ORGANIZATIONAL PATTERNS IN OPINION COLUMN OF JAKARTA POST

some information to the reader. The design of the texts must fulfill the
organization criteria in order to create text in appropriate way. In short, the author
should write a coherent text. Organizational patterns are made for developing
paragraph in the texts. The signal words within paragraphs indicated what
organizational patterns used.
This study aims at analyzing organizational patterns in opinion column of
Jakarta Post’s newspaper written by Indonesian Writers. In term of the
organizational patterns exist in text
The data of this study are taken from Jakarta Post’s newspaper edition on
Sunday January 05th, 2014 until edition on Sunday January 12nd, 2014 which is
concern in opinion column written by Indonesian writers.
The data are analyzed on the basis of the discourse analysis procedures in
text analysis. To analyze the organizational patterns, this study follows
McWhorther (2005) parameter considering thirteen kind of organizational pattern.
The results reveal that the existence of definition, classification,
chronological order, process, cause and effect, comparison and contrast,
statement and clarification and generalization and example in the text in opinion
column of Jakarta Post. The results also showed that the use of deductive patterns
dominates in text in opinion column of Jakarta Post. The paragraphs began with
what information being presented, and determined what else would have to
support that the information are true, then in the end of the paragraphs is
conclusion. It is made to prove that the writer’s opinion was correct. A multipattern
also found in text. Means that writer can apply more one organizational
pattern applied in text paragraphs or combining the organizational patterns in
developing paragraph
MİRJAQIP DUWLATOV AS A NEWSPAPER AUTHOR
No full textKazak edebiyatının ve Alaş Hareketi’nin en önemli isimlerinden biri olan, yazar, şair, siyaset adamı kimliklerini taşıyan Duwlatov’un edebi hayatında gazetecilik önemli bir yer tutmaktadır. 1907’den 1927’ye kadar 20 yıl boyunca pek çok gazete yazısı kaleme alan yazar, bu yazılarında siyasî hareketlerden salgın hastalıklara, önemli şahıslardan Kazak halkının adetlerine, siyahi kölelerden edebi eleştiriye kadar pek çok farklı konuyu işlemiştir. Yazarın üzerinde en çok durduğu meselelerden biri de eğitim meselesidir. Duwlatov’un gazetecilik hayatında Qazaq Gazetesi’nin önemli bir yeri bulunmaktadır. Yazar, Qazaq Gazetesi kapatılana kadar bu gazeteye çok önem vermiş ve pek çok yazısını bu gazetede yayımlamıştır. Yazarın yazılarını yayımladığı birkaç gazete şunlardır: Ayqap, Eŋbekşi Qazaq, Qızıl Qazaqstan.Yazar, bu gazete yazılarında pek çok farklı müstear kullanmıştır. Madiyar ve M.D. yazarın en çok kullandığı müstearlardır. Bu isimler arasında Türik Balası (Türk Evladı) ismi o dönemin şartları düşünülünce son derece dikkat çekicidir. Bu yazıda Mirjaqıp Duwlatov’un gazete yazıları ve bu yazılarında işlediği konular ele alınacaktır. Sonuç kısmında ise bir değerlendirme yapılacaktır.Journalism has an important place in Duwlatov’s literary life as one of the most famous names of the Kazakh literature and the Alash Movement who has the identities of writer, poet and politician. The author, who wrote many newspaper articles for 20 years from 1907 to 1927, covered many different topics like political movements, epidemic diseases, important people, the traditions of Kazakh people, black slaves, literary criticism etc. The issue of education is one of the most emphasized issues by the author.Qazaq Newspaper has an important place in Duwlatov's journalistic life. Until Kazakh Newspaper was closed, he attached great importance to this newspaper and published many of his articles in this newspaper. A few newspapers in which the author has published his articles are: Ayqap, Eŋbekşi Qazaq, Qızıl Qazaqstan.The author used many different nicknames in these newspaper articles. Madiyar and M.D. are the most commonly used nicknames by the author. Among these names, the name of Türik Balası (Turkish Son) is extremely remarkable when considering the conditions of that period.In this article, the newspaper articles of Mirjaqıp Duwlatov and the topics covered in these articles will be discussed. The purpose of writing this final task is to explain how the habits and characteristics owned by the Rooster can give a learning in our lives. Which gives reasons on the selection of Rooster that was appointed as the source of ideas in the creation of silkscreen works, visualizing the theme of rooster in silkscreen work. The rooster has unique habits and characteristics. An example of a rooster's habit is crowed in the morning and how it survives. In the characteristics of rooster that is rarely known by Banayak people is, when the head of the rooster can be in the same position when we shake the Badannnya. The balance in the rooster becomes its own characteristic. With the life of the rooster that gives an idea of the author's life that will be visualized into graphic artwork. The life of Rooster that gives its own background to the author of the Life of the rooster theme is interesting so it is lifted in the background of this final task introduction. The creation of this work is expected to attract the attention of the connoisseur of the art of life in the rooster that visualized in silkscreen work to pour the idea, the visualization of the life of Rooster is also supported by the media canvas with a Silkscreen technique. The work depicts the life of the rooster and how the results of the observations and expressions that the author poured into the work.

