    Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasan pelanggan pada asuransi Apakah terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara pelanggan & kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 100 responden. Metode pengambilan data menggunakan kuesioner . Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dan analisis Metode Quality Of Service  dengan bantuan program. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel kepuasan pada pelanggan sangat signifikan Rata-rata nilai persepsi pelanggan pada dimensi bukti langsung (tangible) sebesar 2,9864 (harapan 2,794), keandalan (reliability) sebesar 3,000 (harapan2,712), jaminan (assurance) sebesar 2,321 (harapan 2,243), empati (emphaty) sebesar 2,115 (harapan 2,067) lebih besar dari nilai harapan pelanggan. Sedangkan rata-rata nilai persepsi pelanggan pada dimensi daya tanggap (responsiveness) yaitu 2,700 (harapan 3,149).Kata kunci: empati, jaminan, keandalan, nyata, responsivita

    Oil palm cultivation improves living standards and human capital formation in smallholder farm households

    Oil palm cultivation is a controversial topic because of its manifold sustainability implications. Recent research in Southeast Asia suggests that oil palm cultivation is associated with income gains for many smallholder farmers, but whether these income gains also translate into longer-term improvements in household living standards remains unclear. Here, we use three rounds of panel data from smallholder farmers in Sumatra, Indonesia, to analyze effects of oil palm cultivation on various indicators of living standards. Results suggest that oil palm cultivation improves nutrition, dietary quality, and expenditures on education, all important indicators of human capital formation with expected positive long-term implications. Furthermore, we find positive associations between oil palm cultivation, household asset ownership, and electricity consumption, after controlling for possible confounding factors. We conclude that oil palm cultivation improves living standards and human capital formation in smallholder farm households in this setting. (c) 2022 The Author(s). Published by Elsevier Ltd. Understanding its mechanism of action against malaria parasites through interaction with key receptors and enzymes is crucial for drug development. This study seeks to elucidate the mechanism of Drimys beccariana Gibbs as an antimalarial agent by investigating its interactions with several target receptors and enzymes involved in the malaria parasite’s life cycle. Molecular docking, employing structure-based drug design principles, was utilized to simulate the binding interactions between compounds derived from Drimys beccariana Gibbs and specific target receptors/enzymes crucial for malaria parasite survival. The docking studies revealed promising interactions between the compounds derived from Drimys beccariana Gibbs and key receptors/enzymes associated with malaria, including Triose-phosphate isomerase, Plasmepsin II, lactate dehydrogenase, and enoyl-acyl-carrier protein. Compounds 5,3’-dihydroxy-7,4’-dimethoxyflavone and 5,7-dihydroxy-4’-methoxyflavone exhibited significant binding affinity and potential inhibitory effects across multiple targets, suggesting their candidacy for further investigation as antimalarial agents. 5,3’-dihydroxy-7,4’-dimethoxyflavone and 5,7-dihydroxy-4’-methoxyflavone have considerable potential inhibition of receptors/enzymes associated with malaria

    Melihat dari kegunaanya pada masa kini, banyak sekali para pebisnis menggunakan media sosial seperti instagram untuk meningkatkan promosi produk seperti yang dilakukan oleh Butik Dilable. Pada visual dari konten yang dimiliki oleh Dilable Butik tidak memperhatikan segi visual gambar, detail gambar, serta hanya berfokus pada video saja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan brand awareness dan interaksi konsumen Butik Dilable melalui penggantian visual secara massal sehingga dapat menarik audiens.. Penulis memilih divisi kameramen dan editor untuk merancang dan mengelola konten-konten yang dengan merancang pengambilan gambar dari produk serta visual produk ketika dipasarkan melalui instagram. Penulis menggunakan landasan komunikasi pemasaran yaitu AIDA sebagai acuan dalam perancangan konten. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tahapan pra produksi, produksi, pasca produksi, dan uji publik. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa konten yang dibuat oleh penulis mendapatkan respon positif dari segi visual melalui responden yang telah di uji dan layak untuk dipublikasikan. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan manfaat bagi pelaku pemasaran melalui instagram.Judging from its use today, many business people use social media such as Instagram to increase product promotions, as is done by Dilable Boutique. In terms of visual content, Dilable Butik does not pay attention to the visual aspects of images, image details, and only focuses on videos. This research aims to increase brand awareness and consumer interaction at Dilable Boutique through mass visual replacement so that it can attract audiences. The author chose the cameraman and editor division to design and manage content by designing product shots and product visuals when marketed via Instagram . The author uses the foundation of marketing communications, namely AIDA, as a reference in designing content. This research was carried out in pre-production, production, post-production and public testing stages. The results of this research show that the content created by the author received a positive response from a visual perspective from respondents who had been tested and was suitable for publication. It is hoped that this research will provide benefits for marketers via Instagram

