V diplomskem delu sem v teoretičnem delu opredelila temeljne pojme izobraževanja. Podrobno sem predstavila izobraževalno dejavnost v organizaciji in organizacijske oblike izobraževanja. (v nadaljevanju Domel). Pomena naložbe v znanje se v podjetju Domel dobro zavedajo in posledično veliko sredstev namenijo izobraževanju svojih (potencialnih) zaposlenih. Cilj diplomske naloge je analizirati plane izobraževanja. Posebno pozornost bom namenila gospodarski krizi in posledično zmanjšanju finančnih sredstev namenjenih izobraževanju. Uporabljena metoda je večkrat opravljeni pogovor z vodjo kadrovskega oddelka in njihov letni plan izobraževanja. The theoretical part of the thesis in question presents the essential notions of education. The author illustrates in depth the education sector in an organisation and forms and methods of educating employees in a company. The empirical part concentrates on introduction of Domel company, their educational system and analyses their annual plan of professional education and training. The purpose of the thesis is to point out the importance of education and training for Domel company. They are fully aware of the significance of investing in knowledge and consequently they invest a lot in educating their (potential) employees. The aim of this thesis is to analyse their educational plans. A significant part of the thesis is dedicated to the economic depression and decrease in financial resources intended for education. The used method was an interview with the head of human resources and insight into their annual plan of professional education and training. Based on the analyses it was established that the education plan was carried out despite the recession. Prior to the crisis Domel company was already fully prepared and thus they spent less financial resources on education. Nonetheless, the future employees (students) were not affected. On the other hand, the current employees received much less resources for education. The author believes that the company’s investments in education were sufficient considering the given situation

The aim of the study was to research the existing state of education and training at the company Helios from a theoretical aspect, discover the answers to several questions and show how education and training is organized at the company. Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis

The present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed

Metodo kvantitativne analize s tehniko anketiranja stanovalcev smo uporabili za preverjanje stopnje zadovoljstva z načinom dela glasbene skupine, z učnimi vsebinami in z metodami dela. Z glasbenimi, gibalnimi in plesnoterapevtskimi aktivnostmi razvijamo oblikovanje pozitivne samopodobe in samozavesti, spodbujamo ustvarjalnost in socialne spretnosti, oblikujemo vrednote in dobre navade ter zelo uspešno izboljšamo splošno počutje posameznika.Professor Heinrich Ullrich is a music therapist and logotherapist who began developing therapeutic instruments and a coloured notes musical system forty years ago. The system enables persons with special needs to play music as they are unable to play music with classical instruments. The thesis presents the music group Barve sveta (Colours of the World) which was founded by the author of this master\u27s thesis and who works within a special social care institution in the Republic of Slovenia. The music group Colours of the World has been using Professor Ullrich\u27s methods for twelve years. Here, a model of the organization of therapeutic activities and the organization of a concert on the tenth anniversary of the musical group has been presented. On a sample of twenty residents, members of the Colours of the World group, we have studied and evaluated the effects of the music, movement and dance therapeutic activities in a group. It is a method of dealing with adults with special needs, ie people with long-term mental health problems, people with moderate intellectual disabilities, persons with a reduced ability to adapt to everyday life. Their unsatisfactory communication and building interrelations with other people disable them to integrate into the wider environment. The method of quantitative analysis, together with the technique of interviewing the residents, was used to check the level of satisfaction with the method of approach of the music group, the teaching contents and the working methods. We carried out the method of qualitative case study by observing establishment of contacts with other people, cooperation in therapeutical activities and performances, well-being as well as tested the progress in their knowledge and the level of statisfaction. The results of the survey on how satisfied the residents are show that the level of the residents\u27 satisfaction with the musical group activities is very high. We believe that these therapeutic activities are effective and positive while working with adults with special needs in general since they facilitate the establishment of contacts with other people and a rapid and effective integration into the social environment. We observe an active involvement of the members in these therapeutic activities and performances as well as the progress in their knowledge. Music, dance and motion therapeutic activities develop the formation of a positive self-image and self-esteem, encourage creativity and social skills, form values and good habits and successfully improve the general well-being of an individual

    Variations on the Author

“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship

Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis

We provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. Finally, we show by means of an example that our findings have a high practical relevance.information science;Pearson correlation;cosine;similarity measure;author cocitation analysis
