Anugerah ini merupakan penghargaan kepada pencapaian hasil daripada dedikasi dan kerja keras sepanjang pengajian di mana beliau berjaya memperoleh Ijazah Sarjana Muda Kelas Pertama dalam bidang Analitik Data
Metabolic Impact on the Hypothalamic Kisspeptin-Kiss1r Signaling Pathway
A large body of data has established the hypothalamic kisspeptin (KP) and its receptor, KISS1R, as major players in the activation of the neuroendocrine reproductive axis at the time of puberty and maintenance of reproductive capacity in the adult. Due to its strategic location, this ligand-receptor pair acts as an integrator of cues from gonadal steroids as well as of circadian and seasonal variation-related information on the reproductive axis. Besides these cues, the activity of the hypothalamic KP signaling is very sensitive to the current metabolic status of the body. In conditions of energy imbalance, either positive or negative, a number of alterations in the hypothalamic KP signaling pathway have been documented in different mammalian models including nonhuman primates and human. Deficiency of metabolic fuels during fasting causes a marked reduction of Kiss1 gene transcript levels in the hypothalamus and, hence, decreases the output of KP-containing neurons. Food intake or exogenous supply of metabolic cues, such as leptin, reverses metabolic insufficiency-related changes in the hypothalamic KP signaling. Likewise, alterations in Kiss1 expression have also been reported in other situations of energy imbalance like diabetes and obesity. Information related to the body’s current metabolic status reaches to KP neurons both directly as well as indirectly via a complex network of other neurons. In this review article, we have provided an updated summary of the available literature on the regulation of the hypothalamic KP-Kiss1r signaling by metabolic cues. In particular, the potential mechanisms of metabolic impact on the hypothalamic KP-Kiss1r signaling, in light of available evidence, are discussed
Modeling daily energy use in British homes amidst the electricity market crisis: Insights from smart meter and socio-technical data
This study examines the factors influencing daily electricity use in UK homes during the electricity market crisis. Using data from smart meters and socio-technical sources, the research identifies key drivers of electricity consumption, such as household size, weather conditions, and appliance use. Results from a sample of British homes, analyzed through linear mixed effects modeling, show that households with more occupants, greater number of adults, higher heating settings, and fewer energy-saving efforts consume more energy. Weather, housing type, and air conditioning also play significant roles. The findings highlight the importance of integrating smart meter data with other sources to develop effective energy-saving strategies and inform targeted conservation policies

Maulana Muhammad Hussain Azad’s essay "Sair-e-Zindagi" describes life and its different stages. The essay starts with the words of a sage that when a person comes into the world, he is completely ignorant and innocent. Then there is childhood, which he finds in the form of a beautiful and carefree life, and then there is youth, which is a beautiful, exciting and colorful period of life, and it is full of emotions and desires. After that, gradually the organs of a person start to decay and he moves from youth to old age. By going to old age, he becomes greedier about life. A critical review of the said essay is presented in this article highlighting the characteristics pertaining to style and diction of the writer.

Numerical study of turbulent fluid flow and heat transfer in lateral perforated extended surfaces
Numerical study has been performed in this study to investigate the turbulent convection heat transfer on a rectangular plate mounted over a flat surface. Thermal and fluid dynamic performances of extended surfaces having various types of lateral perforations with square, circular, triangular and hexagonal cross sections are investigated. RANS (Reynolds averaged Navier–Stokes) based modified k–ω turbulence model is used to calculate the fluid flow and heat transfer parameters. Numerical results are compared with the results of previously published experimental data and obtained results are in reasonable agreement. Flow and heat transfer parameters are presented for Reynolds numbers from 2000 to 5000 based on the fin thickness

Strategi Sedekah di RUHAFA (Rumah Sehat Dhuafa) dalam Membantu Pengobatan Masyarakat Fakir di Kecamatan Pamekasan
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi program Rumah Sehat Dhuafa dalam memberikan pengobatan gratis kepada masyarakat fakir di Kecamatan Pamekasan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode wawancara dengan mantan ketua dan ketua Cahaya Ummat Pamekasan, yang merupakan organisasi yang mendukung kegiatan Rumah Sehat Dhuafa. Data yang diperoleh dari wawancara digunakan untuk menggambarkan program, strategi, seleksi pasien, integrasi dengan program lain, tantangan yang dihadapi, kerjasama dengan pihak terkait, evaluasi dan monitoring, rencana pengembangan, serta pengukuran keberhasilan program pengobatan Rumah Sehat Dhuafa. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Rumah Sehat Dhuafa memiliki program pengobatan gratis yang meliputi berbagai layanan medis dan strategi yang melibatkan informasi personal ke personal dan sosial media. Seleksi pasien tidak dilakukan secara ketat, namun layanan ini diperuntukkan khusus bagi masyarakat dhuafa. Integrasi dengan program dengan pihak terkait seperti Dinas Kesehatan dan rumah sakit daerah Pamekasan. Tantangan utama yang dihadapi yaitu pembiayaan. Evaluasi dan monitoring dilakukan secara rutin untuk memastikan pelayanan yang lebih baik dan keberlanjutan program
