    ABSTRAK Menumbuhkan kepercayaan Diri Siswa Melalui Pendekatan Bimbingan Kelompok (Studi Literatur) Silmi Nurfalah Khoerunisa Program Pendidikan Sekolah Dasar, Kampus Serang, Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui indikator kepercayaan diri siswa sekolah dasar dan teknik yang dilakukan dalam pelaksanan bimbingan kelompok untuk menumbuhkan kepercayaan diri siswa. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan metode penelitian studi literatur. Dilakukan pada saat terjadi pandemi wabah Covid-19 menyebabkan semua lembaga pendidikan termasuk sekolah dasar harus belajar dari rumah, sehingga tidak memungkinkan untuk penulis melakukan penelitian dan mengambil data secara langsung ke lapangan. Berdasarkan data yang telah ditemukan dari berbagai jurnal dan skripsi terdahulu, ternyata masih rendahnya kualitas kepercayaan diri dari beberapa siswa. Indikator ini nampak pada perilaku siswa belum mampu dalam mengutarakan pendapatnya, malu dan takut ketika hendak dipanggil ke depan kelas, masih mengandalkan temannya dalam mengerjakan tugas. Rasa percaya diri merupakan salah satu karakter yang harus dimiliki oleh setiap orang khususnya dalam perkembangan siswa sekolah dasar, agar mampu dalam mengembangkan potensi yang dimiliki dan mencapai tujuannya. Oleh karena itu perlu adanya strategi atau pendekatan yang dilakukan dalam menumbuhkan kepercayaan diri siswa, yaitu salah satunya dengan menggunakan pendekatan bimbingan kelompok, berdasarkan data yang telah ditemukan penulis bahwa bimbingan kelompok terbukti dan dapat digunakan dalam menumbuhkan kepercayaan diri siswa, karena didalam bimbingan kelompok terdapat teknik yang dapat menumbuhkan kepercayaan diri siswa seperti: teknik layanan informasi, diskusi kelompok, bermain peran, dan penciptaan suasana kekeluargaan, yang memiliki peristiwa psikologis dalam kelompok dan hampir selalu terjadi apabila dua orang atau lebih berada dalam suatu kelompok dan terjadi sebuah proses hubungan diantaranya: komunikasi, penyelesaian konflik, kerjasama, keterbukaan dan saling percaya. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, pendekatan bimbingan kelompok efektif dalam menumbuhkan kepercayaan diri siswa sehingga dapat mengembangkan potensi diri siswa. Kata kunci: kepercayaan diri, perkembangan anak, dan bimbingan kelompok. ABSTRACT Growing Student s’ Confidence Through Group Guidance Approach (Literature Study) Silmi Nurfalah Khoerunisa Primary School Teacher Education Program, Serang Campus, University of Education Indonesia The purpose of this research is to know indicators of primary school student confidence and engineering conducted in the implamentation of group guidance to grow the confidance of students. This research is a qualitative research with research method of literature study. This reseach was conducted during the Covid-19 pandemic caused all educational institutions including primary schools to learn from home, so it is not possible for writers to do research and take data directly into the field. Based on the data the writers have found from varios journals and previous thesis, it is still low quality of confidence from some students. This indicators is visible on the behavior of student not yet able to say their opinion, students are ashamed and afraid when they are about to be called to the front of the class, students still rely on their friends in doing the task. Confidence is one of the caracters that everyone should have especially in the development of primary school students, in order to develop the potential they have and achieve their goals. Therefore there is a strategy that is done in growing student s’ confidence, one of them by using group guidance approach, based on the data that the author has found that group guidance is proven and can be used in growing student s’ confidence, because in group guidance there are techniques that can be growing student s’ confidance such as: information service engineering, group discussion, role-playing, and the creation of family atmospher, which has psychological events in groups and almost always happenes when two or more people are in a group and a relationship process between them: communication, completion conflict, cooperation, oppenes and mutual trust. Based on this, group guidance approaches are effective in growing student s’ confidance so that it can develop the self-potential student. Keywords: Confidence, Child development, and Gorup Guidance

