Les déterminants individuels de l’employabilité des primo-chercheurs d'emploi au Maroc
Get PDFL’objectif de cet article est de cerner les facteurs individuels qui déterminent l’employabilité des primo-chercheurs d’emploi au Maroc à travers l’identification, en premier lieu, des dimensions de la notion de l’employabilité, et ensuite, la recherche de ses déterminants individuels. Le recours à une analyse psychométrique, nous a montré que l’employabilité est une notion multidimensionnelle qui se compose de cinq dimensions: les compétences professionnelles, la recherche d’emploi, la flexibilité personnelle, le réseau social et l’équilibre entre la vie professionnelle et la vie privée.Le modèle de régression multiple que nous avons mené pour analyser les déterminants individuels de l’employabilité auprès des primo-chercheurs d’emploi au Maroc a permis de dégager quatre facteurs significatifs : la personnalité proactive, le locus de contrôle interne, le déterminisme réciproque et la détention d’un projet professionnel

Get PDFCet article étudie l'interconnexion entre l'audit financier et la gouvernance d'entreprise dans le cadre des petites et moyennes entreprises (PME). En s'appuyant sur une analyse approfondie des bases théoriques, des mécanismes de gouvernance et des pratiques d'audit financier, l'étude, menée auprès d'un échantillon de 40 PME de la région Fès-Meknès, met en évidence l'importance de la transparence pour renforcer la confiance des parties prenantes et soutenir la prise de décisions stratégiques. L'audit financier, en tant que mécanisme clé de gouvernance, joue un rôle essentiel dans la réduction de l'asymétrie d'information et la gestion proactive des risques. Ce processus contribue également à l'amélioration des relations entre les dirigeants et les actionnaires. Ce travail offre des perspectives pour améliorer la gouvernance et la performance des PME, soulignant l'impact significatif de l'audit financier sur la transparence et la fiabilité des informations financières, tout en favorisant une meilleure gestion des ressources et une compétitivité accrue dans un environnement économique en constante évolution.

Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
Get PDFThe present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed
Variations on the Author
Get PDF“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
Get PDFWe provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. L’impact du social selling sur l’engagement client dans le secteur B to C
Get PDFCette recherche étudie l’impact du social selling sur l'engagement des consommateurs dans une optique B to C et sur la performance commerciale des entreprises. Le social selling, qui consiste à utiliser les réseaux sociaux pour identifier, se connecter et entretenir des relations avec des prospects et clients, s’est imposé comme une stratégie incontournable dans le marketing digital. Il permet aux entreprises de bâtir des relations plus personnelles et directes avec leur audience en utilisant des plateformes comme Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, ou encore Twitter.Les théories que nous avons mobilisées pour contourner cet impact sont celles de l'influence sociale, de l'ajustement tâche-technologie et des usages et gratifications.Concernant la partie empirique de ce travail, nous avons adopté une méthodologie quantitative en menant une enquête par le biais d’un questionnaire auprès de 192 prospects et clients existants d’une entreprise adoptant cette pratique.Les résultats obtenus montrent que le recours au social selling et son incarnation dans la politique marketing des entreprises, permettant à ces dernières d’établir des relations solides avec les consommateurs, d’augmenter leur engagement et contribuer en conséquent à une amélioration significative de la performance commerciale des entreprises

counting methods, and high costs of using more realistic citation counting methods that are not well-supported by the ISI databases. No full textWe have done our best to complete the author checklist relating to the use of animals in the hut study. Note that the objective for the hut study was to evaluate the IRS treatment applications for residual efficacy against Anopheles mosquitoes, including the local An. coluzzii mosquito population. Cows were only used to attract mosquitoes into the huts and no tests were carried out directly on the cows. The author checklist is intended for use with studies where experiments are carried out on animals, which is why we have had such difficulty in completing this for the hut study, as many of the questions do not relate to how the cows were used
