No full textBusiness ethics will have an important meaning in providing insight to the business world in the future. The phenomenon of developing of business ethics is not lately simply one because of demands of reality of atmosphere turn more deepened but because the behavior of the perpetrators is getting away from the majesty of moral values (ethics). Nowadays, it has expanded the realm of Islamic economic studies at various universities.In the Indonesian context, the presence of business ethics is very urgent to look at the reality of corruption, collusion, nepotism, monopoly and others are increasingly grow and spread. These practices are highly contrary to the ethics that have been inscribed the Prophet Muhammad., as al-Amin in affairs of commerce. Prophet teach some principles in commerce include: honest, not cheating, ban of “najasy†selling, ban of “ihtikar†or monopoly and the payment of wages before his sweat dries. When some of these principles have been implemented well, then good luck and blessing in business will be acquired in the world and in the hereafter. The fifth hadith in this researchare “maqbulâ€in quality or acceptable (“saheeh†and “hasanâ€).

No full textThe purpose of the study was to figure out how the inheritance system differences of the indigenous mandala population with islamic law. Indigenous residents are natives who settled in Mandala designation of the Megang Sakti Campusari Village area of Musi Rawas County South Sumatra Province. This research is field research or field research. In reviewing primary data obtained from author interviews using a qualitative approach. From the research done then the authors get the results of the study that the inheritance system of the Indigenous Mandala population is incompatible with the syarat’ and the Compilation of Islamic Law (KHI). It is due to Islamic law and KHI article 174. Kinship due to the nasab is not only the descendant of the lower heir, but rather there are from the ancestors of the upward heir like father or grandfather and sideways like siblings and a father of heir. The part of the boy's inheritance when heirs with daughters is twice the part of girls, meaning the part of girls half of the part of boys. It is set in articles 176 to 182 KHI. It consideredthat this mosque is a government and largest mosque in Curup City Rejang Lebong.Every shubuh there is always taushiyah there. As comparisons, the researcher also took the Aljihad Mosque and Nurul Huda Curup Mosque. A complete facts of the hadis submitted by the preacher from the 3 mosques. The researcher took 1 month of Ramadan for the research. How are the traditions used by theologians in preaching some hadis, whether they are in accordance with the standard practice of a hadis, that is shahih and hasan or still in dhaif and maudhu category. If qualified shahih and hasan then they should be practiced, but if they qualified dha'if and maudhu so then they must be abandoned. Majority of preachers in these three mosques in particular have delivered some hadis qualified maqbul. Minorities of them still present some hadis that qualified mardud or rejected

No full textThis paper is intended to examine and describe tahsin al-qiraah activities, constraints and efforts of lecturers to succeed the activity. For this reason, teaching staff must strive to create students who are qualified in the field of Islam. In this case it must start from the basic course of reading Al-Quran or tahsin al-qiraah. what efforts were made by the Al-Qiraah doctoral lecturer to improve the Qoran reading ability of Sharia majors. This type of research was field research, with a qualitative descriptive approach. The results of this study indicate that the ability to read the Qoran to Syari'ah IAIN Curup students relatively was still classified as medium, with a count of 50% had been able to read well, and 50% again needed intensive and programmed guidance. The causes of factors were less able to read the Qoran for Curup IAIN Syari'ah students, including previous student educational background, process selection of students at the time of admission of new students who do not pay attention to the standard of reading the Qoran for prospective students of IAIN Curup, Family factors that pay less attention to read Al-Quran seriously lazy to learn to read the Qoran. Efforts to improve and improve students' ability to read al-Quran include IAIN policies, uniform material, lecturer, curriculum, media, and other facilities such as rooms and learning resources

The understanding is still developing in Indonesian religious and Muslim community figures that divorce is not mandatory in court, divorce in court is only for administrative needs. This research is explanatory research, the source of the data used is library data, data processing by editing, coding, reconstructing and systematizing and analysis using deductive logic. The result of this discussion is that the state has the authority to set regulations that can bring benefit to its people even though explicit divorce in court is not found in Islamic legal norms. But every regulation that is believed to be able to uphold the benefit and reject the interpretation is the implementation of the values of Islamic teachings. Improving the Competency of the Elderly in Reading the Al¬Quran Through the 'Asyarah Method After Covid 19 Pandemic
No full textDuring the February 2020 Covid-19 pandemic, the regional government attempted to implement Large-Scale Social Restrictions (PSBB), as a result, people began to experience difficulties in carrying out economic activities. Worship, transportation and others. This is also felt by the elderly mothers of Aisyiyah Rejang Lebong who have been actively studying tahsin tahfizh. The focus of this research is to look at increasing the competence of the elderly in studying the Koran using the Tahsin 'Asyarah method for the elderly mothers of Aisyiyah Rejang Lebong with the hope that they will be fluent in reading the Koran as a preparation for the eternal village. PAR is the method used in this research. The research subjects were community members who were members of the Aisyiyah Elderly recitation and they participated in the design, implementation and execution of the research. In PAR theory, there is a cycle that is used as a benchmark for the success of a research process based on community empowerment. Namely KUPAR (to Know, to Understand, to Plan, to Action and to Reflection. The research results show that this method is very suitable for the elderly so that they can easily learn tahsin and memorize the Al-Quran. This is proven that during the assisted program the mothers have memorized it several selected surahs, namely al-Mulk, al-Kahfi 1-10, Arrahman, al-Waqiah and al-Baqarah 1-40. This 'Asyarah method enables elderly Aisyiyah mothers to become good at reading according to the science of recitation in a relatively short time for 2 months

No full textAbstract. Islam is a religionrahmatan lil alamin, namely a religion that brings goodness to anyone around it. Because Islam regulates all the behavior of its people contained in the Al-Qur'an and Hadith. There are many character education values contained in the Qur'an, one of which is found in the Al-Qur'an letter Al-Isra’ verse 36 and the Al-Qur'an letter Az-Zumar verse 39. In the Al-Qur'an letter Al-Isra’ verse 36, character education which is very clearly taught to Muslims is to instill the value of love for Allah and the creatures around him, namely to teach Muslims to always fear Allah and keep their sight, hearing and carefully so as not to hurt the feelings of those around him. Then instill the value of responsibility and trustworthiness. Furthermore, in the Al-Qur'an letter Az-Zumar verse 39, character education that is very clearly taught to Muslims is an attitude of love for Allah by maintaining piety to Allah, then an attitude of responsibility realizing that those who are responsible for human beings are humans themselves , as well as the character value of wanting to work hard, namely by always trying to work with all the abilities possessed by the human himself and leaving the results to Allah SWT
Rheological properties of pestil enriched wheat, potato and corn flour using simplex lattice mixture design
No full textIn this study, pestil was made using various concentrations of wheat, corn, and potato flours and the ideal flour combination amounts were determined using the simplex lattice mixture design technique. The apparent viscosity, G' (elastic modulus), G'' (viscous modulus), and tan δ (G''/G') analyses were determined. In all samples, it is seen that viscosity reduces while shear rate increases. This type of behaviour is pseudoplastic behaviour. While the highest apparent viscosity was observed in the 13th sample (12 g/100 g potato flour), the lowest was seen in the 11th sample (12 g/100 g wheat flour). In all samples, the elastic modulus (G') was higher than the viscous modulus (G''). The ANOVA table shows that linear data have a significant (p<0.05) effect on apparent viscosity, G', G'', and tan δ values. In general, formulations using potato flour show higher apparent viscosity values. Also, it is observed that the tan δ, G', G'' and apparent viscosity values increase with the addition of potato flour. © 2024 by the author(s)
