Pelaksanaan olah gerak kapal sandar secara aman di pelabuhan es, memerlukan pengalaman cukup serta kesigapan guna menghindari keraguan dalam mengambil keputusan dalam melakukan olah gerak kapal. Dengan dasar ini penulis merumuskan masalah penelitian mengapa terjadi keterlambatan proses sandar kapal di pelabuhan es Nakhodka Russia?, Bagaimana cara olah gerak kapal pada saat proses sandar memasuki pelabuhan Nakhodka Russia?. Pengamatan ini dilakukan pada saat praktek laut selama 12 bulan di Mv. Crystal Jade. Adapun metode yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif, teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah fishbone, teknik pengumpulan data berupa pendekatan terhadap observasi dan data-data tentang olah gerak kapal sandar.
Berdasarkan hasil pengamatan yang dilakukan penulis selama praktek layar di MV. Crystal Jade mengenai olah gerak kapal di pelabuhan es di Nakhodka, adanya masalah-masalah yaitu kurangnya pengetahuan yang dilakukan kru kapal pada saat berolah gerak di perairan es, tindakan olah gerak menghindari bahaya es yang salah dan kurangnya informasi tentang perairan es dapat menyebabkan keterlambatan pada kapal dalam proses sandar. Pembahasan terhadap hasil pengamatan adalah nahkoda yang memberikan pengenalan tentang cara berolah gerak yang baik pada saat olah gerak di perairan es berdasarkan SOP dari perusahaan, memberikan penegasan kepada deck officer dalam tidak boleh ragu- ragu dalam mengambil keputusan.
Dalam hal ini disimpulkan kurangnya pengetahuan dari awak kapal dalam berolah gerak pada saat olah gerak dan kurangnya informasi wilayah perairan es menyebabkan kapal terlambat sandar dan prosedur sandar kapal di pelabuhan dibagi menjadi tahap persiapan dan tahap pelaksanaan. Adapun saran penulis adalah diadakan pengarahan secara berkala maupun pemahaman terhadap kru tentang prosedur olah gerak kapal di perairan es dan dilakukan safety meeting sebelum kapal melaksanakan olah gerak.

The implementation of the manouvering of the ship safely in the port of ice, requires sufficient experience and alertness to avoid doubts in making decisions in carrying out the movement of the ship. On this basis the authors formulate a problem about why there is a delay in the process of berthing ships at the Nakhodka Russia ice port?,How is manouvering procedure for berthing at the Nakhodka ice port? . This observation was carried out during 12 months of marine practice in MV. Crystal Jade. The method used is a qualitative method, the data analysis technique used is fishbone, data collection techniques in the form of approaches to observation and data about the movement of the ship.
Based on the results of observations made by the author during the practice of the screen in the MV. Crystal Jade concerning the operation of ships at the ice port in Nakhodka, there are problems such as lack of knowledge carried out by ship crews when working on ice waters, motion actions avoiding the danger of wrong ice and lack of information about ice waters causing delays in the ship in the process of berthing. The discussion of the results of the observation is that the captain provides an introduction to how to perform good manouver when operating in ice waters based on the SOP of the company, giving confirmation to the inner deck officer should not be hesitant in making decisions.
In this case, it was concluded that the lack of knowledge of the crew in moving motion when the movement and lack of information on the ice waters caused the ship to be delayed and procedure for ice berthing devided in to two parts : preparing and actuating. The author’s advice is to hold regular briefings as well as an understanding of the crew about the procedures for ship operations in the ice waters hold a safety meeting before entering port

