    Gadget Dengan Perkembangan Emosional Anak Usia Prasekolah 3-6 Tahun

    Perkembangan emosional adalah perkembangan yang terjadi ketika anak belajar untuk menguasai dan mengekspresikan emosi yang lebih kompleks dan salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi perkembangan emosional anak yaitu penggunaan gadget. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan penggunaan gadget dengan perkembangan emosional skala kesulitan dan skala kekuatan pada anak usia prasekolah di TK UNKLAB Airmadidi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu deskriptif korelasi dengan pendekatan cross sectional, dengan uji statistik spearman rank. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan total sampling dengan jumlah sampel 61 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan 36.1% penggunaan gadget baik, 49.2% penggunaan gadget sedang, 14.8% penggunaan gadget buruk. Adapun hasil perkembangan emosional skala kesulitan terdapat 80.3% perkembangan emosional normal, 14.8% perkembangan emosional borderline, dan 4.9% perkembangan emosional abnormal. Hasil perkembangan emosional skala kekuatan terdapat 95.1% perkembangan emosional normal, 3.3% perkembangan emosional borderline, dan 1.6% perkembangan emosional abnormal. Hasil penelitian diperoleh nilai p = 0.000<0.05 yang berarti ada hubungan yang signifikan, sedang, dan searah antara penggunaan gadget dengan perkembangan emosional skala kesulitan pada anak usia prasekolah di TK UNKLAB Airmadidi. Hasil penelitian juga diperoleh nilai p = 0.016<0.05 yang berarti ada hubungan yang signifikan, rendah, dan berlawanan arah antara penggunaan gadget dengan perkembangan emosional skala kekuatan pada anak usia prasekolah di TK UNKLAB Airmadidi.     TINGKAT PENGETAHUAN ANEMIA IBU HAMIL DAN KEPATUHAN KONSUMSI TABLET FE

    Adherence to iron (Fe) tablet supplementation is one of the key preventive strategies for anemia, which is a common health problem during pregnancy. Knowing about anemia is a crucial part of supporting adherence of Fe tablet intake. This study aimed to identify the corellation between pregnant women’s knowledge about anemia and their adherence to consuming Fe tablets. A descriptive correlational design with a cross-sectional approach was applied in this study. This sample was involving 84 respondents chosen through consecutive sampling. Findings revealed that 74 respondents (88.1%) demonstrated good knowledge, while 43 respondents (51.2%) were non-compliant in taking Fe tablets. The Spearman rank correlation test produced r = 0.319 and p = 0.003 (< 0.05), indicating a weak but positive correlation between knowledge level and Fe tablet adherence among pregnant women at the Kolongan Public Health Center. It is suggested that the health center strengthen education and counseling for pregnant women through maternal classes and consistent monitoring to increase compliance with iron supplementation. Salah satu masalah kesehatan yang paling sering terhadi selama masa kehamilan adalah anemia. Menjaga kepatuhan ibu hamil terhadap penggunaan tablet besi adalah salah satu cara untuk mencegahnya. Pengetahuan tentang anemia sangat penting untuk mendukung kepatuhan ini. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi hubungan antara pengetahuan ibu hamil tentang anemia dan kepatuhan mereka terhadap penggunaan tablet besi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif korelasional dan teknik cross-sectional, dengan 84 responden yang dipilih secara consecutive. Hasil studi menunjukkan bahwa 74 responden (88,1%) memiliki tingkat pengetahuan yang baik, sedangkan 43 responden (51,2%) tidak patuh mengonsumsi tablet Fe. Analisis Spearman rank memperoleh nilai r = 0,319 dan p = 0,003 (<0,05), membuktikan ada korelasi yang lemah tingkat pengetahuan dan kepatuhan mengonsumsi tablet Fe pada ibu hamil di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Kolongan. Disarankan agar Puskesmas Kolongan meningkatkan kegiatan edukasi dan pendampingan melalui kelas ibu hamil serta pemantauan rutin guna memastikan tablet Fe dikonsumsi oleh ib