    Ondel-Ondel Culture: People's Perception on the Shifting in Function and Value Degradation

    Ondel-ondel is one of Jakarta’s most prominent cultures. It is a giant doll made of woods and decorated  with cotton clothes and human-like embellishments. However, there has been a shift in the way people perceive its role. Ondel-Ondel, which was initially used in significant ceremonial contexts, has evolved into a tool for busking or street entertainment, or more commonly known as Ondel-Ondel Ngamen. At the moment, Ondel-Ondel Ngamen has captured big interest of online users on YouTube. There is a variety of comments on YouTube regarding the existence and representation of Ondel-ondel Ngamen. In this study, the author aims to evaluate YouTube comments regarding people's perceptions of the Ondel-Ondel culture. The author applies a qualitative approach by providing the data from the top-three Indonesian news-related YouTube channels; CNN Indonesia, KompasTV, and Metrotvnews. The dataset is taken from any other scholarly articles that support this analysis. In this study, the author utilizes Stuart Hall's encoding-decoding and commodification theories to evaluate how people perceive Ondel-Ondel, which has undergone a shift in function and value degradation. This study's findings indicate that Ondel-Ondel is vulnerable to commodification. It is no longer regarded as a sacred aspect of rituals or noteworthy occasions.

    The Values of Character Education in an Animated Movie,”Pororo, The Little Penguin”

    Building character values is highly fundamental for the growth of children. Media is one of the digital platforms for teaching children those values, particularly social roles, beliefs, and other values in society. Through media, children can access any information that attracts their interests. An animated movie is one of the media products most children like. In this study, the author aims to analyze the animated movie, "Pororo, The Little Penguin," which could be used as a teaching technique to teach preschool students about the importance of character values. The author used the qualitative method and applied Mise en Scene theory from Manon de Reeper and Decoding- Encoding approach from Stuart Hall. The study's object was taken from the YouTube channel of Pororo, The Little Penguin, Season 6, Episode 13, titled "We're Sorry, Loopy." The dataset was also derived from the comments on Common Sense Media to find out how the parents or kids react to this animated film, Pororo. Asides from it, the author also took the sources from the literary works and proceedings to support the analysis. The result indicates that the film's episode contains social and educational principles that should be ingrained in students at a young age

    Tujuan dari pembuatan video iklan ini adalah untuk mempersuasi wisatawan atau khalayak luas guna memperkenalkan potensi tersembunyi di desa Pandean sehingga nantinya desa ini dapat menjadi pilihan destinasi wisata kedepannya. Metode pengambilan data yang digunakan penulis adalah dengan datang langsung ke desa Pandean untuk melakukan wawancara dengan sekretaris desa Pandean. Wawancara ini dilakukan guna mengetahui apa saja yang terdapat di dalam desa Pandean. Kemudian selama wawancara berlangsung penulis diberikan data – data mengenai desa Pandean mulai dari potensi wisata, UMKM, tradisi budaya dan sosial yang memudahkan penulis dalam melakukan penulisan dan pembuatan karya video iklan. Berdasarkan hasil observasi di lapangan, penulis menemukan bahwa desa Pandean memiliki potensi yang sangat banyak mulai dari wisata alamnya, budaya dan tradisi serta lahan subur yang menghasilkan banyak hasil bumi dan menjadi mata pencaharian terbesar masyarakat disana. Meskipun menyimpan begitu banyak potensi, desa yang sudah berstatus sebagai desa wisata ini masih belum diketahui oleh banyak orang. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan upaya promosi yang lebih intensif untuk menarik perhatian masyarakat luas.The purpose of making this advertising video is to persuade tourists or a wide audience to introduce the hidden potential in Pandean village so that later this village can be a choice of tourist destinations in the future. The data collection method used by the author is to come directly to Pandean village to conduct an interview with the Pandean village secretary. This interview was conducted to find out what is contained in Pandean village. Then during the interview, the author was given data about Pandean village ranging from tourism potential, UMKM, cultural and social traditions that made it easier for the author to write and make advertising video works. Based on the results of observations in the field, the author found that Pandean village has a lot of potential starting from its natural tourism, culture and traditions as well as fertile land that produces a lot of crops and is the biggest livelihood of the people there. Despite having so much potential, the village, which already has the status of a tourist village, is still not known by many people. Therefore, more intensive promotional efforts are needed to attract the attention of the wider community
