PEMBUATAN SISTEM PREDIKSI PERSEDIAAN BARANG PADA TOKO NABILA MENGGUNAKAN METODE WEIGHTED MOVING AVERAGE DAN REORDER POINT

helm, alat tulis kantor (ATK), maupun perabot rumah tangga. Proses pengelolaan
persediaan barang di Toko Nabila baik pemeriksaan maupun pencatatan masih
dilakukan secara manual sehingga kurang efektif dan efisien juga beresiko terjadi
catatan hilang atau rusak. Terdapat banyak jenis barang di Toko Nabila. Hal ini
tentu sangat menyulitkan pemilik toko dalam memperkirakan jumlah kebutuhan
dari setiap jenis barang yang harus dipesan. Permasalahan yang terjadi di Toko
Nabila adalah kesulitan dalam menentukan jumlah barang yang harus tersedia
untuk bulan berikutnya agar tetap dapat memenuhi kebutuhan pelanggan dan tidak
menyebabkan penumpukan barang dalam jangka waktu yang lama. Persediaan
barang yang tepat dapat mengurangi timbulnya kerugian dan meningkatkan laba
penjualan dengan terpenuhinya persediaan barang yang dibutuhkan oleh pelanggan,
maka dari itu perlu adanya sistem prediksi atau peramalan. Penelitian ini
menggunakan metode weighted moving average untuk melakukan prediksi
persediaan barang pada periode mendatang. Sedangkan metode reorder point
digunakan untuk mencari nilai titik batas pemesanan kembali. Pengujian hasil
akurasi prediksi sistem pada penelitian ini menggunakan MAD, MSE, dan MAPE.
Nilai rata-rata MAD, MSE, dan MAPE untuk 10 data prediksi persediaan barang
adalah 7,44, 77,99, dan 31,90.

Sistem Informasi Penjualan Dan Pembelian Obat Pada Apotek Nabila CareBekasi
Get PDFAbstrak:Sistem informasi merupakan bagian penting dalam mengelola dan menjalankan semua kegiatan. Satu diantaranya adalah sistem informasi penjualan dan pembelian obat, sistem informasi penjualan dan pembelian obat yang sekarang ini digunakan di Apotek Nabila Care Bekasi masih belum menggunakan sistem informasi berbasis komputer. Dalam memenuhi kebutuhan apotek khususnya untuk menangani masalah penjualan dan pembelian obat,pembuatan laporan, sistem penjualan dan pembeliannya belum berjalan secara maksimal sesuai dengan yang diharapkan sehingga apotek masih membutuhkan sistem yang lebih baik dengan menggunakan sistem komputerisasi. Metode pengembangan sistem, penulis menggunakan metode Waterfall dengan teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu wawancara, observasi dan studi pustaka. Sedangkan alat bantunya menggunakan UML. Implementasi dan rancangan program penulis menggunakan Visual Studio 2005 dengan SQL Server sebagai Databasenya serta Crystal Report sebagai tampilan dari output aplikasi yang penulis buat. Dengan diterapkannya aplikasi sistem informasi penjualan dan pembelian obat pada Apotek Nabila Care Bekasi diharapkan akan mempermudah dan mempercepat proses pengolahan data penjualan dan pembelian obat dengan cara meminimalisasi atau bahkan menghilangkan kesalahan, sehingga sasaran dan tujuan dari Apotek Nabila Care Bekasi dapat tercapai secara maksimal.

Abstract:The information system is an important part in managing and running all the activities. One of them is the information system of sales and purchase of medicines, information systems sales and purchase of drugs currently used in the Pharmacy Care Nabila Bekasi still not using the computer-based information systems. In meeting the needs of pharmacies, especially for dealing with the sale and purchase of drugs, report generation, sales and purchase system has not run optimally as expected so the pharmacy still need a better system by using a computerized system. System development methods in the preparation of this thesis, the author use the Waterfall method with data collection techniques used were interviewed, observation, and literature. While supporting equipment using UML. Implementation and program design author using Visual Studio 2005 with SQL Server as the database is and Crystal Report as a display of the output application that the author made. With the implementation of information system applications sales and purchase of medicines in pharmacies Nabila Care Bekasi is expected to simplify and speed up data processing, sales and purchase of drugs in a way to minimize or even eliminate the error, so that the goals and objectives of Nabila Care Pharmacy Bekasi can be achieved to the fullest.

