    Analisis Risiko Pada Proyek Pembuatan Lintel Set Point Dengan Metode Kualitatif (Studi Kasus : PT. XYZ)

    Proyek konstruksi pembuatan lintel set point memiliki karakteristik sebagai suatu rangkaiankegiatan yang berlangsung dalam waktu yang sudah ditentukan dengan alokasi sumberdayatertentu. Risiko proyek merupakan faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi percapaian tujuan,sehingga terjadi konsekuensi yang tidak diinginkan yang dapat mempengaruhi performace,jadwal dan biaya proyek. Dengan demikian perlu adanya analisis risiko yang mencakupproses mengidentifikasi, menganalisis, menilai dan mengevaluasi setiap keterjadian risikoyang terjadi pada proyek pembuatan lintel set point. Metodologi yang digunakan dalampenelitian ini adalah analisis risiko kualitatif dengan pengukuran tingkatan probabilitas dandampak dari setiap risiko, kemudian menilainya dengan menggunakan matriks risiko yangberbasis AS/NZS 4360:2004. Pengambilan data yang dilakukan dengan menyebarkankuisioner dan wawancara kepada para responden yang berhubungan dengan keterjadiansetiap risiko yang terjadi pada saat berjalannya proyek. Hasil dari penelitian, teridentifikasi27 risiko. Dari hasil penilaian risiko, terdapat 4 risiko dengan tingkatan risiko yang sangattinggi, 11 risiko dengan tingkatan risiko tinggi, 11 risiko dengan tingkatan risiko sedang dan1 risiko dengan tingkatan rendah. Setelah menemukan tingkatan risiko, kemudianmemberikan respon dan pengendalian untuk risiko dengan tingkatan sangat tinggi dengancara memitigasi risiko yaitu: melakukan teknik pemilihan supplier dengan menggunakanbeberapa kriteria; pemasangan tenda atau terpal pada area – area kerja tertentu yangdikhawatirkan rusak atau membahayakan jika terkena hujan; adanya pengawasan secaraberkala kepada para supplier agar tidak terjadi pelanggaran terhadap kesepakatan yang sudahditentukan; memberikan sanksi kepada pekerja apabila melakukan kecerobohan dalambekerja.

    Placement and determination of waste landfill locations in each city is very important. The location of a landfill that is not well organized will cause some negative consequences, which can cause damage to infrastructure; local environmental pollution; release of methane gas which is called organic decomposition; means of carrying diseases such as rats and flies; and simple interference. The existing landfill in Gresik city, precisely in the Ngipik Village, needs to be evaluated again because besides being in an urban location, the TPA has already been overloaded. Stakeholders need to find alternative locations to organize the city and make the city more comfortable for residential and urban areas. The solution to the problem requires a support method to find a solution. One method of supporting the decision is the method of transportation, this method can help to determine the optimal location of various alternatives. The transportation method discusses the distribution of goods from a number of sources (supply) to various destinations (requests) with the aim of minimizing the costs of transportation that occur. The results of calculating the optimal solution for each location using POM software by using a combination of existing landfill with TPA proposed I total costs spent in a day Rp.1.764.105,20. Temporary costs incurred using the existing landfill combination with TPA proposed II is Rp. 1.981.150,60. And the costs incurred using the existing landfill combination with the TPA proposed I and TPA proposed II ​​amounting to Rp.2.121.919,80. The combination of the use of the existing landfill with TPA proposed I has the lowest cost value of all alternatives

    Perkembangan teknologi dalam bidang pertanian semakin tahun semakin pesat, sehingga masyarakat khususnya petani tertinggal dalam memanfaatkan kemajuan teknologi tidak akan memperoleh keuntungan yang maksimal dari kegiatan usaha yang dilakukannya. Salah satu teknologi yang layak disebarluaskan adalah teknologi hidroponik, hal ini dikarenakan semakin langkanya lahan pertanian akibat dari banyaknya sektor industri dan jasa, sehingga kegiatan usaha pertanian konvensial semakin tidak kompetitif karena tingginya harga lahan. Teknologi budidaya pertanian dengan sistem hidroponik diharapkan menjadi salah satu alternatif bagi masyarakat yang mempunyai lahan terbatas atau pekarangan, sehingga dapat dijadikan sebagai sumber penghasilan yang memadai.     PT. BI merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang pembuatan bogie carset. Pada perusahaan tersebut setiap kegiatan kerja tidak memiliki waktu operasi yang sama dan belum terdapat standar waktu untuk setiap proses operasinya. Oleh karena itu sering terjadi ketidak-seimbangan pada setiap stasiun kerja. Hal ini apabila berlangsung terus menerus dapat menyebabkan lintasan produksi yang tidak efektif dan efisien. Penentuan output produksi yang tidak direncanakan dengan baik dan hanya berdasarkan coba-coba turut juga menentukan rendahnya efisiensi lintasan. Suatu program matematis integer programming akan dimanfaatkan untuk menentukan penempatan kegiatan-kegiatan pada masing-masing stasiun kerja dan untuk menentukan output optimal yang mampu meningkatkan efisiensi lintasan. Teknik ini akan diaplikasikan dengan mengambil sebuah contoh produk dari perusahaan yang diteliti. Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh efisiensi waktu sebesar 25,81 menit dalam proses line balancing pengerjaan side frame, Sedangkan untuk proses line balancing pengerjaan bolster terdapat efisiensi waktu sebesar 1.745,9 menit. Jumlah output maksimal untuk produk side frame adalah sebesar 49 unit/minggu sementara jumlah output produk bolster adalah sebesar 29 unit/minggu. =================================================================== PT. BI is a company engaged in the manufacture of bogie carset. At the company each work activity does not have the same operating time and there is no standard time for each operation process. Therefore there is often an imbalance in each work station. This if ongoing can lead to ineffective and efficient production trajectory. Determination of production output is not well planned and only based on trial and error also determine the low efficiency of the track. An integer programming mathematical program will be used to determine the placement of activities on each work station and to determine the optimal output that can improve the efficiency of the track. This technique will be applied by taking a sample product from the company under study. From the research results obtained time efficiency of 25.81 minutes in the process of line balancing side frame product, While for the process of bolster product line balancing there is a time efficiency of 1.745.9 minutes. The maximum amount of output for side-frame products is 49 units/week, while the total number of bolster products is 29 units/week

    Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis

    The present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed

    “Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship

    Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis

    We provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature.     Dispelling the Myths Behind First-author Citation Counts

    We conducted a full-scale evaluative citation analysis study of scholars in the XML research field to explore just how different from each other author rankings resulting from different citation counting methods actually are, and to demonstrate the capability of emerging data and tools on the Web in supporting more realistic citation counting methods. Our results contest some common arguments for the continued use of first-author citation counts in the evaluation of scholars, such as high correlations between author rankings by first-author citation counts and other citation counting methods, and high costs of using more realistic citation counting methods that are not well-supported by the ISI databases. It is argued that increasingly available digital full text research papers make it possible for citation analysis studies to go beyond what the ISI databases have directly supported and to employ more sophisticated methods
