ASI dan MP-ASI dalam Pandangan Ibu Hamil Usia Muda: Studi Kualitatif di Kabupaten Buton Utara, Provinsi Sulawesi Tenggara, Indonesia
Air susu ibu (ASI) dan makanan pendamping ASI (MP-ASI) merupakan komponen penting dalam pemenuhan gizi bayi, terutama pada enam bulan pertama kehidupan. Namun, pada ibu hamil usia muda, pemahaman dan praktik pemberian ASI dan MP-ASI masih menghadapi berbagai tantangan, khususnya di daerah dengan angka pernikahan dini yang tinggi seperti Kabupaten Buton Utara. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengeksplorasi pandangan dan rencana ibu hamil usia muda terkait ASI eksklusif dan MP-ASI dalam konteks sosial budaya lokal. Jenis penelitian adalah kualitatif dengan desain fenomenologis yang melibatkan sepuluh ibu hamil berusia 19–22 tahun di Kecamatan Kulisusu yang diwawancarai secara mendalam menggunakan panduan semi-terstruktur. Analisis data dilakukan dengan pendekatan tematik dan in-vivo coding. Hasil menunjukkan lima tema utama: pemahaman yang beragam tentang ASI eksklusif dengan miskonsepsi umum, rencana pemberian ASI yang bervariasi, pengaruh kuat kebiasaan masyarakat terhadap praktik menyusui campuran, perencanaan MP-ASI yang lebih dipengaruhi faktor kepraktisan daripada pemahaman gizi, serta keterbatasan akses informasi formal dan dominasi sumber informal. Diperlukan intervensi edukatif yang kontekstual, penguatan kapasitas tenaga kesehatan, dan pendekatan berbasis komunitas serta norma sosial untuk meningkatkan literasi dan praktik pemberian makan bayi
Description of Nutritional Status and Diet of Mothers in Families at Risk of Stunting
The stunting prevalence in Southeast Sulawesi reached 27.7% in 2022, and 21.5% of children were stunted in 2023, based on the Indonesian health survey. Reducing stunting requires targeted assistance to families at risk, including pregnant women, nursing mothers, and children aged 0-59 months. This study aimed to assess mothers' nutritional status and dietary patterns in families at risk of stunting in Punggaloba and Dapu-Dapura Villages, West Kendari District, Kendari City, in 2024. Using an observational descriptive survey, 110 mothers were selected through random sampling. The results revealed that 2.7% of participants were undernourished, 69.1% had normal nutritional status, and 28.2% were obese. While 71.8% demonstrated good meal frequency, dietary quality was generally poor, marked by insufficient macro- and micronutrient intake, and 65.5% lacked dietary diversity. Nutritional status was categorized as usual, but dietary patterns remained suboptimal. Improved dietary practices are recommended to meet nutritional needs effectively
Analysis of AFB+ Pulmonary TB Prevalence at the Wuna Community Health Service Center, West Muna District, Southeast Sulawesi Province, Indonesia
Tuberculosis (TB) is an infectious disease caused by the Mycobacterium tuberculosis. Transmission occurs when a TB patient coughs or sneezes, germs are spread into the air in the form of phlegm droplets (droplet nuclei). This study used data from the Wuna Community Health Service Center, West Muna District. Data on AFB+ pulmonary TB cases were obtained from the health center from 2015 to 2017. In conclusion, AFB+ pulmonary TB cases from 2015 to 2017 fluctuated: in 2015 the number of AFB+ pulmonary TB was 40 cases, in 2016 it decreased to only 28 cases, while in 2017 it increased to 43 cases. The majority of patients with AFB+ pulmonary TB cases in the Wuna Community Health Service Center working area were in the age range of 45-54 years.

Low Birth Weight (LBW) Analysis in the South Konawe Regency, Southeast Sulawesi Province, Indonesia
Low Birth Weight (LBW) is one of the public health problems. It becomes the single risk factor for early neonatal mortality and morbidity. The high number of LBW cases affects the baby’s health in the future, including infants’ slow growth, impaired cognitive development, susceptibility to diseases, such as disorders of the respiratory, cardiovascular, gastrointestinal, and kidney systems. It also causes increased morbidity and mortality. The Health Office of South Konawe Regency from 2017 to 2020 data was used in this research. LBW as the main cause of neonatal death in South Konawe increased year by year. The LBW cases in South Konawe from 2017 to 2020 increased in 2020, with the highest cases occuring in coastal areas of the South Konawe Regency, called Tumbu-Tumbu Jaya sub-district.

