PENGARUH KOMPETENSI KEWIRAUSAHAAN TERHADAP KINERJA UMKM (Studi pada UMKM dalam program PUSPA 2016 yang diselenggarakan oleh Bank Indonesia)
Penelitian ini dilakukan pada UMKM yang menjadi peserta dalam Program Pendampingan UMKM Syari’ah oleh Akademisi dan Praktisi (PUSPA) yang diselenggarakan oleh Bank Indonesia di Bandung. UMKM yang menjadi peserta pada program PUSPA 2016 merupakan UMKM yang termasuk dalam necessity entrepreneur yang dimana UMKM berwirausaha hanya untuk memenuhi kebutuhan hidup.
Program ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi kewirausahaan yang dimiliki oleh UMKM baik dari sisi pengetahuan, sikap, dan keterampilan agar UMKM tersebut dapat mengembangkan usahanya. Peningkatan kompetensi kewirausahaan akan berdampak pada meningkatnya kinerja UMKM baik secara financial yang dibuktikan dengan adanya kenaikan pendapatan UMKM dan secara non-financial yaitu dengan bertambahnya pengetahuan dan kemampuan seperti melakukan pembukuan sederhana, cara pengelolaan proses produksi, cara memasarkan produk, dan tata cara untuk mendapatkan modal usaha. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meneliti pengaruh kompetensi kewirausahaan terhadap kinerja UMKM peserta program PUSPA 2016.
Peneliti menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sampling pada non-probability sampling yaitu sampling jenuh karena anggota populasi berjumlah kurang dari 30 orang dan seluruh populasi merupakan sampel. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 20 responden. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan melakukan penyebaran kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada seluruh responden yaitu, UMKM peserta program PUSPA 2016. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi sederhana dan analisis deskriptif-kausal.
Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kompetensi kewirausahaan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja UMKM peserta program PUSPA 2016. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan koefisien determinasi (R2) dapat diketahui besarnya pengaruh variabel kompetensi kewirausahaan (X) terhadap kinerja (Y) adalah sebesar 61,7%. Sedangkan sisanya 38,3% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain seperti pendampingan, motivasi, dan SDM.

THE IMPACT OF COMPETENCY ENTREPRENEURSHIP ON MICRO, SMALL, MEDIUM ENTERPRISES PERFORMANCE
This reasearch is conducted on MSME (Micro Small Medium Enterprises) that are participated in the MSME Syari’ah Mentoring Program by Academition and Practitioners (PUSPA) organized by Bank Indonesia in Bandung. MSME who participated in PUSPA program 2016 is MSME that included in necessity entrepreneur where MSME operated just to fullfil the life necessities. This program aims to improve the competence of entrepreneurship owned by MSME in term of knowledge, attitudes, and skills. Increased in the entrepreneurial comptence will have an impact on MSME perfomance both on financial term by the increase in income and non-financial term namely by the increased of the knowledge and skills like simple accounting, managing the production process, how to market the product, and know the procedures for obtaining the venture capital. The purpose of this reasearch was to investigate the influence of the entrepreneurial competence on the MSME performance in PUSPA program 2016.Researcher used quantitative research method. This research use sampling technique on non-probability sampling that is saturated sampling because the members of population less than 30 people and the entire population is a sample. Total sample in this research is 20 respondents. Data collecting in this research is done by distributing questionarries to all respondents that is MSME that pariticaped in PUSPA program 2016. Data were analyzed using simple regression analysis and descriptive-causal analysis.The result showed that entrepreneurial competenec affect the performance of MSME that participated in PUSPA Program 2016. MATERIAL SELECTION AND MECHANICAL PROPERTIES IN LEAF SPRING APPLICATION: A REVIEW
In the industrial world, leaf springs are an important component of vehicles. Therefore, material selection is very influential in producing good mechanical properties that can affect leaf spring performance. In this review article, the author aims to review and compile articles on relevant previous studies to compare the best alternative materials other than steel that meet the criteria for the application of leaf springs. The review method used in this article is to search for articles that are relevant to the keyword material, leaf springs, and mechanical properties. After that, the author will collect articles and choose articles that have the criteria to be reviewed. Then the articles that meet the criteria will be reviewed by extracting the data to the review table. As a result, 24 articles will be reviewed. Then the author will extract data on each article, namely material, tensile strength, and flexure. Flexural and tensile strength are used as quality criteria for each material. The conclusion of the review article obtained is that carbon/epoxy has the potential as an alternative steel material because carbon/epoxy has the highest tensile strength with a value of 1841MPa, and flexural strength with a value of 1646.7MPa is close to steel as shown in the review table. However, further research is needed, such as proper design and more efficient manufacturing methods to produce innovative leaf spring components with high quality and acceptable quality in the industry
PERLUKAH UMKM MEMILIKI KEUNGGULAN KOMPETITIF DEMI MEMPERTAHANKAN KEBERLANGSUNGAN USAHANYA? (STUDI KASUS UMKM DI SERANGAN)
The aim of this research is to determine the role of the competitive advantage of MSMEs in maintaining the sustainability of these businesses so that they can still survive today. The research method used is a qualitative approach through interviews with respondents in the hope of directly understanding their managerial actions in creating competitive advantage. The research results show that competitive advantage can be achieved through strengths consisting of a skilled workforce, loyal customers, products that suit consumer tastes, product innovation and strategic location. Opportunities through expanding marketing reach. MSMEs aspirations through collaboration with other parties such as Gojek. The author hopes that these results will be able to provide input for relevant partners in increasing sales with online promotions and maintaining the quality of the production process
