Monodimensional and multidimensional character of frames in Anna Voitenko's photo cycle «Isa» as an element of author's communicative strategy
The article is dedicated to the outline of the specifics of frame spatial organisation in documentary photo as an element of artist's communicative strategy and a mean of photo aesthetisation. Attention was paid to the study of current topical debate issue on the correlation of objective and subjective, artistic and documentary in photography, nature of reconsideration and means of reality modelling which are used by a photographer. The aim of the research was to explore the semantic potential of plan organisation of frame space in a documentary photo. The tasks of the article were to consider the palette of frame plan organisation in A. Voitenko's documentary cycle «Iza», to outline the significance acquired by frame spatial organisation as an expressive means in a documentary photo. The subject of the study includes the peculiarities of frame spatial organisation, and the object was the documentary series of photos «Iza» by Anna Voitenko. On the material of Anna Voitenko's documentary photo feature story «Iza» devoted to the depiction of life and mode of the inhabitants of a Transcarpathian village and their traditional handicraft, features of the application of monodimensional and multidimensional frame construction are considered. The article states the idea that a documentary photo is used to capture the reality reliably and accurately, but as any result of creativity, it carries the imprint of the author's worldview and evaluation of the depicted events, which can be expressed through particular compositional frame construction. The role and significance of monodimensional and multidimensional composition in Anna Voitenko's documentary frames as an element of artist's invention of the time and space continuum is analysed. It is emphasized that monodimensional, two-dimensional frame construction is most often used by A. Voitenko in case of depriving of depicted events of a clear binding to time, bringing them down to the level of a generalized symbol, attention concentration on key events and heroes of the documentary cycle. While multidimensional, three-dimensional compositional frame structure of documentary photos gives the opportunity to detail time and space of events, to saturate a frame with important details that serve to express the author's attitude to a depicted scene. The importance of the means used by the author to organize frame space, in particular, the point of shooting, the work with light and exposure solutions for silhouetting of images in monodimensional frames, the insertion of diagonals into a frame, and the visualization of a linear perspective for emphasis on multiplicity are considered, too. Other elements of compositional structure of documentary photos and their communicative and expressive potential requires further research. Статтю присвячено окресленню специфіки просторової організації кадру в документальній фотографії як елементу комунікативної стратегії митця та засобу естетизації фото. Звернуто увагу на актуальні дискутивні питання про співвіднесення об'єктивного і суб'єктивного, художнього і документального у фотографії, про характер переосмислення та засоби моделювання дійсності фотографом. У статті обстоюється думка, що документальна фотографія покликана достовірно й точно зафіксувати дійсність, але, як будь-який результат творчості, несе відбиток авторського світобачення й оцінки зображуваних подій, виразником яких може виступати композиційна побудова кадру. Проаналізовано роль і значення однопланової та багатопланової композиції в документальних кадрах Анни Войтенко як елемента вибудування митцем часо-просторового континууму.
Статья посвящена специфике пространственной организации кадра в документальной фотографии как элементу коммуникативной стратегии художника и средству эстетизации фото. Уделено внимание рассмотрению актуальных дискутивных вопросов о соотношении объективного и субъективного, художественного и документального в фотографии, о характере переосмысления и средствах моделирования действительности фотографом. В статье отстаивается мнение, что документальная фотография призвана достоверно и точно зафиксировать действительность, но, как любой результат творчества, несет отпечаток авторского мировоззрения и оценки изображаемых событий, выразителем которых может выступать композиционное построение кадра. Проанализированы роль и значение одноплановой и многоплановой композиции в документальных кадрах Анны Войтенко как элемента выстраивания художником время-пространственного континуума
Organizational Culture and Professional Well-Being: The Mediating Role of Work Control