La prueba judicial del dolo: el caso de Nabila Rifo
Get PDFMemoria para optar al grado de Licenciado en Ciencias Jurídicas y SocialesEl objetivo de este trabajo es analizar y dar respuesta a la problemática de si, en el marco del proceso penal chileno, existen elementos que permitan acreditar la comisión de un delito de forma dolosa o, dicho en otras palabras, la prueba del dolo en el proceso penal (entendiéndose por tal concepto, la acreditación de los elementos fácticos que deben concurrir para que sea posible imputar dolo a un sujeto determinado), tomando como referencia el caso de Nabila Rifo.
Considerando dicho objetivo central, será necesario definir los elementos que componen la problemática a resolver: el dolo y la prueba, por lo cual se iniciará explicando el concepto de dolo, abarcando las clasificaciones más relevantes a efectos de la presente memoria. Como subtema más relevante de este acápite, se desarrollará la distinción entre indicadores de dolo e indicios de dolo, lo que permitirá delimitar los elementos fácticos y normativos que inciden al momento de imputar el dolo en un proceso penal.
Posteriormente, se expondrá la Teoría de la prueba, que permita esclarecer cómo y cuándo se tienen por acreditado los elementos facticos que permitan concluir que un sujeto actuó dolosamente en la comisión de un delito, tratando en el capítulo siguiente los medios de prueba regulados por el Código Procesal Penal, con el fin de clarificar cuáles son los más idóneos para probar los elementos fácticos determinantes al momento de la imputación del dolo a un sujeto determinado.
Finalmente, se concluirá con el análisis del fallo en el caso de Nabila Rifo, para determinar si el máximo tribunal de justicia hizo una correcta interpretación y aplicación de la ley en materia de imputación del dol

Disability Among Women Workers and the Role of Social Support Systems
Get PDFThe study examined factors affecting return to work following a short-term disability and measured the relationship between social support and the subject's well-being status, emphasizing the role of the social support system.
Subjects are 185 female city workers, members of District Council 37, AFSCME, AFL-CIO, and recently either physically or mentally disabled. They are entitled to a maximum of six-months short-term disability benefits.
Data, collected through a structured telephone interview, included the Arizona Social Support Interview Schedule (ASSIS), modified to the type of event (short-term disability), population (female), to measure perceived social support, and the General Well-Being Schedule to measure subjects' well-being. Univariate and multivariate statistical techniques were utilized.
Six variables predicted length of unemployment: (1) severity of illness; (2) general well-being; (3) type of disability (physical or mental); (4) quality of support from immediate family; (5) job tenure; and (6) perceived financial stress. None of the work social support variables were statistically significant in predicting length of unemployment.
A relationship between social support and well-being was found. Four variables predicted the subject's well-being status: (1) perceived financial stress; (2) job satisfaction; (3) quality of support from family; and (4) quality of support from friends.
Mentally disabled subjects remained longer on short-term disability than the physically disabled and a higher percentage were unemployed at the end of the six-month short-term disability, implying that they are at a greater risk of leaving the labor force.
Findings are consistent with existing research on the role of social support in promoting well-being and return to work, as well as identification of critical risk factors for leaving the labor force. These have critical implications for social work practice and policy, in general, and in union settings

Maslow's theory focuses on the freedom that individuals have in expressing their opinions and freely choosing their life choices. It’s not just that, this theory also has concerns about humanity in relation by their environment. Maslow stated that a person will be at the point of happiness when they have reached the level of self-actualization. Maslow has a humanistic theory in the named a theory of motivation that is called by hierarchy of needs, namely a theory of human needs arranged in stages. The research method used is descriptive qualitative, with data sources from the novel Riḥlah Ilallāh and several similar relevant studies.
The research results show that the charachter of Nabila has achieved five basic needs. They are physiological needs in form of achieving food, clothing, and shelter. The needs for self-security is in achieving form of protection. The needs for love and belongingness is in achieving love from family and and husband. The needs for self-esteem is in the form of recognition from the community. The needs for self-actualization is in achieving through the publication of a book by her name as a author. That books tells about the bloody tragedy in a war prison. Nabila’s character also has the characteristics of self-actualize
