FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMENGARUHI KEPUASAN KERJA PADA PERAWAT DI UNIT RAWAT INAP KHUSUS RSI JEMURSARI SURABAYA
No full textPerawat memiliki kepuasan kerja, maka perawat tersebut memiliki kinerja baik dan berusaha memberikan pelayanan baik kepada pasien. RSI Jemursari Surabaya belum ada pengukuran kepuasan kerja. Studi pendahuluan kepada 14 perawat didapatkan 11 perawat puas dan 3 perawat kurang puas. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi kepuasan kerja pada perawat di Unit Rawat Inap Khusus RSI Jemursari Surabaya. Jenis penelitian menggunakan survei analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan cluster random sampling, sebesar 89 perawat terdiri dari IBS, HD, ICU, dan IGD-Ambulance Resusitasi. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan data primer dengan alat bantu kuesioner. Analisis data menggunakan uji regresi logistik biner, α (0,05). Hasil uji didapatkan pekerjaan memengaruhi kepuasan kerja (p=0,026), gaji memengaruhi kepuasan kerja (p=0,048), kelompok kerja memengaruhi kepuasan kerja (p=0,248) dan kondisi kerja memengaruhi kepuasan kerja (p=0,026). Sedangkan faktor lain promosi tidak memengaruhi kepuasan kerja (p=0,248), supervisi tidak memengaruhi kepuasan kerja (p=0,724) dan masa kerja tidak memengaruhi kepuasan kerja (p=0,543). Kepuasan kerja akan meningkat apabila pekerjaan, gaji, promosi, supervisi, kelompok kerja, kondisi kerja sesuai, baik dan mendukung. Manajemen rumah sakit lebih menggali potensi perawat, meningkatkan fasilitas penunjang, saling bekerjasama, pelaksanaan promosi diberikan sesuai latar belakang kemampuan perawat, melakukan motivasi dan memperhatikan keluhan perawat

No full textThe agreement is not only an agreement between two parties, but three and the third party is the community. The agreement is possible to be implemented, because the community makes its framework in the form of regulations that validate the agreement, such as the terms of the agreement, its consequences and so on. Agreements that are made and implemented without or do not heed the regulations that validate the agreement result in part of the community being negatively impacted by the agreement. The contents of the agreement/contract are very important to be implemented properly by the related parties, because the contents of the agreement made by the parties include legal aspects that have legal consequences if the parties do not fulfill these obligations. The problems in this study are first, what is the basis for the plaintiff to file a lawsuit for breach of contract for unilateral termination of the contract for the construction of the athletic track for the sport center. Second, how is the legal settlement of the cancellation of the athletic track work agreement for the sport center between PT. Ramawijaya and the Department of Education, Youth and Sports of Kuantan Singingi Regency. The research method that the author uses is a type of normative legal research method by means of case study, namely by studying the decision of case Number 12/Pdt.G/2021/PN.Tlk. The nature of this research is descriptive, then the data used uses primary and secondary data. In drawing conclusions the author uses a deductive thinking method, namely, drawing conclusions from general matters to specific matters. Regarding the results of the research and discussion that the author found: first, the Plaintiff's Basis for Filing a Default Lawsuit for Termination of the Construction Work Contract for the Construction of the Athletic Track at the Main Sports Center of Kuantan Singingi Regency in Case No. According to PT. Ramawijaya due to negligence in completing work progress as specified in the work contract. Second, legal settlement of the cancellation of the construction work agreement for the construction of the athletic track at the main stadium of the Kuantan Singingi Regency sports center between PT. Ramawijaya and the Kuantan Regency Education, Youth and Sports Department stated that the Plaintiff did not accept that he had committed a breach of contract because he did not fulfill the progress as agreed, the reason for the delay was because the work on building the athletic track for the main sports center stadium was categorized as Force Majeure conditions, weather conditions and delays in the delivery of raw materials

No full textThis study was conducted in Kuantan Singingi Regency which aimed to determine the factors that affecting unemployment rate in Kuantan Singingi Regency. In this study, the author used secondary data from the Central Statistics Agency of Kuantan Singingi Regency and the data processing used in this study was the eviews 9 application. The main data used in this study were the unemployment rate, the minimum wage rate, the PDRB growth, and the employment rate. From this study, it could be seen that the minimum wage rate had a positive effect of 0.046675 and was not significant to the unemployment rate in Kuantan Singingi Regency, the growth of PDRB had a negative effect of - 0.235975 and was not significant to the unemployment rate in Kuantan Singingi Regency, and the employment rate had a negative effect of -19.92798 and was significant to the unemployment rate in Kuantan Singingi Regency. No full textOne form of crime that is often found in society is the crime of extortion with violence. In Indonesia, violations of criminal law are regulated in the Criminal Code (KUHP), which stipulates the punishment for the perpetrators. Extortion is an act that prioritizes