In the search for psychological determinants of professional well-being, organizational culture attracts attention as a potentially influential factor, in particular, such a mediating effect as work control, since the type of organizational culture determines how control is implemented, which, in turn, can affect the professional well-being of an employee. The purpose of this study is to identify the presence and nature of the relationship between the type of organizational culture, job control, and employees' professional well-being. The aim of the study was implemented by using a cross-sectional method using the Organizational Culture Assessment Instrument (OCAI) by Cameron and Quinn, the Job Satisfaction Scale (JSS) by Spector, and the Work Control Scale by Dwyer, & Ganster. The study involved 92 Ukrainian higher education teachers. The statistical processing of the results included mediation analysis and correlation analysis. The results of the study found that organizational culture is a determinant of professional well-being when an employee has control over their work. The complete mediation of the opposite types of organizational cultures by perceived control over work signifies the universality of this variable and demonstrates its importance for achieving professional well-being under any working conditions. The mediating effect we identified in the relationship between the studied variables deepens the understanding of the role of organizational culture in shaping the professional well-being of employees and opens new opportunities for effective prevention of its violations
Emotional Burnout as a Result of Professional Stress in the Work of Managers
The research is aimed at expanding the scientific understanding of the psychological characteristics of professional stress, the causes of its occurrence, as well as the effects of stressors in the manager's work. The article attempts to correlate the semantic fields of the concepts professional stress and emotional burnout. A definition and characterization of emotional burnout syndrome as a consequence of chronic stress is provided. The specificity of the manifestation of emotional burnout in the totality of the influence of objective and subjective factors in the activity of managers is presented. The content of the concept of self-actualization is defined. The expediency of applying a positively oriented (existential-humanistic) approach in the search for psychological resources of coping with emotional burnout is substantiated. The study provides a theoretical and methodological basis for the development of measures for effective prevention and psychological correction of emotional burnout syndrome
Occupational Well-Being: A Comparative Analysis of the Main Structural Models
The analysis of the main models of the occupational well-being of the individual and their component composition revealed the absence of a generally accepted universal model. Existing differences in the ideas of researchers regarding the definition of the essence of occupational well-being and its components are caused, first of all, by the subjective nature of the researched construct. The purpose of this study is comparative analysis of models of professional well-being and different approaches to their construction. In accordance with the purpose of the study, general scientific theoretical methods were applied, such as comparison, generalization and systematization of data. Existing models are characterized by a variety of structural elements, are often overloaded with components and don't always have a clear mechanism for the formation of the subjective well-being of an individual. Therefore, it is advisable to continue searching for the optimal model of professional activity that creates conditions for achieving professional well-being
The Relationship between Dominant Coping Strategies and Socio-Psychological Characteristics of Personality
Coping behavior is considered as the main variable that affects the ability to resist the negative effects of various stressors. Factors and mechanisms for choosing certain coping strategies are of particular interest. Our study aims to identify the relationship between dominant coping behavior strategies and sociopsychological characteristics of personality. In a pilot study organized by the cross-section method, a survey of 57 Ukrainian teachers selected by random sampling was conducted. In accordance with the purpose of the study, diagnostic tools were used, such as versions of the Russian-language adaptation of the test of ways to overcome R. Lazarus and S. Folkman and the test-questionnaire R. Cattell. The main hypotheses of this study were tested by correlation analysis. The close connection between the dominant strategies of coping behavior and socio-psychological characteristics of the individual is revealed. The results obtained indicate the personal determinants of coping behavior. The study of the relationship between human personality traits and coping strategies will predict the coping reactions of the subject based on the diagnosis of his personality traits, as well as a deeper understanding of the mechanisms of integrative work of the personality as a subject
Cyclingtourism Product Development in Olaine Region
Bakalaura darba tēma ir „Velotūrisma produkta izstrāde Olaines novadā”. Darba mērķis ir izpētīt velotūrisma piedāvājumu Olaines reģionā un izstrādāt velomaršrutu vietējiem iedzīvotājiem, balstoties uz pašreizējo situāciju un nākotnes perspektīvām reģionā.
Bakalaura darbs sastāv no trim daļām. Pirmajā daļā darba autors apskata tūrisma produkta jēdzienu un tā īpašības, produkta dzīves ciklu, jauna produkta veidošanas posmu, kā arī velotūrisma produktu, tā pozitīvās un negatīvās iezīmes.
Otrajā darba daļā analizē tendences Eiropā un Latvijā. Tiek analizēts EuroVelo tīkls, apskatīta inovatīva velomaršruta izveide Skandināvijā, salīdzināts Baltijas valstu velotūrisms, veikts ieskats Latvijas velotūrisma vēsturē, apskatītas velotūrisma attīstības tendences un tā kavējošie faktori.