    KEMATANGAN EMOSI DAN PENYESUAIAN DIRI MAHASISWA RANTAU

    Penyesuaian diri adalah proses yang melibatkan respon mental dan tingkah laku dari setiap individu yang berusaha mengatasi kebutuhan dan hambatan dalam diri agar tercipta keharmonisan antara kondisi dalam diri sendiri dengan apa yang diharapkan oleh lingkungan individu tersebut sehingga menjadi salah satu faktor dimana mempengaruhi kematangan emosi. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan kematangan emosi dan penyesuaian diri mahasiswa rantau untuk pengembangan asuhan keperawatan. Metode penelitian menggunakan deskriptif korelasi melalui pendekatan cross-sectional dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel 97 responden. Hasil penelitian didapati bahwa mayoritas kematangan emosi mahasiswa rantau dengan 72 responden berada pada kategori sedang (74,2%), sedangkan penyesuaian diri 59 responden dominan kategori sedang (60,8%). Hasil Uji statistik menggunakan Spearman Rank/Rho didapati tidak terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara kematangan emosi dan penyesuaian diri mahasiswa rantau Universitas Klabat (p-value 0,197>0,05. Rekomendasi bagi institusi pendidikan dapat meningkatkan program atau kegiatan kampus yang mendukung mahasiswa rantau terutama dalam beradaptasi di lingkungan kampus. Self-adjustment is a process that involves the mental and behavioral responses of everyone who tries to overcome the needs and obstacles within themselves to create harmony between their internal conditions and what is expected by the individual's environment, so it becomes one of the factors that influence emotional maturity. This research aims to determine the relationship between emotional maturity and self-adjustment of overseas students for the development of nursing care. The research method uses descriptive correlation through a cross-sectional approach with a sampling technique using purposive sampling with a sample size of 97 respondents. The research results found that most of the overseas students' emotional maturity with 72 respondents was in the medium category (74.2%), while the self-adjustment of 59 respondents was in the medium category (60.8%). The results of statistical tests using Spearman Rank/Rho found that there was no significant relationship between emotional maturity and self-adjustment of overseas students at Klabat University (p-value 0.197>0.05. Recommendations for educational institutions, researchers hope that the research results can be used as reference material in their efforts to increase the emotional maturity and self-adjustment of overseas students

    Edukasi Berbasis Keluarga Untuk Ibu Hamil Dengan Anemia di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Kolongan

    Anemia in pregnancy remains a public health problem, particularly in rural areas. Low adherence to Fe tablet consumption is a major contributing factor. This study aimed to analyze the effect of family-based education on improving hemoglobin levels in pregnant women with anemia in the working area of the Kolongan Community Health Center. A quasi-experimental research method with a two-group pretest-posttest non-equivalent design was used. A total of 30 anemic pregnant women in the Kolongan Community Health Center area were divided into an intervention group and a control group. The intervention group received family-based education via video, e-flipcharts, and WhatsApp messages for two months, while the control group received standard antenatal care. Data were collected through questionnaires and hemoglobin tests, analyzed using paired and independent t-tests. The research results showed the intervention group had an increase in hemoglobin levels from a mean of 9.42 g/dL to 11.49 g/dL (p = 0.000), which was higher than the control group (mean 9.55 g/dL to 10.39 g/dL, p = 0.003). A test of the difference between the control and intervention groups found a significant difference (p=0.000). Conclusion the family-based education model is significant in increasing the hemoglobin levels of anemic pregnant women. It is recommended to be integrated into maternal health programs to improve the effectiveness of anemia prevention efforts. Anemia pada kehamilan masih menjadi masalah kesehatan masyarakat, terutama di daerah pedesaan. Rendahnya kepatuhan konsumsi tablet Fe merupakan faktor penyebab utama. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh edukasi berbasis keluarga untuk meningkatkan kadar hemoglobin pada ibu hamil dengan anemia di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Kolongan. Metode penelitian kuasi eksperimen dengan desain two-group pretest-posttest non-equivalent. Sebanyak 30 ibu hamil anemia di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Kolongan dibagi menjadi kelompok intervensi dan kontrol. Kelompok intervensi menerima edukasi berbasis keluarga melalui video, e-flipchart, dan pesan WhatsApp selama dua bulan, sedangkan kelompok kontrol menerima pelayanan antenatal standar. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan pemeriksaan hemoglobin, dianalisis menggunakan uji t berpasangan dan independen. Hasil peneltian menunjukkan kelompok intervensi menunjukkan peningkatan kadar hemoglobin dari rerata 9,42 g/dL menjadi 11,49 g/dL (p = 0,000), lebih tinggi dibandingkan kelompok kontrol (rerata 9,55 g/dL menjadi 10,39 g/dL, p = 0,003). Uji beda kelompok kontrol dan intervensi didapati ada perbedaan p=0,000, Kesimpulan model edukasi berbasis keluarga signifikan dalam meningkatkan kadar hemoglobin ibu hamil anemia.     Anxiety Experiences Among Pregnant Women During COVID-19 Pandemic