The researcher employs qualitative method. In this method, the
researcher uses two data sources, namely primary and secondary data sources. The
primary data source is the novel itself. The secondary data sources are the
sociological book, some books about American civilization and the other sources
related to the analysis. The method of data collection is library research and the
technique of data collection is descriptive technique.
Based on the social historical background of American society at early
twentieth century, materialistic life-style happened in American society; they have
dream to get wealthy, prosperity, money, glamour, and social status. They try to
get wealthy by doing anything whether it is legal or illegal. The author wishes to
say that materialistic does not guarantee people get happy life. Happiness my
occurs when people can live with someone whom they love, and live in peace,
friendship, and love

No full textBMT is an alternative that can help small businesses to access banking routes that are difficult to access. This research was conducted at KSPPS BMT UMMI, Bagan Sinembah Village, Bagan Sinembah Raya District, Rokan Hilir Regency. While the purpose of this study was to determine the potential for the development of KSPPS BMT UMMI, Bagan Sinembah Village, Bagan Sinembah Raya District, Rokan Hilir Regency, analyzed using SWOT analysis. This type of research uses qualitative research and quantitative research (combination). The population in this study was the director of KSPPS BMT UMMI, employees, and customers/community. Data collection techniques in this study are questionnaires (questionnaire), observation, documentation. Then the data that has been collected is analyzed using SWOT analysis, SWOT Matrix, IE Matrix, and QSPM. Based on the results of the data analysis that the author conducted on the results of the questionnaire at KSPPS BMT UMMI, it can be concluded that there is a positive influence that can be seen from the four SWOT indicators between the indicators of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats, as well as from the IE matrix. This is known to be seen from the IFAS Matrix value with a total value of 3.13 while the results from the EFAS Matrix value with a total value of 3.44, meaning that the potential of KSPPS BMT UMMI is in the "good" category so that it can increase the potential of KSPPS BMT UMMI but needs more effort in its development, and from the results of the QSPM analysis the priority strategy with the highest score is to improve the quality of KSPPS BMT UMMI to help the community's economy because it is easy to enter the community and there are few competitors

No full textUtilization of information technology by government institutions also using a monitoring system known as E-Government is an important part of government sustainability. The obstacle faced by each section head is during the process of making monthly reports, where when making monthly reports activities are often not recorded in the agenda book. To overcome this problem, we need a system that can record the daily activities of each section head systematically and accurately. The system that can solve the above problems is a website system, Progressive Web Apps (PWA) is a concept for implementing website creation that applies technology by building applications using the PWA concept which will make web applications run on various platforms such as websites, desktops, and mobile or Android platforms. Based on the percentage value of the question indicators, the System Usability Scale test results were 80.1 and received a "Good" score in the Adjective rating section and received a grade of "B". The method used by the author for this system design research, the Agile Method is a methodology in software development that is based on an iterative work process consisting of agreed rules and solutions.Pemanfaatan teknologi informasi lembaga pemerintahan juga menggunakan sistem monitoring yang disebut sebagai E-Goverment menjadi bagian penting keberlansungan pemerintahan. Adapun kendala yang dihadapi masing-masing kepala bagian adalah saat proses pembuatan laporan bulanan, dimana pada saat pembuatan laporan bulanan aktivitas-aktivitas sering tidak tercatat kedalam buku agenda. untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut perlu sebuah sistem yang dapat mencatat aktivitas harian dari masing-masing kepala bagian secara sistematis dan akurat. sistem yang dapat menyelesaikan permasalahan di atas adalah sistem website, Progressive Web Apps (PWA) adalah konsep penerapan pembuatan website yang menerapkan teknologi dengan membangun aplikasi menggunakan konsep PWA akan membuat aplikasi web berjalan diberbagai platform seperti website, desktop,dan platform mobile atau Android.