Trešajā daļā autors izstrādā un piedāvā jaunu tūrisma maršrutu Olaines novadā –„ Olaines novada velomaršruts”. Maršruta izstrādes procesā autors veicis ekspertu intervijas, anketēšanu.

Objective of this work is exploration of the supply of cycling tourism in the district of Olaine and development of a supposed bicycle route for the local populace taking in account the current outlook and future perspectives.
The thesis consists of three chapters. In the first chapter author researches the concept of tourism product and its peculiarities, the life cycle of tourism product, the process of developing a new product and the cycling tourism product – specifically it’s positive and negative traits.
The second part is devoted to analyzing the popular tendencies of cycling tourism throughout Europe as well as Latvia. In addition some analysis is given to EuroVelo cycle route network, innovative creation of a cycling route in Scandinavia, comparison of cycling tourism among the Baltic states, the history of cycling tourism in Latvia and the tendencies of development of cycling tourism and it’s delaying factors.
In the third part author develops and promotes a cycling tourism route in the Olaine region, titled – “Cycling route of Olaines region”. The author has interviewed experts and taken polls of the public in the process of creating a route.

The Differences in the Feast Day of St. Onnohprius the Great
The article investigates the differences in the feast day of a famous Egyptian hermit St. Onnophrius the Great (the 4th century). In Christian traditions a few dates of St. Onnophrius’ celebration are known, the most common ones are three: 10, 11 and 12 June after the Julian calendar. These dates, which are close to each other, cannot point out some diff erent and independent church traditions in veneration of the saint, more likely they conjecture an error or an intentional slight transference of his feast day in some Christian Churches. Date June 10 corresponds to Paone 16 after the Coptic calendar and it is a day of remembrance of St. Onnophrius in the Coptic Church. The reasons for this discrepancy have not been studied to the present day. The author through his analysis of unpublished manuscripts has established the origin of the date June 11, as well as he has suggested the causes of the rise of the date June 12. All other known days of St. Onnohprius’ commemoration (6, 8, 9, 13 and 17 June) can be considered like «marginal» ones and their origins require additional research based on other sources

У цій статті досліджуються прийоми маніпулювання, що застосовуються у французьких рекламних текстах «produits de luxe». Виділяються апріорний та апостеріорний смисли, що закладені в рекламних повідомленнях. А також запропонована класифікація основних прийомів маніпулювання, що переважно застосовуються у рекламі «предметів розкоші».
(The article deals with the methods of manipulation that are used in the French advertising texts of «luxury goods». The article focuses on the study of the a priori and a posteriori communicative meanings, which are singled out in the French advertisements. The author suggests a classification of the basic methods of manipulation, which are mostly used in the French advertising of «luxury goods».
Stress at work: how job demands affect employee well-being
The aim of this study is to empirically test the nature of the relationship between job demands, job stress, and employee well-being. To achieve the research goal, a cross-sectional method was used using the Porter Satisfaction Questionnaire, the Diagnostic Stress Survey, and the Employment Insecurity Scale. Statistical analysis included mediation analysis and correlation analysis. The survey participants were 163 university teachers. The study found that work demands create psychological pressure and stress that reduce employees’ professional well-being by threatening the realization of their personal aspirations. The relationship between stress and employee well-being is mediated by the discrepancy between the desired state of need satisfaction and the actual state, as well as the importance of certain aspects of professional activity for the employee, which represents their value characteristic. The identified mediating effects expand existing ideas about the mechanisms of forming employee well-being and allow us to determine the directions of its psychological support in organizational prac- tice. Developing practical recommendations for psychological ensuring the well-being of employees in an organization should be a direction for further research.El objetivo de este estudio fue comprobar empíricamente la natura- leza de la relación entre las exigencias laborales, el estrés laboral y el bienestar ocupacional de los empleados. Métodos. Para lograr el objetivo de la investigación se aplicó un método transversal utilizando el Cuestionario de Satisfacción Laboral Spector, el Cuestionario de Satisfacción de Necesidades Porter, la Encuesta Diagnóstica de Estrés y la Escala de Inseguridad Laboral. El análisis estadístico incluyó análisis de mediación y análisis de correlación. La encuesta se realizó entre 163 profesores universitarios. Resultados. El estudio encontró que las exigencias del trabajo crean presión psicológica y estrés que reducen el bienestar profesional de los empleados al amenazar la realización de sus aspiraciones personales. La relación entre el estrés y el bienestar profesional de los empleados está mediada por la discrepancia entre el estado deseado de satisfacción de necesidades y el estado real, así como por la importancia de determinados aspectos de la actividad profesional para el empleado, lo que representa su característica de valor. Los efectos mediadores identificados amplían las ideas existentes sobre los mecanismos de formación del bienestar de los empleados y nos permiten determinar las direcciones de su apoyo psicológico en la práctica organizacional. El desarrollo de reco- mendaciones prácticas para garantizar psicológicamente el bienestar de los empleados de una organización debería ser una dirección para futuras investigaciones.
