Pengaruh Kualitas Layanan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Jasa Henna Fathiah di Kota Banjarmasin
Full text linkJasa Henna Fathiah merupakan jasa yang bergerak di bidang marketing untuk melayani dalam mengukir hiasan di tangan sebagai bentuk perhiasan khusunya bagi wanita. Untuk menilai kualitas layanan jasa henna tersebut diperlukan beberapa variabel dalam menganalisis yaitu nilai, harga, bukti fisik, keandalan dan ketanggapan. Untuk menelaah pelayanan jasa henna tersebut, maka penulis melakukan penelitian lapangan atau field research.
Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif kuantitatif bertujuan untuk mengetahui kualitas layananberupa Nilai, Harga, Bukti Fisik, Keandalan, dan Ketanggapanberpengaruh secara parsial dan simultan terhadap keputusan pembelian jasa henna Fathiah di kota Banjarmasinserta untuk mengetahui pandangan syariat islam terhadap keputusan pembelian jasa henna Fathiah di kota Banjarmasin.
Hasil dari penelitian merupakan analisis data yaitu secara parsial terdapat variabel nilai bukti fisik, keandalan dan ketanggapan tidak berpengaruh. Sedangkan variabel nilai berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian Jasa Henna Fathiah di Kota Banjarmasin. Sedangkan secara simultan variabel nilai, harga, bukti fisik, keandalan dan ketanggapan berpengaruh signifikan secara bersama-sama terhadap keputusan pembelian Jasa Henna Fathiah di Kota Banjarmasin. Oleh karena itu, dalam pandangan syariat islam sudah tertuang dalam Al-Qur’an surah Al-Baqarah ayat 267 yang membahas tentang cara memberikan hasil usaha baik berupa pelayanan/jasa hendaknya memberikan yang berkualitas, jangan memberikan yang buruk atau tidak berkualitas kepada orang lain

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat happiness at work tenaga pendidik di Kota Bandung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif. Partisipan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 163 guru di Kota Bandung. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah Happiness at Work Scale (HAWS) (Pryce-Jones, 2010). Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dengan menggunakan aplikasi JAMOVI. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas partisipan memiliki tingkat happiness at work yang tinggi yaitu sebesar 53.37%.

This very meaningful industrial training experience started at the Jabatan Penyiaran Negeri Pahang (RTM Pahang) for six months from 1 March 2023 until 15 August 2023. This report was also prepared based on my observations and experiences during my time here.
This department is located in Kuantan, Pahang which operates Monday to Friday only for the management and administration section while the radio broadcasting section operates every day. Throughout my time here I have been exposed to various knowledge and have been able to experience various experiences as a citizen of RTM Pahang. Here I was treated very well and like family.
I was selected to be placed in the administration and management department. I have been given several tasks such as managing phone calls, managing administrative matters, preparing documents such as meeting minutes and using new software. The assignments given can give me a lot of new knowledge and learning.

No full textThis academic exercise examines the relationship between knowledge management (KM) process and audit firm performance. The study deployed variables from previous literatures on KM process and firm performance (Fong & Choi, 2009; Massa & Testa, 2009; Ngah, Hoo, & Ibrahim, 2009). As knowledge is considered an intellectual capital for audit, it is essential to see the impact of KM process which includes knowledge creation and acquisition, knowledge transfer and sharing, knowledge storage and retrieval, knowledge application and knowledge protection as main providers to audit firm performance. This study conducted a basic investigation on the impact of KM process in the audit firms in Malaysia through the survey questionnaires which were distributed to 46 audit firms located in lohor, Melaka, Negeri Sembilan and Selangor. The statistical results from the sample revealed that KM process has a positive significant relationship to the audit firms' performance. The result further indicated that knowledge creation and acquisition is the main contributor to the audit firm performance. It may also benefit specific groups of people including audit professional staff, audit firms' management, as well as motivating them to enhance firm performance through the KM processes

