    AbstrakProses pembelajaran di SMK Negeri 3 Boyolangu khususnya pada mata pelajaran dasar listrik dan elektronika masih menggunakan model pembelajaran yang berpusat pada guru dan juga teman sebaya pada kerja kelompok. Pada pembelajaran kerja kelompok tidak semua siswa terlibat langsung sehingga menyebabkan hasil belajar kognitif beberapa siswa yang masih rendah. Rancangan penelitian pada penelitian ini menggunakan dua kelas eksperimen yaitu kelas eksperimen A yang diberi perlakuan model Auditory Intellectually Repetition berbantuan audio visual dan kelas eksperimen B yang diberi perlakuan model Challenge Based Learning berbantuan audio visual. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu teknik purposive sampling. Subjek penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X program keahlian Teknik Instalasi Tenaga Listrik (TITL) di SMK Negeri 3 Boyolangu Tulungagung. Subjek penelitian dari kelas A berjumlah 36 siswa pada kelas X TITL 2 dengan pemberian perlakuan model pembelajaran Auditory Intellectually Repetition. Subjek penelitian kelas B berjumlah 36 siswa pada kelas X TITL3 dengan pemberian perlakuan model pembelajaran Challenge Based Learning. Penerapan perlakuan pada kedua kelas akan dibandingkan dan dicari tingkat signifikansinya menggunakan uji hipotesis yaitu uji-t. Hasil belajar kognitif kelas A memperoleh nilai rata-rata 81,97 sedangkan pada kelas B mendapatkan nilai rata-rata 84,43. Hasil uji normalitas dan uji homogenitas pada data hasil belajar siswa kelas A dan kelas B menunjukkan nilai Sig. > 0,05. Sehingga data hasil belajar siswa dinyatakan terdistribusi normal dan homogen. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan analisis data yang diperoleh dapat disimpulkan bahwa: (1) hasil belajar kelas eksperimen A yang diberi perlakuan model Auditory Intellectually Repetition diperoleh hasil dengan rata-rata nilai 81,97, (2) hasil belajar kelas eksperimen B yang diberi perlakuan model Challenge Based Learning diperoleh hasil dengan rata-rata nilai 84,43, (3) terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan pada hasil belajar kognitif kelas eksperimen B karena perlakuan model Challenge Based Learning dibandingkan kelas eksperimen A karena perlakuan model Auditory Intellectually Repetition. In the study group work is not all the students involved directly causing the cognitive learning some students were still low. The research design in this study using two experimental class is class A-treated experimental model of Auditory Intellectually Repetition aided audio-visual and experimental class B treated Challenge Based Learning model of audio-visual assisted. The sampling technique used in this research is purposive sampling technique. Subjects used in this study were students of class X program membership Installation Engineering Electrical Power (TITL) at SMK Negeri 3 Tulungagung Boyolangu. The subject of research of class A total of 36 students in the class X TITL 2 with giving treatment Auditory Intellectually Repetition learning model. The research subject class B amounts to 36 students in class X TITL3 with giving treatment Challenge Based Learning learning model. Implementation of the second-class treatment will be compared and searched the significance level using test the hypothesis that the t-test. A class cognitive achievement gain average value of 81.97, while class B to get the average value of 84.43. The test results of normality and homogeneity in the data results of students of class A and class B show the Sig. > 0.05. Therefore, the data of student learning outcomes expressed normally distributed and homogeneous. Based on the results of research and analysis of data obtained can be concluded that: (1) the results of experimental class learning A treated models Auditory Intellectually Repetition obtained results with an average value of 81.97, (2) the results of experimental class learning B-treated models Challenge Based learning result with an average value of 84.43, (3) there are significant differences in cognitive achievement experimental class B for Challenge Based learning model of treatment compared to the experimental class A for the treatment model of Auditory Intellectually Repetition.Keywords: Results Learning, Auditory Intellectually Repetition Learning Model, Challenge Based Learning Learning Mode

    Agreement on pre-marital community property made by the prospective husband and wife at the time or before the marriage took place, through the agreement on pre-marital joint property of the parties can determine their innate treasure masing.Berdasarkan Article 29 of the abovementioned agreement yangdiadakan mating between husband and wife is an agreement written. The goal is to fulfill the principle of publicity. Based on the above background, the author will carry out the study titled "Effects of Pre-Marriage Law On Agreement On Joint Treasure Made With Authentic Act Jurisdiction InPurwokerto". The research objective is to identify and explain the agreement on the joint property before marriage in front of a notary in the jurisdiction in Purwokerto, and to identify and explain the legal consequences of pre-marital community property agreement before a notary in the jurisdiction of Purwokerto. Based on qualitative analysis known that the agreement on the joint property before marriage in front of a notary public in the jurisdiction in Purwokerto made by the prospective husband and wife at the time or before the marriage took place approved by employees marriage registrar as stipulated in Law No. 1 of 1974 on Marriage Article 29 which asserts that the treaty must not violate the limits of the law, religion and morality, it can mean regarding anything, including concerning the separation of joint property, and during this time the agreement does not contain things that are forbidden or unlawful and contrary to the nature and purpose of marriage itself. The reason the parties to make an agreement about the joint property before marriage is to protect legally treasure bawaaan each party (husband / wife), because the existence of the marriage covenant, can distinguish which is the personal property of each is unnecessary subdivided means marriage agreement can serve as a media law to resolve domestic problems that had to be ended, either divorce or death. Of the legal consequences of pre-marital community property agreement before a notary and has been endorsed by the registrar employees marriage / marriage binding and valid as the Law for the prospective husband and wife and a third party, to the extent that stuck. Under article 1338 of the Civil Code which states that: " All approvals are made legally valid as the Law for those who make it. Agreements that can not be withdrawn in addition to the agreement of both parties , or for reasons that by the Act stated enough for it . Approval of consent must be implemented in good faith . Existence of tour planners in Yogyakarta City can support tourist arrival to Yogyakarta City, Geographically the city of Yogyakarta lies at the centre in the region of Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta that is why one of point factor tour planners to put up tour package besides the located, the entrance fee, attractionally, and famously the tourist attraction is. Compiler interested the examination and study a role tour planner to arrivaling tourist to the power attraction in Yogyakarta City for knowing the role tour planning can did that. The examination done by the centre of gravity for aspect tourist attraction and role tour planner. Less of tour planner that still exist in Yogyakarta City are not participate in a tour, from the research in 33 travel agent that managed the tour. Author put in 3 samples of 33 travel agent that managed are tour. From that samples, there are some characteristics in the tour package that offered to the tourists. Data collection was done by making direct observation in the field and interviews with stokeholders. The focus do at technique aspect and tourist operational.