Vsebinska analiza tračev na različnih ravneh bolnišnice
Background: Most societies have a negative attitude toward gossip and managers are concerned about the impact of gossips on the communication in an organizational environment. Our study examined the perception of gossip, and the context of gossip at different levels of a hospital, a case of organization with high communicational relation among staff. Also, the differences between the gossip context within the organizational context and within the social environment have been considered. Methodology: Semi-structured interviews were conducted with 27 informants, 9 in each of three groups: nurses, supervisors and managers of the Hospital. Recorded interviews were analyzed using content analysis, and results for each group of respondents were compared. Finally, the main gossiping issues for each group were categorized. Results: The study revealed that the topics of gossip in a hospital can be divided into eight main categories, and 34 sub-categories all identifiable by special topics. These main topics included confidentiality issues, merits, financial status/standing, personal characteristics, position, communications, biography, and job conditions. In terms of organizational gossip, a person’s merit in the workplace and financial standing were of particular interest to the participants of this study. Also, the gossip topics at different levels among nurses, administrators, and managers had significant differences. Conclusion: Managers should acknowledge different gossip contents among people at different organizational levels, and that employees do not have the same motives for communication at different organizational levels. Additionally, the distances between contents in the Tendency to Gossip Questionnaire and categories in the organizational environment need more studies, to explore precedents and outputs. Managers may use these findings to facilitate organizational change and communication.Ozadje in namen prispevka: Večina organizacij ima negativen odnos do opravljanja ali tračev. Menedžerji so zaskrbljeni zaradi vpliva tračev na komunikacijo v organizacijskem okolju. Naša študija je proučevala dojemanje opravljanja in kontekst tračev na različnih ravneh bolnišnice, kot primeru organizacije z intenzivno komunikacijo med zaposlenimi. Proučili smo tudi razlike med kontekstom tračev znotraj organizacijskega konteksta in znotraj socialnega okolja. Metodologija: Izvedli smo polstrukturirane intervjuje s 27 respondenti, po 9 v vsaki od treh skupin: medicinske sestrami, administrativnimi zaposlenimi in vodilnimi bolnišnice. Posnete intervjuje smo proučili z metodo analize vsebine in primerjali rezultate za vsako skupino respondentov. Na koncu smo kategorizirali glavna opravljanja oz. trače za vsako skupino. Rezultati: Teme opravljanja v bolnišnici lahko razvrstimo v osem glavnih kategorij in 34 podkategorij, ki jih je mogoče prepoznati po njihovi specifiki. Te glavne teme so vključevale vprašanja zaupnosti, zasluge, finančni status/položaj, osebne lastnosti, delovno mesto, komunikacije, biografijo in delovne pogoje. Z vidika organizacijskih tračev so udeležence te študije še posebej zanimale zasluge in napredovanje osebe na delovnem mestu in finančni položaj. Tudi pri temah tračev na različnih ravneh med medicinskimi sestrami, administratorji in menedžerji so se pokazale pomembne razlike. Zaključek: Vodje bi morali priznati različne vsebine tračev med ljudmi na različnih organizacijskih ravneh, saj zaposleni nimajo enakih motivov za komunikacijo na različnih organizacijskih ravneh. V razdaljah med vsebinami v vprašalniku nagnjenosti k opravljanju in kategorijami v organizacijskem okolju potrebujejo ugotavljamo potrebo po nadaljnjih študijah, da bi raziskale precedence in rezultate. Vodje lahko uporabijo te ugotovitve za olajšanje organizacijskih sprememb in izboljšanje komunikacije
