Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada atau tidaknya pengaruh Metode Student Team Achievement Division Berbantuan Media Pembelajaran Gamifikasi Berbasis Web Genially Terhadap Keterampilan Menulis Teks Tanggapan Siswa Kelas VII SMP Negeri 101 Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan desain pretest-posttest control group design. Populasi penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 101 Jakarta. Pada penelitian ini, terdapat dua kelas yang dijadikan sampel penelitian yang didapat dari menggunakan teknik random sampling, yaitu kelas VII A sebagai kelas eksperimen dan kelas VII B sebagai kelas kontrol. Masing-masing kelas berjumlah 31 siswa. Adapun nilai rata-rata pretest pada kelas eksperimen berjumlah 68,26, sedangkan pada posttest berjumlah 81. Selisih rata-rata pada nilai pretest dan posttest sebesar 12,74. Berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis diperoleh nilai signifikansi (2-tailed) sebesar 0,000 yang lebih kecil dari α = 0.05, sehingga H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima. Hal ini membuktikan bahwa penggunaan metode student team achievement division berbantuan media pembelajaran gamifikasi berbasis web genially mempunyai pengaruh terhadap keterampilan menulis teks tanggapan siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 101 Jakarta

This study aims to determine whether there is an effect or not of the Student Team Achievement Division method assisted by Genially Web-based Gamification Learning Media on the writing skills of response texts among seventh-grade students at SMP Negeri 101 Jakarta. This research employs a quantitative method with a pretest-posttest control group design. The population of this study consists of seventh-grade students at SMP Negeri 101 Jakarta. Two classes were selected as the research samples through random sampling techniques: class VII A as the experimental group and class VII B as the control group. Each class consisted of 31 students. The average pretest score in the experimental class was 68.26, while the posttest score was 81. The average difference between the pretest and posttest scores was 12.74. Based on the hypothesis test results, a significance value (2-tailed) of 0.000 was obtained, which is smaller than α = 0.05. Therefore, H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. This proves that the use of the Student Team Achievement Division method assisted by Genially Web-based Gamification Learning Media has an effect on the writing skills of response texts among seventh-grade students at SMP Negeri 101 Jakarta.

Analisis SWOT Konversi Koperasi Konvensional ke Koperasi Syariah di Koperasi Wanita Syariah Cilinaya Indah
No full textThe main problem in this research is how to implement the convertion of conventional cooperatives to sharia cooperatives in Koperasi Wanita Syariah Cilinaya Indah. The purpose of this study was to conduct a SWOT analysis in the implementation of the conversion of conventional cooperatives to sharia cooperatives in Koperasi Wanita Syariah Cilinaya Indah. The type of research that the author does is field research with a qualitative approach, namely exploring the phenomena interpretively related to the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats challenges of the the convertion of conventional cooperatives to sharia cooperatives in Koperasi Wanita Syariah Cilinaya Indah. The results show that (1) Koperasi Wanita Syariah Cilinaya Indah expand expand their activities as consumer cooprative (2) increase the number of members by recruting new members who are colleagues of cooperative members (3) conduct eduacation and training on the topic of sharia cooperatif and conduct workshop about the benefits and advantages of participating in cooperative activities (4) utilization of developments in information and communication technology can make it easier for administrators to carry out cooperatuive activitiesMasalah utama dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana implementasi konversi koperasi konvensional menjadi koperasi syariah di Koperasi Wanita Syariah Cilinaya Indah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melakukan analisis SWOT dalam pelaksanaan konversi koperasi konvensional menjadi koperasi syariah di Koperasi Wanita Syariah Cilinaya Indah. Jenis penelitian yang penulis lakukan adalah penelitian lapangan dengan pendekatan kualitatif yaitu menggali fenomena secara interpretatif terkait dengan kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang dan tantangan tantangan konversi koperasi konvensional menjadi koperasi syariah di Koperasi Wanita Syariah Cilinaya Indah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Koperasi Wanita Syariah Cilinaya Indah memperluas kegiatannya sebagai koperasi konsumen (2) menambah jumlah anggota dengan merekrut anggota baru yang merupakan rekan kerja anggota koperasi (3) mengadakan pendidikan dan pelatihan dengan topik koperasi syariah dan mengadakan workshop tentang manfaat dan keuntungan mengikuti kegiatan koperasi (4) pemanfaatan perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi dapat mempermudah pengurus dalam melakukan kegiatan koperasi
