Business Plan to Start a Company Providing Scavenger Hunts
Get PDFTato práce se zabývá vytvořením podnikatelského plánu, na jehož základě se autor rozhodne, zda založí firmu provozující venkovní poznávací hry v Praze. Pomocí rozsáhlé analýzy externího prostředí, která zahrnuje několik dotazníkových šetření, analýzu PEST a analýzu konkurence, byla nastavena strategie proniknutí na trh. Na základě potřeb vybraných cílových skupin byl sestaven podrobný marketingový plán, jehož součástí je i model poptávky. Třetí klíčovou částí práce je finanční plán, ve kterém jsou ověřena všechna rozhodnutí. Výsledkem je ekonomické zhodnocení podnikatelského záměru a identifikace klíčových faktorů úspěchu. Práce potvrzuje potenciál podnikatelského záměru, validuje existenci dostatečně velkého cílového trhu a poskytuje autorovi jasný návod, jaké kroky je potřeba dělat a nedělat, aby měl nápad šanci uspět. Teoretická část se věnuje zásadám podnikatelského plánování a významu jednotlivých kapitol.This thesis deals with the creation of a business plan, which will serve the author to decide whether to start a company providing outdoor scavenger hunts in Prague. Using an extensive external analysis, which includes several questionnaire surveys, a PEST analysis and a competitor analysis, a market penetration strategy was set. Based on the needs of selected target groups, a detailed marketing plan was drawn up. It also includes a demand estimate. The third key part of the thesis is a financial plan, in which all previous decisions are verified. The result is an economic evaluation of the business idea and an identification of key success factors. The results confirm the potential of the business plan, validate the existence of a large enough target market, and provide the author with clear instructions on what steps to take and not to take in order to have a good chance of success. Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis

counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Get PDF“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
Get PDFWe provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. Závěrečná práce se dělí na teoretickou a praktickou část. V první části je projektové řízení a projektový plán obecně popsán pomocí odborné literatury a věrohodných internetových zdrojů. Vedruhé části je již vypracován návrh projektového plánu prostřednictvím poznatků a vědomostí získaných z odborných zdrojů. Plán se skládá z konkrétních částí, které jsou vyžadovány pro vytvoření úspěšného projektu. V závěru práce je plán ohodnocen autorem práce a samotným investorem potencionálního projektu.The master thesis focuses on Project management. This thesis aims to propose a project plan for a chosen building represented by an apartment building with commercial premises. It is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The definitions of Project management and project plan are described in the first part. The reliable resources help to explain the definitions. No full textDiplomová práce si klade za cíl zhodnotit vzdělávací soustavu v Libereckém kraji a její vazbu na trh práce. Přínosem diplomové práce je návrh opatření na zlepšení kontinuity vzdělávací soustavy a trhu práce. První kapitola seznamuje s teoretickým vymezením pojmů týkajících se vzdělávání, vzdělání a trhu práce. Následně představuje vzdělávací soustavu České republiky a vývoj situace na trhu práce. Druhá část diplomové práce je zaměřena na Liberecký kraj a jeho vzdělávací soustavu. Navazující kapitola se věnuje trhu práce na území Libereckého kraje. Závěrečná kapitola vyhodnocuje vazbu vzdělávací soustavy na trh práce a seznamuje s návrhy autora práce na zlepšení vazby vzdělávací soustavy a trhu práce. Ze závěrů práce vyplývá, že vzdělávací soustava nevykazuje výrazné nedostatky v oblasti oborové struktury či nedostatku míst pro žáky a studenty, ale hlavní nedostatek tkví v nízkém zájmu žáků a studentů o studium oborů, které jsou intenzivně poptávány na trhu práce.The aim of the thesis is to evaluate educational system in the Liberec region and its connection with labor market. The contribution of the thesis is an introduction of measures for improvement of continuity between the educational system and labor market. The first chapter introduces theoretical background of education, educational system and labor market. Afterwards this chapter presents educational system in the Czech Republic and general situation on the labor market. The second chapter focuses on the Liberec region and its educational system. Subsequent chapter deals with labor market in the Liberec region. The final chapter evaluates the connection of the educational system to labor market and presents author´s suggestions for improvements. To conclude, the educational system does not show significant imperfections regarding field of study structure or lack of number of accepted students: the main issue can be found in lack of interest to study fields which are mostly needed in the labor market

Přihlédneme jak k teoretickým aspektům problematiky pracovního prostředí a jejího propojeni se spokojenosti zaměstnanců, tak k praktické stránce nadcházejícího projektu přestavby kanceláře v mezinárodní společnosti. Dále vytvořit praktický projektový plán pro řízení přestavby kanceláře. Teoretická část této práce se zaměřena zejména na propojení technických, ekonomických a manažerských aspektů projektového řízení a vlivu pracovního prostředí na spokojenost zaměstnanců. Hlavní náplní praktické části práce je analýza poskytovaná prostřednictvím vyhodnocení praktické zkušeností osobním zapojením do projektu přestavby kanceláře ve společnosti X a podílel se na konečném rozhodnutí o výsledné podobě kanceláří. Na základě tohoto průzkumu a analýzy je vytvořen projektový plán zaměřený na projektové řízení přestavby kanceláře a na její propojení se spokojeností zaměstnanců s tipy a radami pro podnikání. Tento projektový plán bude užitečný pro nadcházející projekty nejen ve společnosti X ale i pro další společnosti, které mají cíl přepracovat svou kancelář a podpořit zapojení zaměstnanců ke zlepšení svého pracovního prostředí. Forma online dotazníku a osobního pohovoru byla použita k získání cenných informací o vybraných společnostech.The main goal of this thesis is to prepare a project plan and provide the company with up-to-date information for effective management of employee satisfaction based on the working environment, especially in case the company considers to redesign the office or introduce modern working conditions. The author will take into account both the theoretical aspects of the work environment and its interconnection with employee satisfaction, as well as the practical aspects of the upcoming office redesign project in an international company. The theoretical part of this work will focus especially on the interconnection of technical, economical and managerial aspects of project management, as well as the effective influence of employee satisfaction and company performance through improving the workspace environment. A major focus of the practical part of the thesis is an analysis and evaluation of the office redesign project in the engineering company X in the form of a case study. Based on this investigation and analysis, a project plan outlining the project management of office redesign, its connection with employee satisfaction, and tips and recomendations for businesses will be created. This project plan will be useful for the coming project in the engineering company X and other companies willing to redesign their office. It will drive employee engagement and improve the office environment. An online questionnaire form and personal interviews have been conducted to gain valuable insight from selected companies