Wawancara ini dikendalikan oleh Siti Aishah Binti Muhamad Adilfitri dan Nur Fathiah Binti Abd Fadzli, pelajar ljazah Sarjana Muda Pengurusan Maklumat, Pengurusan Sistem Maklumat (IM245) semester 5, Fakulti Pengurusan Maklumat, Universiti Teknologi Mara (UiTM) Kampus Machang, Kelantan. Beliau merupakan Tokoh Warisan Kebangsaan Orang Hidup (WAKOH) - Boria. Temubual ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui, peranan ketua kumpulan Boria Omara serta perjalanan kehidupan beliau dan juga sumbangan yang telah diberikan kepada masyarakat. Besides, by investigating, identifying and analysing, it helps my company to figure out the flaws on the product about their function, design and material. RCD Machine. This method can be used for foundation of large bridge in river, foundation of super structure building, foundation of marine structure, and so on.
Indeed, this is a more effective method in removing underground reinforced-concrete structures for redevelopment works. Bored Pile has a lot of its own specialties. Firstly, it has the ability to maintain a stable shaft. Besides that, it is easy to identify strata type if we use bored pile. Next, bored pile has less any disturbance and subsidence to the surrounding areas. Furthermore, it also produces less noise and vibration. Lastly, it has a high
efficiency in Quality Assurance (QA) or Quality Control (QC).
Basically, bored pile is a type of deep foundation. Bored Pile has a lot of application in construction. Among them are, foundation penetrated to hard ground, foundation of buildings, foundation of tank and foundation of bridge abutment and pier. Besides that, bored pile is also used in the removal of underground structure like concrete block.
The construction of bored pile started with surveying the point where bored pile is to be held. Next, equipment is carried in and set up. Then, casing is installed and when the drilling machine has been set up, drilling is started. After drilling, slime needs to be removed. After that, the point will be inspected and if it is passed then rebar cage can be installed. Next, slime is removed for the second time before
concreting can be done with tremie pipe. After concreting, the tremie pipe and casing is removed. Finally, toe grouting or cutting off can be done and the bored pile is complete
Ameliorative effect of glutathione administration on testicular and sperm parameters in STZ: induced diabetic mice / Fathiah Abdullah
Full text linkDiabetes mellitus (DM) is known to cause reproductive impairment. In men, it has been linked to altered sperm quality and testicular damage. Oxidative stress (OS) plays a pivotal role in the development of DM complications. Glutathione (GSH) is a part of a non-enzymatic antioxidant defence system that protects lipid, protein and nucleic acid from oxidative damage. However, the protective effects of exogenous GSH on the male reproductive system have not been comprehensively examined. This study determined the impact of GSH administration in ameliorating the adverse effect of DM on testicular and sperm parameters in C57BL/6NTac STZ-induced diabetic mice. The mice were divided into four groups; non-diabetic control group (Group C), diabetic control group (Group D), GSH-treated non-diabetic group (Group GSH) and GSH-treated diabetic group (Group DGSH15). Administration of GSH at a dose of 15 mg/kg body weight was given for 6 consecutive weeks to Groups GSH and DGSH15 mice. Diabetic mice showed significant impairment in testicular and sperm parameters compared to non-diabetic mice. The administration of GSH at 15 mg/kg body weight improved testicular and sperm parameters in diabetic mice. Histological examination of testes also showed a significant difference in the diameter of seminiferous tubules, epithelial height, and diameter of the lumen in GSH-treated group, compared to diabetic control. The apoptotic index calculated using the fluorescent TUNEL assay was lower in GSH-treated compared to diabetic control group, showing the ability of GSH to improve diabetes-related reproductive impairment. Malondialdehyde (MDA) and 8-hydroxy-2'-deoxyguanosine (8-OHdG) were significantly lower in the GSHtreated group than in the diabetic control group. The expression of 17 different genes were examined using RT-qPCR. The antioxidative actions of GSH were seen in GSHtreated mice, supported by the upregulations of Bcl-2, Sod1, Gpx1, Mfn1, Ndufs1, Ndufs2 and Uqcrfs1. Five Caspase pathway genes were further examined using ELISA for protein expression. The Bax/Bcl-2 ratio was found to be lower in the GSHtreated group, indicating reduced OS with GSH intervention. In conclusion, GSH at 15 mg/kg body weight was adequate to reverse the effect of DM on sperm quality and testicular damage in C57BL/6NTac mice. The determination of the effective dose of GSH in this study is expected to provide a baseline for further exploration into the mechanisms underlying the possible protective effects of GSH and its development for clinical application