Dalam proses olah gerak masuk suatu alur pelayaran sempit atau sungai, dibutuhkan suatu keahlian khusus dan perhatian lebih dibanding berlayar di laut bebas. Bahan IMO dalam aturan colregs memberikan perhatian khusus yang tercantum pada aturan 9 mengenai alur pelayaran sempit. Selain masalah lebar alur dan kedalaman sungai, lalu lintas yang ramai juga dapat mengakibatkan bahaya terhadap kapal, seperti bahaya tubrukan dan kandas. Penulis skripsi ini, penulis menjabarkan permasalahan tentang mengapa kapal MV.Pulau Nunukan Kandas serta mengapa MV. Pulau Nunukan mengalami tubrukan dan sebagai landasan untuk memecahkan masalah yang ada.
Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif yang menghasilkan data deskriptif berupa kata-kata tertulis dari obyek yang di teliti, dalam hal ini mengumpulkan data berupa pendekatan terhadap obyek melalui wawancara terhadap sumber pengalaman, melalui data-data yang berhubungan dengan proses olah gerak masuk alur sungai Mahakam pada MV. Pulau Nunukan. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisa data yaitu Fish Bone Analysis untuk menentukan faktor-faktor penyebab kapal kandas dan tubrukan seperti faktor manusia, lingkungan, manajemen dan material dan teknik analisa USG (Urgency, seriousness, Growth) untuk mencari penyelesaian masalah dan faktor yang di amati seperti pada masalah tentang kapal MV.Pulau Nunukan mengalami kandas dan tubrukan faktor penyebab utamanya adalah Faktor Lingkungan dan faktor Manusia
Setelah teridentifikasi penyebab keterbatasan olah gerak pada saat memasuki alur pelayaran sungai Mahakam, maka selanjutnya bisa dilakukan suatu penelitian guna mengetahui faktor-faktor yang menyebabkan keterbatasan olah gerak tersebut, dengan dilakukan penelitian ini maka dapat disimpulkan penyebab kapal kandas adalah kesalahan perhitungan pasang surut dan penyebab kapal kandas adalah kencangnya kecepatan arus dan angin serta di sarankan setiap kru kapal akan lebih berhati-hati dalam setiap tindakan yang dilakukan dan melakukan setiap keputusan dalam berolah gerak secara aman, efektif, dan efisien. In movement to entering the narrow shipping line or river needed specific skill and more attention than sailing in open sea. Moreover IMO in Colreg‟s rules give specific attention which included in Rule 9 of Narrow shipping Channel. Beside the problem of wide and depth of river, like collision and ran agground. In writting this essay, the author describe the theory of realization manouver entering Mahakam river line in production of observation report and as based to solve problem.
This observation using qualitative method which proceed descriptive data such as written words from observed object, in this case collect data like doing interview to experience sources, throught data that relate to manouver entering Mahakam River in MV. Pulau Nunukan. This study uses data analysis techniques, namely Fish Bone Analysis to determine the root of the problem and use analysis method USG (Urgent, Seriousness, Growth) to look for problem solving and the factors observed are management (management), material (material), environment (environtment), human (man).
After identificated the limited caused movement vessel when entering Mahakam River line, the next is can be doing an obsevation to know the factors that caused limited of movement. By doing this observation, so that every crew will be more carefull doing every act and doing every decision to move in safety condition , effectively and efficienly. So the goal of navigation by safety, faster nd exactly right can be realized

PT. DOT Indonesia has many projects. The author had the opportunity to contribute to two projects, namely a property rental application and a company profile revamp. The projects are led by the project managers and carried out by several people with different roles. The property rental application was created using the React.js, Nest.js, and Inertia.js frameworks and has several features, some of which are letter of offer management, bill management, and sales dashboard. The author was asked to implement the design and integrate the system with the Backend. Meanwhile, the company profile website application was created using the Next.js framework and Tailwind CSS. Sequence Alterations Can Mask Each Other's Presence during Screening with SSCP or Heteroduplex Analysis: BRCA Genes as Examples
No full textFor mutation detection, various screening techniques are widely used because DNA sequencing, the gold-standard method, is still considered to be expensive and laborious for high-throughput screening. Single-strand conformation polymorphism (SSCP) analysis, heteroduplex analysis (HA) and their variant techniques are popular and frequently used for this purpose. It is widely accepted that when searching for unknown sequence variations, any revealed distinct pattern should always be sequenced. We give examples here of the BRCA1 and BRCA2 genes where the SSCP/HA techniques can produce ambiguous predictions if used to detect known genetic variants compared to positive controls. Using direct DNA sequencing, we provide evidence that in such cases, mutations or polymorphisms can mask each other's presence. This phenomenon can often influence the results of any DNA testing because genetic variations such as single-nucleotide polymorphisms occur frequently in the human genome. We suggest that even in the case of known electrophoretic patterns of well-characterized genetic alterations, every sequence alteration should be confirmed by direct DNA sequencing, especially if genetic testing is carried out for diagnostic purposes

No full textThis scientific essay aims to examine the relationship between Western mainstream economics and its Islamic counterpart. It shows that the creation of Islamic economics is a new scientific program, and representatives of this discipline do not agree on its methodological foundations. Islamic economics does not make a distinction between normative and positive scientific attitudes and sets the influence of human behavior as one of its important goals. To prove that there is potential for future convergence the author argues that the „Schumpeterian gap” in history of economic thought does not exist. Analysing the thoughts of Ibn Khaldun, the paper sets the ground for a new paradigm by representing Khaldun as a common ancestor of Western and Islamic economics