    Understanding The Effect of WFH (Work from Home) On Individual Performance of ITB Dormitory Tutor

    Abstract. This pandemic has suddenly changed how people work and forcing everyone to adapt, the ITB Dormitory Tutor is no exception. ITB Dormitory Tutors are second-year to final year students who are responsible for fostering the character of first-year students. This organization is under Direktorat Kemahasiswaan Institut Teknologi Bandung (DITMAWA ITB) and Direktorat Sarana dan Prasarana ITB. The author found a decrease in performance of ITB Dormitory Tutors during WFH in the form of KPI achievement decreasing from 84.80% to 80.39%. The author adapts the MARS model using a quantitative approach to determine which factors causes a decrease on the individual performance of ITB Dormitory Tutors. MARS model of Individual Performance and Behavior consists of 4 variables, namely Motivation (M), Ability (A), Role Perception (RP) and Situational Factor (SF). The tool used was a questionnaire which is distributed through online to find out which indicators were approved by the ITB Dormitory Tutor. The author took 83 samples. The data were analyzed by Microsoft Excel for validity and reliability test. The results of this study indicate that the cause of the decrease in Individual Performance of ITB Dormitory Tutors during WFH is the Situational Factor (SF) and Mental Ability (A) variables.Keywords: WFH, MARS model, Individual Performance, ITB Dormitory Tutor, quantitativ

    Mental disorder is a syndrome or psychological or clinically behavioral pattern that occurs in individuals and is associated with distress, disability, or is accompanied by a significant increased risk, such as loss of independence, disability, causing illness or even loss of life. In 2020, the West Java Health Service has reached 70% of people with mental disorders, the most frequent symptom of which is auditory hallucinations. Auditory hallucinations are the experience of hearing God's voice, the voice of supernatural beings, and the voice of a human talking to himself. Seeing the numbers from these data, nonpharmacological treatment is needed, one of which is classical music therapy. This research method was carried out by means of observation and interviews, the implementation of 1 participant, namely clients who experience sensory perception disorders: auditory hallucinations. This classical music therapy is performed once a day for 3 days for approximately 30 minutes. The results of this music therapy show that it can reduce the signs and symptoms of auditory hallucinations, based on these results it is concluded that this classical music therapy can reduce the signs and symptoms of auditory hallucinations. This suggestion from the author of classical music therapy can be used as an application in reducing the signs and symptoms of auditory hallucinations in patients with sensory perception disorders: auditory hallucinations

    This research was conducted at the Government of Tapung Jaya Village, Tandun District, Rokan Hulu Regency, which aims to find out how the suitability of the application of accounting in Tapung Jaya Village Government, Tandun District, Rokan Hulu Regency with General Accepted Accounting Principles. The types of data used by the authors are Primary Data and Secondary Data. Primary Data is data obtained from a direct interview with the treasurer of Tapung Jaya Village regarding the history of the establishment of Tapung Jaya Village, and the process of preparing village financial statements. econdary data is data obtained from documents relating to Tapung Jaya Village, for example village vision and mission, notebooks and village financial reports. Data collection techniques used by the author is to use survey methods, namely by observation and interviews. While the analysis in this study uses descriptive analysis using qualitative methods. The results of this study indicate that the Application of Financial Accounting in the Government of Tapung Jaya Village is not yet fully in accordance with General Acceptable Accounting Principles

