Welfare degli habitat e nuove forme di cittadinanza sociale
This article argues about wellbeing as result of strictly connection between the people in-terests and the safeguarding / enhancement of the territories. So the topic is the welfare of habi-tats. The aim of this proposal is the renewal of welfare state model through a different balance between the condition of the territories and human and social groups needs. This balance must be supported by collective intelligence systems that are very important for the arise of new so-cial citizenships.

Entrepreneurial Practices between Socio-Territorial Capital to Multicultural Dynamics in Fragile Areas of Southern Italy
This article explains some entrepreneurial practices currently in use in certain socio-economically fragile territories in the southern Italian regions of Apulia, Calabria, and Sicily.
In general these entrepreneurial practices attempt to reactivate local civic resources by enhancing the skills immigrants have achieved either in their countries of origin or in Italy. The methods we will explore distinguish themselves from other efforts in that they positively affect local communities and cause local governments to put into practice actions that benefit the entire community.
The experiences that we will analyze can represent innovative welfare practices that become solidarity agreements, useful in triggering resilient dynamics relating to forms of relational embeddedness. By involving local administrations and societal members, these innovative experiences, even now at a start-up level, represent a possible path to the socio-economic regeneration of territories and the promotion of multicultural lifestyles
Naturalizzazione in Francia: condizione di maggiore integrazione?
The examination of the dialectic relationship between naturalization (legal-administrative procedure that entitles a foreigner to become French citizen) and integration in France offers several interesting observations for new, or more recent, immigration countries like Italy. The acquisition of the citizenship contributes in a significant way to the integration process or vice versa is it a simple change of status? Among the wide fan of different integration indexes, we mainly focus our analysis on the insertion in the labour market in consideration of the significance of the work as a socialization factor useful for foreigners to reinterpretate the whole system of social values. The comparative analysis of the integration level in the labour market of three groups: foreigners, French by acquisition and French by birth, is justified by the observation that the “new arrived” are socially integrated in the destination country when they are able to take part to the social life in the same way or with the same intensity of the autochthonous. Nevertheless we should always remember that even if it represents a very important step in the long and difficult integration process, the naturalization cannot automatically ensure its full achievement. Others and, in our opinion, more important factors are the length of the stay in the new society and the age of becoming a citizen

Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
The present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed
Variations on the Author
“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
