No full textEl informe monográfico titulado “Posicionamiento del Establecimiento Hotelero DM Hoteles Tarapoto”, tiene como objetivo general determinar el nivel del posicionamiento del establecimiento; así mismo el informe se justifica en teorías y conceptos sobre estrategias de marketing y posicionamiento el cual
permitirá el desarrollo de nuevas estrategias de posicionamiento; logrando que los clientes y consumidores en general, puedan identificar con mayor facilidad el nombre de DM Hoteles Tarapoto.
La evaluación frente a la Respuesta ante el cambio de nombre por parte del establecimiento DM Hoteles Tarapoto, muestra como resultado determinante la calificación regular con un 51% que vio o recibió algún tipo de publicidad, frente a un 20% de calificación mala debido a desconocer el cambio de nombre.
Hablar de posicionamiento es referirse a ocupar un lugar en la mente del consumidor, que en otras palabras implica que el consumidor pueda reconocer las características del producto, comprar y diferenciar con los de la competencia; encontrando un elemento distinto, superior y único en el producto y como análisis general se muestra que DM Hoteles Tarapoto, cuenta con dos tipos de posicionamiento:
1. Posicionamiento por Beneficio, consideran que su mayor beneficio es que cuentan con áreas verdes y salones de conferencia adecuadas a la zona.
2. Posicionamiento por Uso o Aplicación, refieren que pueden hacer uso y trabajar en áreas verdes, realizar talleres de esparcimiento.The monographic report entitled "Positioning of the Hotel Establishment DM Hotels Tarapoto", has as general objective to determine the level of positioning of the establishment; likewise the report is justified in theories and concepts about marketing strategies and positioning which it will allow the development of new positioning strategies; achieving that customers and consumers in general could easily identify the name of DM Hotels Tarapoto.
The evaluation against the response to the change of name by the DM Hotels Tarapoto, shows a standard result of 51% rating that saw or received some type of publicity, compared to a 20% of clients who did not hear about the change of the hotel name.
Speaking of positioning is to refer to occupy a place in the mind of the consumer, which in other words implies that the consumer can recognize the characteristics of the product, buy and differentiate with those of the competition; finding a different, superior and unique element in the product and as a general analysis shows that DM Hotels Tarapoto, has two types of positioning strategy:
1. Positioning by Benefit, they consider that their greatest benefit is having extended green areas and modern conference rooms.
2. Positioning by use or application, they refer that they can use and work in green areas, carry out recreation workshops

menggunakan metode Quasi Experiment, dengan mengisi kuesioner Diabetes Quality of Life Clinical Trial Quesionnaire (DQLCTQ). Sampel yang digunakan 34 pasien dengan teknik Consecutive Sampling. Data dianalisis menggunakan SPSS
versi 26. Dari hasil penelitian ini diperoleh skor rata-rata dari masing-masing aspek kualitas hidup penderita pasien rawat inap penyakit diabetes melitus RSUD dr. Hendrikus Fernandez sebagian besar dapat dikatakan memiliki kualitas hidup yang
baik dan buruk dilihat dari bebrapa aspek untuk kualitas hidup yang baik yaitu kepuasan pengobatan dengan kategori puas sebanyak 34 orang (34%), kesehatan mental puas dengan hubungan pribadi dan keluarga sebanyak 24 orang (24%) dan kepuasan diet kategori tidak pernah memakan maknan yang tidak seharusnya sebanyak 19 orang (19%). Adapun kualitas hidup yang buruk yaitu aspek kesehatan
fisik dengan kategori penyakit diabetes selalu mempengaruhi aktifitas dan sosial sebanyak 26 orang (26%), ketahanan fisik dengan kategori penyakit diabetes selalu membatasi kegiatan sebanyak 25 orang (25%), kesehatan umum dengan kategori

Sneutrino DM in the NMSSM with inverse seesaw mechanism
No full textIn supersymmetric theories like the Next-to-Minimal Supersymmetric Standard Model (NMSSM), the lightest neutralino with bino or singlino as its dominant component is customarily taken as dark matter (DM) candidate. Since light Higgsinos favored by naturalness can strength the couplings of the DM and thus enhance the DM-nucleon scattering rate, the tension between naturalness and DM direct detection results becomes more and more acute with the improved experimental sensitivity. In this work, we extend the NMSSM by inverse seesaw mechanism to generate neutrino mass, and show that in certain parameter space the lightest sneutrino may act as a viable DM candidate, i.e. it can annihilate by multi-channels to get correct relic density and meanwhile satisfy all experimental constraints. The most striking feature of the extension is that the DM-nucleon scattering rate can be naturally below its current experimental bounds regardless of the higgsino mass, and hence it alleviates the tension between naturalness and DM experiments. Other interesting features include that the Higgs phenomenology becomes much richer than that of the original NMSSM due to the relaxed constraints from DM physics and also due to the presence of extra neutrinos, and that the signatures of sparticles at colliders are quite different from those with neutralino as DM candidate.National Natural Science Foundation of China (NNSFC) [11575053]SCI(E)ARTICLE1