    Teachers as educators have a big influence in creating quality learning. In the current era of education, it is very important for teachers to be able to develop their professionalism for better learning quality. The Ministry of Education and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia has adopted 4C skills in the development of the 2013 curriculum revision as a 21st century education concept (Rizkiah, 2020, p. 2). Learning in this century leads to the competence of teachers to be able to apply 4C skills in the teaching and learning process. The condition that occurs is a challenge for teachers to be able to develop the quality of their profession in teaching. Based on the phenomenon, this study aims to know the efforts of teachers in developing their professionalism in teaching English and the application of 4C skills into learning. This study involved 2 English teachers and 6 students. To achieve this goal, the author uses a qualitative descriptive method with data collection techniques through interviews. Data analysis consists of data reduction, data display and data verification. The research findings show that 1) there are four teacher competencies that have been developed. There are pedagogical competence, personal competence, professional competence and social competence. 2) 4C skills are applied by providing challenges for students to explore, using technology, providing problems, team work, and training students in interacting

    مستخلص البحث في قراءة وفهم النص الكتاب التراثي تحتاج إلى الكفاءة في قواعد اللغة العربية خاصة قواعد الصرف. في قواعد الصرف تحتاج إلى الكفاءة في فهم الأمثلة التصريفية، وهي كفاءة الإسترجاع والتذكير في تغيير الكلمة والمعنى من صورة إلى صورة آخر والتي من خلال وجود الكفاءة في فهم الأمثلة التصريفية، فإنها ستتم بسهولة في قراءة الكتاب التراثي جيدا، وخاصة في إعطاء المعنى وفهم المضمون من النص الذي يقدم المؤلف إلى القارئ. لذا فإن كفاءة فهم الأمثلة التصريفية هي الشيئ المهمة في تعليم علم الصرف، لا سيما في تطبيق مهارة القراءة كقراءة الكتب التراثية مثلا. كما حدث في مدرسة النجاح الدينية بمعهد منبع المعارف دينايار جومبانج، كفاءة الطالبات في قراءة وفهم النص الكتاب التراثي وفقا لكفاءتهن في فهم الأمثلة التصريفية. وهذا حينما تكون الطالبات جيدا في فهم الأمثلة التصريفية، فكفاءتهن في قراءة الكتاب التراثي جيدا، وعكسه. إن الأهداف لهذا البحث هي : (1) لمعرفة كفاءة الطالبات على فهم الأمثلة التصريفية بمدرسة النجاح الدينية بمعهد منبع المعارف دينايار جومبانج (2) لمعرفة كفاءة الطالبات في قراءة الكتب التراثية بدرسة النجاح الدينية بمعهد منبع المعارف دينايار جومبانج (3) لمعرفة العلاقة بين كفاءة الطالبات على فهم الأمثلة التصريفية وقراءة الكتب التراثية بمدرسة النجاح الدينية بمعهد منبع المعارف دينايار جومبانج. المدخل المستخدم في هذا البحث هو المدخل الكمي، ونوعه دراسة العلاقة. ولجمع البيانات تستخدم الباحثة المراحل هي الإختبار التحريري والوثائق. ثم تواصل بالإختبار الفرضية بواسطة تحليل العلاقة برموز product moment. ونتائج هذا البحث هي (1) كفاءة الطالبات على فهم الأمثلة التصريفية في مدرسة النجاح الدينية بمعهد منبع المعارف دينايار جومبانج، وفقا لنتيجة تحليل البيانات، أن عينة البحث 47 طالبات بتصنيف النتيجة جيد جدا بالنسبة المئوية 87،2 % (2) كفاءة الطالبات على قراءة الكتب التراثية في مدرسة النجاح الدينية بمعهد منبع المعارف دينايار جومبانج وفقا لنتيجة تحليل البيانات، أن عينة البحث 47 طالبات بتصنيف النتيجة جيد بالنسبة المئوية 74,8 % (3) اكتسب اختبار العلاقة بين المتغيرين أن القيمة الأهمية 0,000. إذا كان القيمة الأهمية أصغر من 0,05 فهذا يعني أن بين متغيرين مترابط. أما نتيجة rxy = 0,793. وهذه تدل وجود العلاقة بين متغيرين بمستوى العلاقة مرتفع. ABSTRACT In reading and understanding the Heritage Book text, Arabic qowaid skills are urgently needed, especially Qowaid Shorof. In qowaid shorof, it is also needed the ability to understand Al-Amtsilah At-Tashrifiyyah, namely the ability to repeat and remember changes in sentences and meanings from one form to another, which by having a good ability to understand Al-Amtsilah At-Tashrifiyyah, then will easily read the heritage book well too. Especially in giving meaning and understanding the contents of the text conveyed by the Author of the book to the reader. So that the ability to understand Al-Amtsilah At-Tashrifiyyah is the most important thing in the learning of the knowledge of the religion, especially in applying to the skill of reading Arabic texts, such as the heritage book. Likewise what happened in the An-Najah Mamba'ul Ma’arif Denanyar Jombang Islamic School, the ability of students to read and understand the text of the heritage book is in accordance with the ability to understand the AL-Amtsilah At-Tashrifiyyah that they have. That is, when