Studies Of Composite Based NPK Fertilizer Its Application For Sustainable Agriculture
The aim of this research is to study the effect of NPK fertilizer concentration on composite based Cellulose Gluconated NPK hydrogel characteristics. The raw material used in this study was corn cobs cellulose and Gluconic acid. The experiment was conducted in a completely randomized design with three replicates of different doses of fertilizer (0, 5, 10 and 15%). The parameters monitored were swelling rate, moisture content, nitrogen content, potassium content, phosphorus content, texture and surface morphology. Enriched Cellulose Gluconated NPK hydrogel were used as soil conditioners and fertilizers for agricultural crops. The results of analysis of variance (ANOVA) showed that different types of fertilizers dose had a significant effect (PH<0.05) on their physicochemical properties. The higher the number of fertilizers, the less swelling will occur
Synthesis of some new isoxazole-piperidine-1,2,3-triazoles as in vitro anticancer agents
38-41The synthesis of some new isoxazole-piperidine-1,2,3-triazoles (4a-4j) have been achieved using Sharpless Cu(I) catalyzed [3+2] cycloaddition as a key approach. The in vitro anticancer screening of all the compounds against four human cancer cell lines including MCF-7, HeLa, A549 and IMR32 has revealed that the compounds 4c and 4f exhibited promising activity against all the cell lines as compared to etoposide. Rest of the compounds have shown good to zero activity against specific cell line when compared with the positive control. Predominantly, the compound 4c is showing superior activity against IMR32 which posses IC50 value 3.2±0.3μM

Several one step synthesis of biologically active molecules, primarily employing organo catalytic methods, is discussed in this overview, along with their strengths and weaknesses. The one step economy ideas presented here are not only applicable to catalysis but also to organometallic and organic reaction techniques in general. A synthesis that requires multiple steps could instead be carried out in a single reaction flask with a one step synthesis. Anti-bacterial and Anti-inflammatory Activity of Series of (5-{[(1H-1,2,3-triazol-5-yl) sulfanyl] methyl}-4H-1,2,4-Triazole-3-Thiols and (4-((1-phenyl-1H-1,2,3-Triazol-4-yl) methoxy) phenyl) diazenyl) benzo[d]Thiazoles
Herein, we report the Anti-bacterial and Anti-inflammatory activity of Series of (5-{[(1H-1,2,3-triazol-5-yl)sulfanyl]methyl}-4H-1,2,4-Triazole-3-Thiols 1a-j and (4-((1-phenyl-1H-1,2,3-Triazol-4-yl)methoxy)phenyl)diazenyl)benzo[d]Thiazoles 2a-m shown in Table-I to VIII . The antibacterial activity of the compounds prepared was evaluated by the filter paper disc technique of Vincent and Vincent. The bacteria used in the present study were Escherichia coli, (Gram-negative) and Bacillus subtilis (Gram-positive). The compounds were dissolved in acetone and tried at two different concentrations (250 and 500 mg/disc). The anti-inflammatory activity was evaluated by Carrageenan-induced rat paw edema method. All the experiments were carried out using male, Wistar rats (200-250g). Test compound and Diclofenac sodium were suspended in 0.1% W/V carboxy methylene cellulose sodium (CMC) and administered intraperitoneally to animals. Carrageenan was diluted separately in normal saline and injected. Compounds 1e, 1f and 1j showed promising antibacterial activity. The most active compound of the series was 1e. Compounds 2g, 2j and 2m exhibited high inhibition, whereas 2b, 2c, 2e and 2h were moderately active. The most active compound of the series was 2g. Compounds 1c, 1e, 1f and 1j showed significant anti-inflammatory activity. Compounds 2c, 2e, 2g, 2j and 2m showed very good anti-inflammatory activity.

Precipitation Trends Analysis Using Gridded Dynamic Sampling Zones: Case Study Yangtze Delta Megalopolis
As a result of the fast growth of remote sensing and data assimilation technology, many global land use land cover (LULC) and climate reanalysis data sets have been used to advance our understanding of climate and environmental change. This paper investigates the precipitation variations of the Yangtze Delta Megalopolis by using precipitation reanalysis data under conditions of dynamic urban sprawl. Compared with current precipitation characteristic analyses, which are often based on a limited number of ground rainfall stations, the approach followed in this study comprises a grid-based statistical method using large sets of samples with a uniform distribution and a same representative grid area. This novel approach of dynamic sampling is applied in this study to overcome the temporal and spatial inconsistency of stationary sampling. This approach allows to examine the impact of urbanization on regional precipitation characteristics. The Yangtze Delta Megalopolis (YDM) region, one of the most developed regions in China, was selected as a case study to evaluate the impact of urbanization on subsequent precipitation features. The results reveal that the annual total precipitation (TP) and the maximum daily precipitation (MDP) in both urban and non-urban areas of the YDM region generally have increased during the past 30 years. Hence, the region has become increasingly humid. Extrema of annual MDP and TP show obvious spatial characteristics, in which most maxima are located in the southern part of YDM while minima are more concentrated in the northern part. This newly developed approach has potentials for application in studies where underlying surface features exhibit rapid alterations. The findings of this case study provide relevant information for planning and design of regional water resources management, flood risk management, and planning of the urban drainage system of the YDM region.Urban Desig