    Pregnant women are a group at risk of contracting COVID-19. This condition makes pregnant women often feel anxious about the possibility of exposure to COVID-19 infection. Anxiety that cannot be overcome will have a negative impact on the pregnant woman herself, such as preeclampsia and even miscarriage and the fetus, such as premature birth and low birth weight. This study aims to explore the anxiety experiences of pregnant women during the COVID-19 pandemic. This research was conducted in the North Minahasa area using a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach. Informants in this study amounted to 11 people. Methods of data collection using semi-structured video and face-to-face interviews. Anxiety experienced 4 themes that emerged, namely: 1) Anxiety about contracting, 2) Anxiety about other people's health, 3) Anxiety about doing antenatal care, and 4) Anxiety about childbirth. Health workers need to overcome anxiety in pregnant women so that negative impacts on pregnant women and the fetus can be avoided. Telehealth can be an alternative option to help pregnant women deal with anxiety during the COVID-19 pandemic. Kondisi ini membuat ibu hamil kerap merasa cemas akan kemungkinan terpapar infeksi COVID-19. Kecemasan yang tidak bisa diatasi akan berdampak buruk pada ibu hamil itu sendiri seperti preeklampsia bahkan keguguran dan janin seperti lahir prematur dan berat badan bayi baru lahir rendah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi pengalaman kecemasan ibu hamil selama pandemi COVID-19. Penelitian ini dilakukan di daerah Minahasa Utara dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologis. Informan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 11 orang. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan video semi terstruktur dan wawancara tatap muka. Kecemasan mengalami 4 tema yang muncul yaitu: 1) Kecemasan tertular, 2) Kecemasan terhadap kesehatan orang lain, 3) Kecemasan melakukan antenatal care, dan 4) Kecemasan terhadap persalinan. Tenaga kesehatan perlu mengatasi kecemasan pada ibu hamil sehingga dampak negatif pada ibu hamil maupun janin bisa terhindari. Telehealth dapat menjadi pilihan alternatif untuk membantu ibu hamil mengatasi kecemasan selama masa  pandemi COVID-19. Kata Kunci: COVID-19, Ibu hamil, Kecemasa

    Anemia pada ibu hamil merupakan masalah kesehatan masyarakat yang signifikan dengan dampak serius bagi ibu dan janin, termasuk risiko komplikasi kehamilan, kelahiran prematur, dan berat badan lahir rendah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara umur ibu hamil, usia kehamilan, dan tingkat kepatuhan konsumsi tablet Fe dengan kejadian anemia pada ibu hamil di wilayah Puskesmas Kakaskasen, Kecamatan Tomohon Utara. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain observasional analitik dengan pendekatan studi kasus kontrol, melibatkan 81 ibu hamil yang dipilih melalui teknik purposive sampling. Data diperoleh dari kuesioner dan rekam medis, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan uji Chi-Square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya hubungan signifikan antara umur ibu hamil dengan kejadian anemia (p = 0,004), usia kehamilan dengan kejadian anemia (p = 0,001), dan tingkat kepatuhan konsumsi tablet Fe dengan kejadian anemia (p = 0,019). Penelitian ini menyoroti pentingnya upaya peningkatan kepatuhan konsumsi tablet Fe dan edukasi gizi untuk mencegah anemia pada ibu hamil, yang pada akhirnya dapat meningkatkan kualitas kesehatan ibu dan janin. Anemia in pregnant women is a significant public health issue with serious impacts on both the mother and the fetus, including risks of pregnancy complications, preterm birth, and low birth weight. This study aims to analyze the relationship between maternal age, gestational age, and adherence to iron tablet consumption with the incidence of anemia in pregnant women in the Kakaskasen Public Health Center area, North Tomohon District. The research employed an analytical observational design with a case-control approach, involving 81 pregnant women selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected using questionnaires and medical records, then analyzed using the Chi-Square test. The results showed significant relationships between maternal age and anemia incidence (p = 0.004), gestational age and anemia incidence (p = 0.001), and adherence to iron tablet consumption and anemia incidence (p = 0.019). This study highlights the importance of improving adherence to iron tablet consumption and nutritional education to prevent anemia in pregnant women, ultimately enhancing maternal and fetal health outcomes

    Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis

    The present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed.     “Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship

    Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis

    We provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature.
