e as dificuldades em realizar transformações educacionais profundas. Os processos de investigação foram realizados e analisados sob a perspectiva da psicanálise, como teoria-práxis, como experiência e método que mostra, enuncia e evidencia, que torna visível e torna possível que alguns campos de problemas se manifes-tem, se explicitem, se resolvam analisando as resistências como forças que tendem a preservar as identificações alcançadas e a resistir às mudanças. A psicanálise como dispositivo que gera condições de possibilidade de causar subjetividade na dimensão singular, institucional e nacional, de poder analisar e projetar a evolução dos processos de transformação no ensino e na aprendizagem, nas políticas didáticas, na formação de professores, assim como nas configurações relacionais de e com crianças, adolescen-tes e jovens provenientes de setores de grande vulnerabilidade social, nos quais a pro-funda desigualdade e a concomitante violência social estrutural é o que os acolhe e os espera na sua chegada ao mundo. Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis

counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Get PDF“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
Get PDFWe provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. Note that the objective for the hut study was to evaluate the IRS treatment applications for residual efficacy against Anopheles mosquitoes, including the local An. coluzzii mosquito population. Cows were only used to attract mosquitoes into the huts and no tests were carried out directly on the cows. The author checklist is intended for use with studies where experiments are carried out on animals, which is why we have had such difficulty in completing this for the hut study, as many of the questions do not relate to how the cows were used
