Assessment of S100β Biomarker in Acute Ischemic Cerebrovascular Stroke Patients with Hypertension
No full textBackground: Cerebrovascular stroke (CVS) is the third leading most common cause of death in the world. Role of antihypertensive drugs and nitric oxide donors such as glyceryl trinitrate (GTN) in acute ischemic cerebrovascular stroke varies in their effects on cerebral autoregulation (CA). Assessment of biochemical marker as S100β protein is an important diagnostic tool. Objective: The aim of this study is to assess the role of transdermal glyceryl trinitrate (GTN) patch in the management of acute ischemic CVS and to evaluate the role of S100β protein as a prognostic marker in acute ischemic CVS. Methods: Forty acute ischemic CVS patients with hypertension were included. They were divided in to two groups, Group (A); 20 patients maintained on their anti-hypertensive treatment, and Group (B); 20 patients received GTN nitro dermal patch 5mg. All cases were subjected to, clinical evaluations by European stroke scale, assessment of S100β on third day and after 14 days of stroke onset and brain CT. Results: There was no significant statistical difference between patient groups as regard clinical stroke evaluation on third day on stroke onset but there was significant statistical difference between group (A) and (B) after 14 days of stroke. There was highly significant statistical difference in the serum level of S100β in group (A) and (B) on third day of stroke onset. Conclusion: Using GTN nitro dermal patch is a promising solution in management of hypertension in acute ischemic CVS and S100β may help in the prediction of its prognosis
Light-emission from conjugated dendrimers and polymers
No full textThis thesis reports the photophysical and electroluminescence studies undertaken on two types of material: polymeric and dendritic. The dendritic architecture is a recent concept adopted to develop new materials for light-emitting diodes. The dendritic structure offers a combination of properties of both polymers and small organic molecules whilst having their own interesting characteristic of optimising processibility, charge transport, and optical properties independently. The dendritic structure consists of functional surface groups, conjugated dendrons and a conjugated core. Initial optical (absorption and photoluminescence) studies revealed that the dendrimer emission originates from the core and is independent of excitation wavelength. This was investigated further in distyrylbenzene based dendrimers where the effect of dendrimer generation number on photoluminescence and electroluminescence properties was studied. All dendrimers emit blue electroluminescence with, in some cases, reasonable electroluminescence quantum efficiency in the range of 0.09 % and brightness up to 150 Cd m(^-2). Having established that the furmel effect, where excitation is successfully transferred to the dendrimer core in both PL and EL, different chromophores were incorporated in the dendrimer structure. Colour control was thus demonstrated in EL devices of the different dendrimers, showing the possibility of using a large number of chromophores in a processible form for EL applications. Conjugated polymers were also studied to investigate the nature of the emitting species (poly(p-pyridine)) and the effect of side- chains (poly(p-phenylenevinylene)). In poly(p-pyridine) the emission was found to be strongly dependent on pyridyl ring rotation affecting the emission and its quantum yield while the side-chains in the poly(p-phenylenevinylene) derivatives were found to affect polymer properties such as degree of conversion of non-conjugated to conjugated polymer. The PL quantum yield system was set-up and proved useful in assessing synthesis of new materials

many recitations, and the people there were more active in religion. The
researcher aims to find out the historical process of the entry and
development of Islam in Mandailing Natal, the life of Sheikh Abdul Halim
Khatib and his role in the development of Islam in Mandailing Natal and the
writings of Sheikh Abdul Halim Khatib in spreading Islam in Mandailing. The
research that the author is doing is field research using historical research
methods, and this research was conducted in Purbabaru Village, Lembah Sorik
Marapi District, Mandailing Natal Regency, and the informants in this study
were Musthafawiyah alums who were considered more knowledgeable about
the role of Sheikh Abdul Halim Preacher. Sheikh Abdul Halim Khatib's
relationship with the community is different from that of his teacher, Sheikh
Musthafa Husein because he teaches more in the classroom, such as giving
recitations at home to the community and his students on a scheduled basis,

No full textينصبّ البحث في تتبّع جهود علماء المشرق الإسلامي على العقائد الست للإمام محمد بن يوسف السنوسي، وبقية أعماله المنهجية والعقدية، إذ كرّس هذا الاهتمام الكبير هيمنة المذهب الأشعري بطابعه السنوسي على المؤلفات والدروس والمقررات في المعاهد العلمية المشرقية.
اعتمدنا المنهج الاستقرائي بالأصالة، بغرض كشف الإفادات والزيادات المعرفية والمنهجية، وخلصنا إلى تأكيد الحضور القوي للمتن السنوسي في المقررات الأزهرية الابتدائية والإعدادية والعالية، وتوقفه في حدود مصر والشام غالبا، إلا ما كان من حضور آخر في بلاد الملايو. إضافة إلى الجديد المتعلق ببروز حنابلة وماتريدية اشتغلوا عليه مما يدل على القوة والمنهجية في ترتيب الدرس العقدي الذي امتازت بها المتون السنوسية، وبما يوضح الريادة الجزائرية في العلوم العقلية.Efforts of the Eastern Scholars in dealing with Sanusi Creeds,- A Bibliographic Study-

