El estudio realizado ofrece un diagnóstico técnico del estado actual, resaltando la urgente necesidad de realizar labores de mantenimiento, como pintura, enchape, instalaciones hidrosanitarias, instalaciones eléctricas y cambio de cubierta, para abordar el significativo deterioro experimentado en sus instalaciones. El objetivo del proyecto es realizar un diagnóstico técnico que permita evaluar y plantear posibles soluciones para el mantenimiento y rehabilitación del centro comunitario, garantizando así su reapertura y promoviendo la participación activa de la comunidad en sus actividades. Además, se busca aportar información detallada que sirva de base para futuras intervenciones y mejoras en dicho centro comunitario. El estudio se llevó a cabo con un enfoque mixto que incluye datos cuantitativos y cualitativos, utilizando métodos como entrevistas, registros fotográficos, encuestas e inspección visual. Es
imperativo emprender acciones concretas para recuperar y mantener en óptimas condiciones este importante espacio comunitario, que ha sido un punto de encuentro y desarrollo para los habitantes del barrio. La falta de mantenimiento ha causado un deterioro significativo, reduciendo las oportunidades de brindar servicios y actividades beneficiosas para la comunidad. Buenaventura faces serious deterioration that limits its ability to serve the community
effectively. The study carried out offers a detailed diagnosis of its current state, highlighting the
urgent need to carry out maintenance work, such as painting, cladding, hydrosanitary
installations, electrical installations and changing the roof, to address the significant
deterioration experienced in its facilities. The objective of the project is to carry out a technical
diagnosis that allows evaluating and proposing possible solutions for the maintenance and
rehabilitation of the community center, thus guaranteeing its reopening and promoting the
active participation of the community in its activities. In addition, it seeks to provide detailed
information that serves as a basis for future interventions and improvements in said community
center. The study was carried out with a mixed approach that includes quantitative and
qualitative data, using methods such as interviews, photographic records, surveys and visual
inspection. It is imperative to take concrete actions to recover and maintain in optimal conditions
this important community space, which has been a meeting and development point for the
residents of the neighborhood. Lack of maintenance has caused significant deterioration,
reducing opportunities to provide services and activities beneficial to the community. The

No full textEl informe actual expone las actividades ejecutadas durante el período de práctica en el área de ingeniería e infraestructura de empresa SPRBUN (Sociedad Portuaria Regional de Buenaventura), donde apliqué los conocimientos adquiridos en el aula en áreas técnicas, normativas y administrativas. Durante este periodo, me desempeñé como inspector, llevando a cabo el seguimiento, supervisión de obras, interpretación de planos y programación de actividades. Asimismo, brindé apoyo administrativo y supervisé los diferentes tipos de mantenimientos locativos permanentes en el terminal marítimo de Buenaventura.
Las actividades que se realizaron en el terminal marítimo el inspector residente constato que las especificaciones técnicas se cumplieran conforme al contrato u orden de servicio con el objetivo de garantizar el trabajo realizado.
Como parte del programa de tecnología en construcciones civiles, se establece la realización de prácticas empresariales (pasantías) con una duración de 240 horas. Este proceso, avalado por el arquitecto Carlos Arley Alomia, se llevó a cabo de manera satisfactoria en un periodo de 2 meses.The current report outlines the activities carried out during the internship period in the
engineering and infrastructure area of SPRBUN (Regional Port Society of Buenaventura), where I
applied the knowledge acquired in the classroom in technical, regulatory, and administrative
areas. During this period, I worked as an inspector, carrying out monitoring, supervision of works,
interpretation of plans, and scheduling of activities. Additionally, I provided administrative
support and supervised the different types of permanent locative maintenance at the
Buenaventura maritime terminal.
The activities conducted at the maritime terminal included the resident inspector ensuring that
the technical specifications were met according to the contract or service order to guarantee the
work performed.
As part of the civil construction technology program, it is required to complete business
internships lasting 240 hours. This process, endorsed by architect Carlos Arley Alomia, was

Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
Get PDFThe present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. No full textA través de este informe se dará a conocer el alcance adquirido durante la práctica empresarial realizada en el consorcio UNIÓN TEMPORAL CERRAMIENTO cuyo objeto del proyecto es la construcción de un muro perimetral para cerramiento en la Universidad del pacífico ubicada en el Kilómetro 13, durante la elaboración del presente informe se tratarán temas relacionados con las actividades realizadas y hechos acontecidos desde el inicio del contrato. Se detallará el desempeño de cada actividad en el rol como inspector auxiliar en obra y los productos obtenidos cuando se realizan dichas actividades. Todo esto es para potenciar las habilidades, competencias y destrezas requeridas para ejercer en el campo laboral, apoyando técnica y administrativamente todos estos procesos de contratación en el campo de la construcción. Además del cumplimiento satisfactorio de los objetivos propuestos de la práctica empresarial, el desarrollo es el paso final para la obtención del título como Tecnóloga en construcciones civiles.
Este es el período en el que se pone a prueba todo lo aprendido durante los años de estudio, cuáles son las fortalezas y debilidades del estudiante. Get PDF“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis

We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. Note that the objective for the hut study was to evaluate the IRS treatment applications for residual efficacy against Anopheles mosquitoes, including the local An. coluzzii mosquito population. Cows were only used to attract mosquitoes into the huts and no tests were carried out directly on the cows. The author checklist is intended for use with studies where experiments are carried out on animals, which is why we have had such difficulty in completing this for the hut study, as many of the questions do not relate to how the cows were used
