    Highly Pathogenic Avian Influenza or bird flu is a contagious disease of poultry caused by AI virus (H5N1) that attacks the respiratory and nervous.in Indonesia, AI outbreak was first identified in late 2003 in the district of Tangerang and Blitar. AI strike laying chicken, broiler, chicken and ducks. precautions that can be done by implementing programs such as livestock management biosekuruti and vaccination. Retrieval and data collection carried out in the Center for Veterinary Wates Yogyakarta of data regarding the incidence of cases of Avian Influenza period 2012 to 2013 by way of copying from books Center for Veterinary Wates Yogyakarta : Map of animal diseases throughout Java and Madura in 2012 and the print data directly from laboratory data bank Epidemiology BBVet Wates Yogyakarta. AI disease incidence data period 2012 until 2013 that the author got from descriptive analysis from January to December in 2012 until 2013, so that this data is used to determine the description of the events AI. Data collected from the successful author BBVet Yogyakarta Wates is the percentage of incident cases of AI based delivery province in 2012 until 2013 has decreased of percentage of 21.43% in 2012 to 12.73% in 2013 amounted to 8.7%. While the incidence of cases of AI based delivery month in 2012 to 2013 has decreased of percentage of 18.25% in 2012 to 13.14% in 2013 amounted to 5.11%.percentage of incident cases of AI disease in the working area BBVet Wates has decreased.This indicates that the reduction in the area of AI disease is optimal to minimize the incidence of cases of AI from year to year

    Damage of structures and road beds due to expansive soil are common in Indonesia. One example is the deterioration of a road section at Sta. 8 + 127 of the Purworejo-Wates Highway. This Technical Note presents the investigation of the cause of the deterioration of the road bed. The author concludes that the sub grade is an expansive soil and the swelling pressure is able to lift the overlaying pavement and cause considerable cracking. Abstract in Bahasa Indonesia : Kerusakan struktur bangunan dan perkerasan jalan karena tanah ekspansif merupakan masalah yang banyak terjadi di Indonesia. Salah satu kerusakan perkerasan jalan yang terjadi karena tanah ekspansif adalah kerusakan perkerasan jalan di Sta. 8+127, Jalan Raya Purworejo-Wates. Technical Note ini menyajikan penyelidikan penyebab kerusakan perkerasan jalan tersebut.     The problem that exists in Bumi Agung Wates Village, Way Kanan Regency, is the unequal development of village infrastructure. This condition can be seen from the connecting road between Way Kanan Regency and East Ogan Komering Ulu Regency, precisely Bumi Agung Wates Village (BAW), Bahuga District, Way Kanan Regency, Lampung Province, with badly damaged conditions. The problem of this research is How is the implementation of the principle of orderly public interest in village infrastructure development based on Article 83 of Law Number 6 of 2014 concerning Villages (Study of Bumi Agung Wates Village Way Kanan District)? and What are the factors inhibiting the implementation of the principle of orderly public interest in the development of village infrastructure based on Article 83 of Law Number 6 of 2014 concerning Villages (Study of Bumi Agung Wates Village Way Kanan District)? The research method uses a normative and empirical juridical approach. The type of data used is secondary data and primary data. Collecting data through library research and field research. Analysis of the data used is qualitative juridical. Based on the results of the study it was concluded that the implementation of the principle of orderly public interest in the development of village infrastructure based on Article 83 of Law Number 6 of 2014 concerning Villages, had not been implemented to the fullest because development in the village of Bumi Agung Wates Way Kanan Regency was only a road in an alley or small road; while the main road has not been developed at all, while the main road is widely used by the community or farmers to transport crops to be brought to the city. The inhibiting factors for the implementation of the principle of order of public interest in the development of village infrastructure based on Article 83 of Law Number 6 of 2014 concerning Villages are among others the relatively low level of community education and facilities and infrastructure in the form of community work equipment that does not support until the end of physical implementation. As a suggestion from the author, the Way Kanan Regency Government should be able to resolve the problem or the inhibiting factor of the implementation of the principle of public order in the development of village infrastructure based on Article 83 of Law Number 6 of 2014 concerning Villages in Bumi Agung Wates Village, Bahuga District, Way Kanan Regency.