personal interests by using violence or threats against other individuals to force them to surrender or achieve something. The main problem of this study is to find out how the trial process for perpetrators of extortion accompanied by violence and how the legal responsibility of the panel of judges is in imposing criminal sanctions for extortion cases accompanied by violence in Decision Number 586 / Pid-B / 2024 / PN.Pbr. This study uses a normative legal research approach method or research on law with a focus on literature studies, with a descriptive analytical research nature. The data used is secondary data that will be analyzed qualitatively. The results of the study that the author can conclude are that the trial process for extortion with violence takes place systematically, from the investigation to the judge's decision. The judge plays a role in ensuring justice, legal certainty, and benefits by considering legal, social, and impact aspects of the crime. The decision is not only a punishment,but also has educational value. Therefore, judges must act professionally and responsibly for the sake of substantive justice
SKETSA ARSITEKTUR ART DECO SEBAGAI IKON KOTA BANDUNG DENGAN MEDIA ALCOHOL INK DAN ACRYLIC
No full textBandung is one of the cities in Indonesia that has a significant Art Deco styled architecture, which is a heritage that we can use as a means of education, as well as a tourist attraction and has very strong characteristics. In this case, the author chooses a school building that still uses the Art Deco style as a form of concern for historical buildings with innovative and creative ways. The author develops the idea of an Art Deco architecture sketch, the visual description of the painting. Then through the stage of contemplation, stimulation and creation process. Which consists of the preparation of tools and materials, sketching, taking the picture of the buildings as the main object, then the execution. The author titles the first work as master shcool with the size of 130 cm x 280 cm, the second work with SMPN 5 Bandung, the third work with Santa Anggela, and the last work with SMAN 20 Bandung. The author is interested in making it four works in drawing made using alcohol ink and acrylic media on canvas, the technique used in works are plaque and aquarelle for it wants to give a dramatic impression on the work, the colors used bright colors that intend to bring enlightenment to the world of education. To find out the descriptions of the work, and to visualize it aesthetically, the "Art Deco" styled schools become the main objects of creation of the work, it started from the idea of work. The visual description of the work is in conformity with the rules of the creation of drawing artwork with clear sources.;---Bandung merupakan salah satu kota di Indonesia yang memiliki bangunan Arsitektur bergaya Art Deco yang signifikan, merupakan harta warisan yang bisa dijadikan sarana edukasi, maupun objek wisata. serta memiliki ciri dan karakteristik yang sangat kuat. Dalam hal ini, penulis memilih bangunan sekolah yang masih menggunakan bangunan bergaya Art Deco, sebagai wujud kepedulian akan bangunan bersejarah dengan cara inovatif dan kreatif. Penulis mengembangkan gagasan mengenai sketsa arsitektur Art Deco, deskripsi visualisasi karya seni lukis. Kemudian melalui tahap kontemplasi, stimulasi dan proses penciptaan. Yang terdiri dari persiapan alat bahan, sketsa, pengambilan gambar bangunan sebagai objek utama, kemudian berkaya. Karya pertama berjudul master shcool dengan ukuran 130 cm x 280 cm, karya kedua SMPN 5 Bandung, karya ketiga Santa Anggela, dan karya terakhir SMAN 20 Bandung. Penulis tertarik untuk menjadikannya empat buah karya dalam menggambar yang dibuat menggunakan media alcohol ink dan acrylic di atas kanvas, teknik yang digunakan pada karya menggunakan teknik plakat dan aquarel, hal ini ingin memberikan kesan dramatis pada karya, warna yang digunakan warna-warna cerah yang bermaksud membawa pencerahan pada dunia pendidikan. Untuk mengetahui mendeskripsikan karya, serta memvisualisasikannya secara estetis, sekolah bergaya “Art Deco” manjadi objek utama pada pembuatan karya, hal tersebut berawal dari ide bekarya. No full textPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan strategi bauran pemasaran usaha kemitraan Gi-Va Fashion, faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keputusan konsumen untuk membeli pakaian stok lama dan mengetahui cara meningkatkan penjualan pakaian di perumahan kelapa sawit Wirata. Penelitian ini dilakukan di perumahan Kelapa Sawit Wirata Kecamatan Jagoi Babang Kabupaten Bengkayang Kalimantan Barat, dengan menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan metode penelitian deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi, dan uji keabsahan data menggunakan teknik triangulasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian pakaian stok lama usaha kemitraan Gi-Va Fashion di PKS Wirata adalah usaha pemasaran Gi-Va Fashion, faktor pribadi dan faktor psikologis. Adapun hasil dari keputusan pembelian konsumen yaitu harga murah, pembayaran cicilan, diskon, pakaian untuk anggota keluarga, bahan pakaian nyaman dipakai, pelayanan yang baik dan solidaritas. Strategi pemasaran 4P yang baru akan dilaksanakan untuk meningkatkan penjualan adalah beragam jenis pakaian, beragam ukuran pakaian, sistem pembayaran cicilan, harga murah, potongan harga, lokasi terjangkau, design tempat, periklanan media sosial dan banner, personal selling, tenaga penjualan agen tambahan
