Abstract - Education plays a role in the intellectual life of the nation. So that in this case the need for a technology to improve the quality of a school. This study discusses the design of interactive animation of learning to count for children at TK-IT AL Washliyah Klambir Lima Hamparan Perak. The main purpose of designing this learning media is to make new innovations in the teaching and learning process in schools especially students to be more interesting, fun, effective, and not waste a lot of energy for teachers to teach.Keywords - Design, Animation, new innovation, interesting and fun, Adobe Flash, Multimedia. Abstrak - Pendidikan sangat  berperanan dalam mencerdaskan kehidupan bangsa. Oral cortisol and dexamethasone intake: Differential physiology and transcriptional responses in the marine juvenile Sparus aurata
This study approached the long-term oral administration of cortisol (F) and dexamethasone (DEX), two synthetic glucocorticoids, compared to a control group (CT) in the juveniles of a marine teleost, the gilthead seabream (Sparus aurata). Physiologically, DEX treatment impaired growth, which appears to be linked to carbohydrate allocation in muscle and liver, hepatic triglycerides depletion, and reduced hematocrit. Hypophyseal gh mRNA expression was 2-fold higher in DEX than in CT or F groups. Similarly, hypothalamic trh and hypophyseal pomcb followed this pattern. Plasma cortisol levels were significantly lower in DEX than in CT, while F presented intermediate levels. In the posterior intestine, measured short circuit-current (Isc) was more anion absorptive in CT and F compared to the DEX group, whereas Isc remained unaffected in the anterior intestine. The derived transepithelial electric resistance (TEER) significantly differed between intestinal regions in the DEX group. These results provide new insights to understand better potential targeted biomarkers indicative of the differential glucocorticoid or mineralocorticoid-receptors activation in fish.The authors thank the funding by the PID2020-117557RB-C22, AEI-MINECO (Spain). Perancangan Penyimpanan File Berbasis Cloud Di Kantor Desa Klambir Lima Kebun
Data storage that is not centralized and less dynamic in being accessed by village officials, this is a problem when during the COVID-19 pandemic, work is done online. The research utilizes existing technologies such as the Cloud, so there is no need to provide a local server and access it using a public IP. The cloud used for storage will be installed with Linux Ubuntu 20 in it, then the OwnCloud feature will be configured in it, so that important files in the village office will be uploaded via the owncloud application which can be accessed by the public. The next stage is that each village apparatus will be given access rights according to the position in the village office. It is hoped that this research can support efforts to improve information technology in the village
Perancangan Sistem Informasi Posyandu Ibu Dan Anak Berbasis Web
Tomuan Holbung Village is a village in North Sumatra. As a village, there is still information that has not been accessed by many other people through public communication, namely the internet. Where there is a Posyandu currently has a meaningful role to support public health services. The role of the Posyandu is accompanied by the increasingly visible role of the community after the emergence of the Posyandu as a form of community-based health effort. Apart from that, Posyandu activities have been running smoothly so far because of the Posyandu Information System (SIP) book as an implementation guide. Technology contributes to structuring management systems and work processes in government and private agencies. One of the applications of Information Technology in village life is the use of a web-based Mother and Child Posyandu Information System. In this design, the web-based Posyandu information system is analysis, design, coding and testing as well as entity relationship diagrams in designing the database. The Posyandu information system is equipped with a web-based display so that users can adjust the contents in the system as a means of information in designing a web-based Mother and Child Posyandu Information System in Tomuan Holbung Village
Penerapan Backpropagation dan Analisis Sensitivitas pada Prediksi Indikator Terpenting Perusahaan Listrik
Listrik merupakan kebutuhan bagi kehidupan masyarakat yang sangat penting. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui indikator terpenting pada perusahaan listrik dengan menggunakan metode backpropagation dan analisis sensitivitas. Data bersumber dari Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) dengan sampel data tahun 2001-2015. Variabel input terdiri dari 6 indikator terpenting perusahaan listrik antara lain: jumlah tenaga kerja (X1); daya terpasang (X2); produksi listrik (X3); tenaga listrik yang terjual (X4); biaya input (X5) dan biaya output (X6). Berdasarkan hasil pelatihan dan pengujian dari 5 model JST (6-10-1; 6-45-1; 6-45-10-1; 6-75-10-1 dan 6-100-75-1) diperoleh model JST terbaik adalah 6-100-75-1 dengan tingkat akurasi 83%. Hasil dari pemilihan model JST terbaik dianalisis dengan analisa sensitivitas, sehingga menghasilkan dua variabel yang paling berpengaruh pada indikator terpenting perusahaan listrik yakni: biaya output (X6) sebagai peringkat pertama dengan nilai error rata-rata 0,13670 dan daya terpasang (X2) nilai error rata-rata 0,08778
On the classification of convex lattice polytopes
In 1980, Arnold studied the classification problem for convex lattice polygons of given area. Since then this problem and its high dimensional analogue have been studied by Barany, Pach, Vershik and others. Bounds for the number of non-equivalent d-dimensional convex lattice polytopes of given volume have been achieved. In this paper we study Arnold's problem for centrally symmetric lattice polygons and the classification problem for convex lattice polytopes of given cardinality. In the plane we obtain analogues to the bounds of Arnold, Barany and Pach in both cases. Absensi karyawan yang efektif dan akurat merupakan aspek penting dalam manajemen sumber daya manusia dan administrasi perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan dan mengevaluasi sistem rekapitulasi absensi karyawan berbasis web yang dapat meningkatkan efisiensi dan akurasi dalam pengelolaan data kehadiran. Sistem ini dirancang untuk mengatasi keterbatasan dari metode absensi manual dan sistem berbasis desktop dengan memanfaatkan teknologi web untuk memberikan solusi yang lebih fleksibel dan terintegrasi. Metode penelitian meliputi analisis kebutuhan, desain sistem, pengembangan aplikasi, dan evaluasi kinerja sistem. Mixed integer programming in production planning with backlogging and setup carryover : modeling and algorithms
This paper proposes a mixed integer programming formulation for modeling the capacitated multi-level lot sizing problem with both backlogging and setup carryover. Based on the model formulation, a progressive time-oriented decomposition heuristic framework is then proposed, where improvement and construction heuristics are effectively combined, therefore efficiently avoiding the weaknesses associated with the one-time decisions made by other classical time-oriented decomposition algorithms. Computational results show that the proposed optimization framework provides competitive solutions within a reasonable time
