No full textCette troisième édition des journées féministes maghrébines Fatema Mernissi (JFM), en hommage à la sociologue marocaine, grande figure du féminisme au Maghreb, décédée le 30 novembre 2015, fait suite à celles organisées à Tunis en mai 2016 et novembre 2017 à l’initiative d’un collectif de féministes Maghrebines. Fatema Mernissi a enrichi la pensée féministe maghrébine dans les années 1980-90 en abordant des sujet avant-gardistes tels femmes, sexualité et pouvoir en islam. Son action sur le terrain contribua à jeter des passerelles entre l’université et le mouvement féministe et encouragea les femmes à sortir de l’invisibilité, à travers l’écriture notamment. Témoin privilégié de la montée des mouvements de femmes au Maghreb et dans le monde arabe, elle joua un rôle fédérateur. Les multiples aspects de son apport à la pensée et à l’action féministe seront débattus et mis en perspective avec la nouvelle donne du féminisme au Maghreb