students are good at understanding Al-Amtsilah At-Tashrifiyyah, their ability to read heritage text is good, and vice versa. The purpose of this research were to: (1) Know the Ability of Students in understanding Al-Amtsilah At-Tashrifiyyah in the An-Najah Mamba'ul Ma'arif Denanyar Jombang Islamic School (2) Knowing the Student's Ability to Read the Heritage Book in the An-Najah Mamba'ul Ma'arif Denanyar Jombang Islamic School (3) Knowing whether there is a relationship between understanding Al-Amtsilah At-Tashrifiyyah and Student Ability to Read Heritage Books at An-Najah Mamba'ul Ma'arif Denanyar Jombang Islamic School. The approach used in this research is a quantitative approach to the type of correlation. In data collection, researchers go through the following stages: written examinations in the two aspects above and documentation. Then proceed with testing the hypothesis through product moment correlation analysis. The results of this research indicate that: (1) Understanding Ability of Al-Amtsilah At-Tashrifiyyah Students in the An-Najah Mamba'ul Ma'arif Denanyar Jombang Islamic School, based on the results of data analysis on 47 respondents, with very good categories, with a percentage of 87,2%. (2) Students' Ability to Read the Heritage Book in An-Najah Mamba'ul Ma’arif Denanyar Jombang Islamic School, based on the results of data analysis on 47 respondents, in the good category, with a percentage of 74.8%. (3) The correlation test between the two variables states that the sigificance value is 0,000. If the significance value is smaller than 0,05 then between the two variables there is a relationship. While the value of rxy = 0,793. This states that there is a correlation between the ywo variables, with the correlation level being high. ABSTRAK Dalam membaca dan memahami teks kitab kuning sangat dibutuhkan kemampuan qowaid Bahasa Arab, terutama Qowaid Shorof. Dalam qowaid shorof, sangat dibutuhkan juga kemampuan memahami Al-Amtsilah At-Tashrifiyyah, yaitu kemampuan mengulang kembali dan mengingat perubahan kalimat dan makna dari satu bentuk ke bentuk yang lain, yang mana dengan memiliki kemampuan memahami Al-Amtsilah At-Tashrifiyyah yang baik, maka akan dengan mudah membaca kitab kuning dengan baik pula. Terutama dalam memberi makna serta memahami isi teks yang disampaikan oleh Pengarang kitab tersebut kepada pembaca. Sehingga kemampuan memahami Al-Amtsilah At-Tashrifiyyah merupakan hal yang terpenting dalam pembelajaran ilmu shorof, terlebih dalam mengaplikasikan pada keterampilan membaca teks Arab, seperti kitab kuning. Begitupun yang terjadi di Madrasah Diniyah An-Najah Mamba’ul Ma’arif Denanyar Jombang, kemampuan siswi dalam membaca dan memahami teks kitab kuning sesuai dengan kemampuan memahami Al-Amtsilah At-Tashrifiyyah yang dimilikinya. Artinya, ketika siswi baik dalam memahami Al-Amtsilah At-Tashrifiyyah maka baik pula kemampuannya dalam membaca teks kitab kuning, begitupula sebaliknya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk : (1) Mengetahui Kemampuan Siswi dalam Memahami Al-Amtsilah At-Tashrifiyyah di Madrasah Diniyah An-Najah Mamba’ul Ma’arif Denanyar Jombang (2) Mengetahui Kemampuan Siswi dalam Membaca Kitab Kuning di Madrasah Diniyah An-Najah Mamba’ul Ma’arif Denanyar Jombang (3) Mengetahui ada tidaknya hubungan antara Memahami Al-Amtsilah At-Tashrifiyyah dengan Kemampuan Siswi dalam Membaca Kitab Kuning di Madrasah Diniyah An-Najah Mamba’ul Ma’arif Denanyar Jombang. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif jenis korelasi. Dalam pengumpulan data, peneliti melalui tahap berikut : ujian tulis pada 2 aspek diatas dan dokumentasi. Kemudian dilanjutkan dengan pengujian hipotesis melalui analisis korelasi product moment. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa : (1) Kemampuan Memhami Al-Amtsilah At-Tashrifiyyah Siswi di Madrasah Diniyah An-Najah Mamba’ul Ma’arif Denanyar Jombang, berdasarkan hasil analisis data pada responden sebanyak 47, dengan kategori sangat baik, dengan prosentase 87,2 %. (2) Kemampuan Siswi dalam Membaca Kitab Kuning di Madrasah Diniyah An-Najah Mamba’ul Ma’arif Denanyar Jombang, berdasarkan hasil analisis data pada responden sebanyak 47, dengan kategori baik, dengan prosentase 74,8 %. (3) Uji korelasi anatara dua variabel tersebut menyatakan bahwa nilai signifikansi 0,000. Apabila nilai signifikansi lebih kecil dari 0,05, maka antara dua variabel tersebut terdapat hubungan. Adapun nilai rxy = 0,793. Hal ini menyatakan bahwa adanya korelasi antara dua variabel tersebut, dengan tingkat korelasinya adalah tinggi