Overview of Handling Hypertension in the Konawe Regency, Southeast Sulawesi, Indonesia
Hypertension is persistent blood pressure with systolic blood pressure above 140mmHg and diastolic blood pressure above 90 mmHg. The disease is often called thesilent killer because it does not indicate any typical symptoms, but can increase thepossibility of stroke, heart attack, chronic kidney disease and even blindness if it isnot controlled and counter-measured properly. Complications of hypertension causeabout 9.4% of deaths worldwide each year. Data from the Konawe District HealthOffice demonstrated that hypertension was on the 4th rank of the top 10 diseases.The prevalence of hypertension in the Konawe Regency in 2018 reached 4,399 (100%).During the last five years, hypertension cases have increased. The statistics of theincidence of handling hypertension in the Konawe Regency in 2019 has increased, upto 100%, which has reached the target of Minimum Service Standards (SPM).

Leprosy Epidemiology in the Kolaka Regency, Indonesia, 2017-2021
Leprosy is an old disease that can cause paralysis. It has become endemic in most parts of Indonesia. Leprosy patients usually suffer from stigma and decreased self-esteem. This study used data for 2017 – 2021 from the Kolaka District Health Office. It was found that the majority of people with leprosy in Kolaka over the study period had multibacillary leprosy. The case distribution fluctuated over this time period. Most leprosy patients in the Kolaka Regency were in the working area of the Tosiba Health Center.

Proportion of Hypertension Cases by Gender in the North Buton Regency, Southeast Sulawesi Province
Hypertension is one of the main risk factors for cardiovascular diseases such as heart attack, heart failure, stroke and kidney disease. This study was conducted to examine the proportion of hypertension by gender in North Buton Regency in the period of 2018-2020. This is a survey research utilizing the health report data of the North Buton District Health Office in the 2017-2020 period, more specifically data on hypertension cases by gender. The research sample is hypertension patients. The type of research data is numerical. The research data is presented in the form of a graph accompanied by a narration. The highest number of cases of hypertension in North Buton Regency for the years 2018-2020 belonged to the female group that spread across 3 health centers namely Lakansai, Kambawo, Kulisusu.

Surveillance of Pneumonia Disease Prevalence in Kendari City, Southeast Sulawesi, Indonesia
ndonesia health profile shows that pneumonia causes 15% of under-five children’s deaths, which is around 922,000 children in 2015. From 2015-2018, confirmed cases of pneumonia in children under 5 years old increased by about 500,000 per year, reaching 505,331 patients with 425 patients dying. Pneumonia is an infection that causes inflammation of the lobes in one or both lungs. In people with pneumonia, a collection of small air space at the end of the respiratory tract in the lungs (alveoli) will become inflamed and filled with fluid or pus. This study uses various data from the Indonesian government. Pneumonia case data was obtained from the Kendari City Health Office from 2017-2020. The conclusion is that pneumonia cases in toddlers were male with an age range of 4-5 years. The prevalence of pneumonia in the last two years has decreased. The largest distribution area is in the Nambo and Puuwatu sub-districts in 2019.

The Exclusive Breastfeeding Scope Based on the Coverage of Infant Health Services and Neonates Visits in the North Buton Regency
Breastfeeding is a healthy activity necessary for the babies’ growth and development. The United Nations Children’s Funds (UNICEF) and the World Health Organization (WHO) recommend that children only be exclusively breastfed for six months and continue for up to two years. This study objective is to describe the coverage of exclusive breastfeeding based on the coverage of infant health services and neonatal visits in the North Buton Regency for the 2018-2020 period. This is a survey research using the health report data of the North Buton Regency Health Office for the 2018-2020 period involving exclusive breastfeeding coverage data and coverage of infant health services as well as complete neonatal visits. The type of research data is numerical and the research data is presented in the form of graphs with narration. The coverage of exclusive breastfeeding for infants up to the age of 6 months was the highest in 2019 at the Kulisusu Public Health Center at 92% and the lowest in 2020 at the Kioko Public Health Center at only 43.1%. The highest coverage of baby services was in the year 2018 at the Lakansai Public Health Center at 183% and the lowest in 2019 at the Lakansai Public Health Center at only 0.0%. In 2020 the lowest at the North Wakorumba Public Health Center at only 0.0%.

Indonesian strategy in reducing Aedes aegypty diseases in ASEAN economic community era
Indonesia is one of the countries that has a very strategic role in the ASEAN region. The state of readiness of Indonesia in ASEAN Economic Community (AEC) 2015 will involve all elements of the society due to very large population. Economically, Indonesia should be able to compete with ASEAN countries, and human resources should also be prepared. On the other hand, shifts and movements of the people between countries will be increased, this could be a threat for the country. However, those who are ready with the human resources, it might be a positive value, otherwise, it might be a weakness for unprepared countries. AEC era is not only economic power that should be concerned, but also health problems that should be a priority. Nowadays, the Aedes aegypti cases are still high in Indonesia.
