Maximum Power Point Tracking (MPPT) Algorithm Simulation Based on Fuzzy Logic Controller on Solar Cell with Boost Converter
The Self Exitated Induction Generator with Observation Magnetizing Characteristic in The Air Gap
This paper discusses the Self Exitated induction Generator (SEIG) by approaching the induction machine, physically and mathematically which then transformed from three-phase frame abc to-axis frame, direct axis and quadratur-axis. Based on the reactive power demand of induction machine, capacitor mounted on the stator of the induction machine then do the physical and mathematical approach of the system to obtain a state space model. Underknown relationships, magnetization reactance and magnetizing current is not linear, so do mathematical approach to the magnetization reactance equation used in the calculation. Obtained state space model and the magnetic reactance equation is simulated by Runge kutta method of fourth order. The equation of reactance, is simulated by first using the polynomial equation and second using the exponent equation. The load voltage at d axis and q axis using the polynomial laggs 640µs to the exponent equation. The polynomial voltage magnetitude is less than 0.6068 volt from the exponent voltage magnitud
Design Of Maximum Torque Per Ampere Control Method In Squirrel Cage Three-Phase Induction Motor
Improving the performance of three-phase induction motors is currently carried out by various control methods. One of them is controlling a three-phase induction motor using the Maximum Torque Per Ampere (MTPA) method. This paper focuses on the study of modeling specific motor models using the MTPA method. The purpose of the study is to prove that with the squirrel cage motor model, the speed can be increased above its rating. The MTPA method is a method of controlling a three-phase induction motor by controlling the current from the torque speed. Modeling is tested to see the responsiveness of the modeled system. The experimental results were tested using two-speed references and the system showed that MTPA control induction motors can improve the performance of three-phase induction motors. The results from the design show that the MTPA method can increase the performance of three-phase induction motors to reach 84.4%. The results of this study can be used as one way to model induction motors
Single observer speed sensorless field weakening control of two parallel motors
Two induction motors with parallel connected stator windings supplied by a single inverter (single observer) with a field weakening control system. The objective of this study is to propose a torque production speed sensorless vector control technique for each parallel connected rotor by adding field weakening control to improve the performance of each motor and reducing the number of adaptive observers on each motor to a single observer. Design of a rotor flux-oriented control (RFOC) system. Simulation results with the C-MEX S-function of MATLAB/Simulink 2015b show that the proposed method works better and can be operated at speeds that exceed the nominal speed of the motor