    Constitutional Principles: Documents on Post-Revolution Egypt / المبادئ الدستورية: وثاﺋﻖ مصر ما بعد الثورة

    [This article presents in English translation three important documents which delineate the constitutional principles aspired for in postrevolution Egypt (January 25, 2011). They are known as the Azhar Document (June 2011), the National Council Document (July 2011), and the Silmi Document (November 2011). They represent visions of a future Egypt analyzed in an introduction by the author that provides insights into the historical context, issues debated, and concerns attended to in drafting these documents. Though they did not result in a concrete declaration, they created a rich environment where principles of freedom, social justice, development, education, civil rights, and citizenship were discussed. تقدم هذه المقالة في ترجمة إنجليزية ثلاث وثائق مهمة تم طرح المبادئ الدستورية فيها في مصر ما بعد ثورة ٢٥ يناير (٢٠١١) والمعروفة بوثيقة الأزهر (يونيو ٢٠١١)، ووثيقة المجلس الوطني (يوليو ٢٠١١)، ووثيقة ﺍﻟﺴﻠﻤﻲ (نوفمبر ٢٠١١) . وتقدم هذه الوثائق رؤى لمستقبل مصر تقوم المقدمة بتحليلها وإﻟﻘﺎﺀ ضوء على الخلفية التاريخية والجدل حولها والهواجس المرتبطة بتحريرها . ومع أن هذه الوثائق لم تصل إلى طرح إعلان دستوري، فقد خلقت مناﺧﺎﹰ لنقاش مبادئ ومفاهيم الحرية والعدالة اﻹجتماعية والتنمية والتعليم والحقوق المدنية والمواﻃﻨﺔ .

