STUDI KELUHAN SUBYEKTIF SIKAP DUDUK PADA PERAJIN SANDAL KARET DI DESA PASIR KIDUL KECAMATAN PURWOKERTO BARAT KABUPATEN BANYUMAS TAHUN 2006
Sikap duduk dapat menjadi faktor yang menimbulkan keluhan subyektif. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendiskripsikan sikap kerja dan keluhan subyektif para perajin sandal karet di Desa Pasir Kidul Kecamatan Purwokerto Barat Kabupaten Banyumas tahun 2006. Metode penelitian ini adalah penelitian survey dengan metode observasi dan wawancara melalui pendekatan cross sectional. Hasil penelitian ini menggambarkan bahwa sikap kerja perajin sandal karet kurang ergonomis. Lama bekerja lebih dari 8 jam sehari selama (6 hari kerja/minggu) dengan duduk di lantai. Keluhan subyektif yang dirasakan meliputi pegal pada pinggang, kesemutan, pegal pada punggung dan cepat lelah.

THE STUDY ON SUBJECTIVE COMPLAINT AND SITTING POSTURE AMONGST RUBBER SANDAL CRAFTERS IN PASIR KIDUL VILLAGE WEST PURWOKERTO SUB DISTRICT BANYUMAS REGENCY
Sitting posture may cntribute to subjective complqint. the aimed of this research was to describe the subjective complaint and sitting posture amongst rubber sandal crafters in Pasir Kidul Village, West Purwokerto sub district Banyumas regency 2006. Obervation and interview were utilized and cross sectional approach result showed that all crafters had lact of ergonomic sitting posture. Their working was more that 8 hour for 6 days work a week. Their subjective complaint were low back pain, numbness, lopper back pain and fatigue

KADAR FORMALIN PADA IKAN ASIN JAMBAL ROTI (Arius thalassinus) DI KAWASAN WISATA TELUK PENYU CILACAP TAHUN 2014
Background and objectives, Fish was an export commodity that decays faster than fruits andvegetables. Jambal roti fish is salted fish products derived from Manyung fish (Arius thalassinus), is oneof the food ingredients commonly mixed with food additive that forbidden by the government, namelyformalin. The purpose of the study was to determine the formaldehyde levels content in jambal roti (Ariusthalassinus) salted fish sold in Teluk Penyu tourist resort Cilacap 2014.The research design used was descriptive research with lab analyst, to obtain vivid descriptionrelated Jambal roti salted fish (Arius thalassinus)physical condition, measuring the traders knowledgelevel and formaldehyde levels examination jambal roti (Arius thalassinus) salted fish sold in Teluk Penyutourist resort Cilacap 2014.The research results shows from 10 samples the Jambal roti salted fish (Arius thalassinus) physicalcondition measured with organoleptic obtained good categories with 70% percentage. The examinationresults shows that from 10 samples, 9 samples proved negative (did not contain formaldehyde) on thenumber of samples 1,2,3,4,5,7,8,9,10 and 1 sample contained 0.5 mg of formaldehyde which is samplenumber 6.The conclusions drawn was the tested samples number 6 positive containing formaldehyde 0.5 mg,so that sample number 6 declared not safe for public consumption. The trader knowledge level relatedforbidden food additive was poor, researchers need to provide discourse related formaldehyde danger ifused as food additive in the future so that the trader knows about the dangers of formaldehyde was aforbidden food additive
A COMPARATIVE STUDY ABOUT THE AMOUNT OF MICROPLASTIC IN POLYETHYLENE TEREPHTALATE (PET) DRINKING WATER THAT WAS EXPOSED AND NOT EXPOSED BY SUN AT ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH LABORATORY OF POLTEKKES KEMENKES SEMARANG AT THE YEAR 2020
The majority of bottled water industry uses polyethylene terephthalate (PET) bottles as their packaging. When exposed to direct sunlight, this type of packaging is able to cause new compounds in water. Research at the State University of New York states showed that from 259 bottled water in 9 countries, 242 of them contained microplastics. The purpose of this study is to determine whether there are differences in the amount of microplastic in bottled PET containers that are exposed and not exposed to sunlight. This type of research is pre-experimental using the static group comparison design. There are 2 treatment groups: PET bottled water that is exposed and not exposed to sunlight. The results showed that there were microplastics in PET bottled water exposed and not exposed to sunlight. Samples of bottled PET which exposed to sunlight have microplastic’s number of 175 particles/ liter. Whereas bottled water that was not exposed to sunlight has microplastic’s number of 132,25 particles/ liter. Independent t-test showed that the Sig (2-tailed) value was 0,023. This value less than = 0,05. So, we can say that there were differences between both of them. The conclusion of the study was that there were differences in the number of microplastics between PET bottled water exposed and not exposed to sunlight. As a form of vigilance, the public is advised to deliver PET bottled water from direct sunlight both for distribution and other type utilization of PET bottles for other purposes such as disinfection of water using sunlight (SODIS)
Survey Penerapan Protokol Kesehatan di Tempat Wisata Kawasan Baturraden pada Masa New Normal
Obyek wisata merupakan tempat umum yang banyak dikunjungi oleh para wisatawan. Sulama era covid 19 banyak objek wisata yang tidak di buka untuk umum selama kurang lebih 2 tahun. Di Era new normal pengunjung obyek wisata meningkat, risiko penularan covid-19 masih ada. Apakah pengunjung di kawasan Baturraden masih menerapkan protokol kesehatan pada masa new normal atau tidak. Tujuan umum penelitian untuk mengetahui penerapan protokol kesehatan di tempat wisata Kawasan Baturraden pada masa new normal. Jenis penelitian pada penelitian ini adalah observasional deskriptif dengan pendekatan survey terhadap tiga obyek wisata di Kawasan Baturraden yaitu tempat X, Y, dan Z. Pengumpulan data menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara, angket, dan dukumen. Analisis menggunakan narasi, deskriptif, penilaian, skor, persentase. Haasil wawancara angket penerapan protokol kesehatan terhadap pengunjung didapatkan pengunjung pada tempat X dengan umur rata-rata 33,84 tahun, dominan asal Purwokerto, skor nilai prokes 3,18, konversi 79,42% dalam katagori baik. Pengunjung pada Lokawisata Baturraden umur rata-rata 35,36 tahun, dominan asal Purwokerto, skor nilai prokes 3,21, konversi 80,17% dalam katagori baik. Pengunjung pada tempat Y dengan umur rata-rata 35,76 tahun, dominan asal Cilacap, skor nilai prokes 2,95, konversi 73,79% dalam katagori sedang. Kesimpulan, secara umum capaian penerapan protokol kesehatan pengunjung obyek wisata Kawasan skor 3,11 konversi 77,79% dalam katagori baik. Saran, para pengunjung obyek wisata di kawasan Baturraden diharapkan tetap menerapkan protokol kesehatan di era new normal, agar tidak terjadi penularan penyakit covid-19