Summary: The research focuses on tracking the efforts of scholars in the Islamic East on the six Creeds of Imam Muhammad Bin Yusuf al-Sanusi and the rest of his methodological and doctrinal works. This great interest enhanced the dominance of the Ash’ari theology with its Sanusi character over the literature, lessons and courses of the eastern scientific institutes.
We adopted the inductive approach by origin in order to reveal the testimonies and the cognitive and methodological benefits. We argue that there is a strong presence of the Sanusi literature in al-Azhar primary, middle and high courses, all levels included, and its end mostly at the borders of Egypt and the Levant, except the other presence in Malaya.
In addition to the new related to the emergence the Henbalis and Maturidis who worked on it which shows the methodology and the strong coherence in the organization that characterizes the Sanusi courses. It also illustrates the Algerian leadership in the rational sciences.

No full textRiset berikut punya tujuan agar mengetahui tingkatan kepuasan konsumen berdasarkan kinerja dan kepentingan pada Lapangan Futsal Persada Halim Jakarta Timur serta untuk mengetahui atribut apa yang menyebabkan kepuasan konsumen Lapangan Futsal Persada Halim Jakarta Timur.
Data yang diterapkan bersumber dari data primer yang didapati melalui angket penelitian yang dibagikan pada 86 responden sementara data sekunder didapat pada buku ilmiah atau sumber data lain yang berkaitan pada penelitian.
Metodologi riset yang dipakai oleh penulis ada deskriptif kulitatif. Untuk tekhnik analisis data, penulis menggunakan Importance Performance Analysis, Likert Score, table Anova dan grafik Kartesius untuk membuktikan atau mengetahui uji statistik.
Melalui penelitian ini dapat diketahui baik variabel kinerja dan kepentingan tingkat keakuratan data melalui table anova di peroleh Гn kinerja = 0,965 dan Гn kepentingan = 0,968. Dapat disimpulkan bahwasanya data alhasil pembagian angket yang dilaksanakan peneliti terhadap responden dikatakan sah.
Dari hasil nilai sikap, maka total sikap maksimal 287,59 serta nilai total sikap minimal 68,62. Dan presentase nilai sikapnya bernilai 88,48% lantaran hasil presentase nilai sikap melebihi daripada 80% oleh karenanya tingkatan kepuasan konsumen pada pelayanan lapangan futsal persada halim Jakarta Timur dikatakan sangat puas.
Dapat di tarik kesimpulan berlandaskan hasil riset yaitu atribut yang menjadi prioritas utama adalah tersedianya pendingin udara disetiap lapangan persada halim, terpasang beberapa CCTV di persada halim, karyawan persada halim memberikan pelayanan khusus jika ada kendala layanan, pertolongan karyawan persada halim kepada konsumen yang cidera pada saat bermain.
Saran yang dapat diberikan penulis, lapangan futsal Persada Halim sebaiknya terus mempertahankan tersedianya pendingin udara di setiap lapangan Persada Halim, terpasang beberapa CCTV di Persada Halim, karyawan Persada Halim memberikan pelayanan khusus jika ada kendala layanan, dan pertolongan karyawan Persada Halim kepada konsumen yang cidera pada saat bermain. Dengan tanda yang berada di kuadran kedua ini sepatutnya selalu dijaga layananya, lantaran telah selaras dengan keinginan para mahasiswa-mahasiswi. / Data using is source from primarily data obtain from research questionnaires distributed to 86 respondents while secondaries data is obtaining from book or others data source relate to research.
Research methodology using by author is descriptive qualitative. For the data analysis technique, the writer uses Importance Performance Analysis, Likert Score, Anova table and Cartesian chart to prove or find out statistical tests.
Through this research, it may be known both performances variable and the importance of the level of accuracy of the data through the ANOVA table, it is obtained that n performance = 0.965 and n importance = 0.968. It may be concluding that data from the questionnaire distributed by researcher to the respondents was declared accurate.
From the results of the attitude value, the maximum number of attitudes is 287,59 and the minimum number of attitudes is 68.62. And the percentage of attitude value is 88,48% because the percentage of attitude value is more than 80%, so level of customer satisfactions with services of the East Jakarta Persada Halim futsal field.
Conclusion is may be drawn base on result of the research above is that the attributes that become the main priority are the availability of air conditioning in every Persada Halim field, several CCTVs are installed at Persada Halim, Persada Halim employees provide special services if there are service problems, Persada Halim employees help for injured consumers. while playing.