    TINDAK PIDANA PERSETUBUHAN OLEH ANAK ATAS DASAR PRINSIP KEPENTINGAN TERBAIK BAGI ANAK (ANALISIS PUTUSAN NOMOR : 2/PID.SUS-ANAK/PN.KIS)

    Children are the next generation for the future of the nation who should receive guidance in their growth. They are also entitled to protection against all threats, obstacles or disturbances to their growth and development. However, the criminalization of children continues to increase, and children who conflict with the law must be given legal protection. Related to this immoral act has been regulated in article 287 paragraph (1) of the Criminal Code and article 76 letter D, article 76 I and article 81 of Law no. 17 of 2016 concerning Child Protection, so it is necessary to analyze the Decision of the Kisaran District Court Number 2/Pid.Sus-Anak/2022/PN.Kis dated 14 February 2022 which was declared legally and convincingly guilty of committing a crime by deliberately inducing a child to commit an act of intercourse with him and was sentenced to imprisonment for 2 (two) years and underwent job training for (one) month. Based on the main issues that will discussed are how to apply the formal and material requirements of criminal law for child perpetrators of intercourse with minors and whether the decision of the panel of judges in imposing criminal decisions on child perpetrators already reflects the best principles for children in decision No. 2/Pid.Sus-Children/2022/PN.Kis. This research was carried out using the library research method, which is analytical descriptive with a normative juridical approach. The data analysis method used was qualitative. secondary law in the form of law books and court decisions and tertiary legal materials such as legal dictionaries. The theory used by the authors to analyze is the theory of judges' considerations, the theory of punishment, and the theory of justice. Based on the results of the study, there are still many irregularities in the decision that occur and/or are not following the Law on the Juvenile Criminal Justice System and the Law on Child Protection. A very fatal thing happened when the panel of judges opened the trial to the public to reading their verdict when the contents of the decision revealed many of the perpetrators' identities, there was an error in writing between the facts of the legal trial and the judge's verdict, the judge also assessed that it did not reflect justice and the best principles for children who should be given legal protection. This has become a red report card for law enforcement officials in Indonesia, which triggers the author to provide criticism and suggestions to every law enforcement officer who, in carrying out his duties, still deviates from the applicable laws and regulations

    Study of Jamu as Indonesian Herbal Medicine for Covid-19 Treatment

    The spread of the Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome (SARS-CoV-2) virus has caused the COVID-19 pandemic for more than a year. Daily cases in Indonesia keep increasing following the high mortality rate, entitling it as the epicentre country of Asia. The government advises patients with mild symptoms to take self-isolation at home. Due to its rich cultures and beliefs in Indonesia, patients on independent isolation tend to take treatment on their own accord, such as using traditional herbal medicine renowned as jamu. This article is aimed to review the use of various types of concoctions in jamu taken as the prevention and additional therapy for COVID-19 patients. The review may advantage for COVID-19 treatment discovery through indigenous compound and medical care in societies. In writing this article, the author collected information from related articles in online sources such as Google Scholar, Pubmed, Science Direct, as well as circulars from the Indonesian Ministry of Health and treatment guidelines from the Food and Drug Supervisory Agency. Polyherbal formulations that have been widely recommended for COVID-19 treatment are 9 jamu formulas within Zingiber officiale for the highest herbal compound used and followed by other 21 herbal plants such as Curcuma zanthorrhiza, Cinnomomun verum, Citrus aurantifolia fruit, Cymbapogon sitratus, Curcuma longa, Alpinea galangal, etc. Five of all founded jamu identified for antivirus agent as well as mostly applied in immune booster tradisionally. Moreover, all of jamu formulas has antioxidant activities and antiinflamatory effect that would be promising for COVID-19 treatment, especially for Jamu Pahitan and Wedang Secang could be the candidates for COVID-19 therapy through increasing immunity and reducing risk factors for each symptom. No antagonistic interactions were found in the herbal concoctions, while several synergistic interactions that increase the pharmacological activity. This study would contribute a remarkable literacy since the use of jamu in preventing and treating COVID-19 as a new disease requires careful consideration due to the limited scientific data and clinical evidence to support its use
