PENGARUH TAYANGAN AZAB DI INDOSIAR TERHADAP IBU RUMAH TANGGA DESA TANJUNG KECAMATAN KOTO KAMPAR HULU
Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh beragamnya perilaku yang negatif Ibu-ibu rumah tangga Desa Tanjung Kecamatan Koto Kampar terliat dilihat dari kebiasaan ibu-ibu yang lebih mementingkan dunia saja, dan juga lebih suka ngumpul menggosip dan tidak terlalu mementingkan apa yang akan terjadi kedepannya terhadap dirinya maupun rumah tangganya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh tayangan azab di Indosiar terhadap ibu rumah tangga Desa Tanjung Kecamatan Koto Kampar Hulu. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah Ibu rumah tangga, sedangkan objek penelitian ini adalah tayangan azab di Indosiar dan ibu rumah tangga. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah sebanyak 116 orang. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah sebanyak 90 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian mengunakan angket dan dokumentasi. teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linear sederhana yang berguna untuk mengetaui pengaruh variabel Independent terhadap variabel dependent.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan analisis data yang telah dilakukan bahwasannya terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan tayangan Azab terhadap ibu rumah tangga Desa Tanjung Kecamatan Koto Kampar Hulu. Hasil tersebut berdasarkan nilai r hitung > r tabel baik pada taraf signifikan 5% sebesar maupun 1% sebesar atau (0,207 0,270) yang berarti Ho ditolak Ha diterima. Ini berarti bahwa semakin baik tayangan Azab maka ibu rumah tangga semakin baik. Besarnya koefisien determinasi dari pengaruh yang signifikan tayangan Azab terhadap ibu rumah tangga Desa Tanjung Kecamatan Koto Kampar Hulu sebesar 0,893 yang menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh yang signifikan tayangan Azab terhadap ibu rumah tangga Desa Tanjung Kecamatan Koto Kampar Hulu adalah sebesar 89.3% sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi atau dijelaskan oleh variabel lain yang tidak dimasukkan dalam penelitian ini, latar belakang pendidikan, lingkungan keluarga, lingkungan masyarakat, dan lain sebagainya.

This research is motivated by a variety of negative behaviors. Housewives in Tanjung Village, Koto Kampar Subdistrict, can be seen from the habit of housewives who are more concerned with the temporary world, and also prefer to gather gossiping and not too concerned about what will happen in the future for themselves or the household. This study aims to determine the effect of ‘Azab’ program on Indosiar on housewives in Tanjung Village, Koto Kampar Hulu. The subjects in this study were housewives, while the object of this study was the ‘Azab’ program on Indosiar and housewives. The populations in this study are 116 people. The sample in this study are 90 people. Data are collected from questionnaires and documentation. Data are analyzed using a simple linear regression analysis that is useful to know the effect of the Independent variable on the dependent variable. Based on the results of research and data analysis, there is a significant effect on the Azab program on housewives in Tanjung Village, Koto Kampar Hulu. These results are based on the value of r count> r table both at a significant level of 5% or 1% of or (0.207 0.270) which means that Ho is rejected Ha accepted. This means that the better the Azab program, the better housewives. The magnitude of the coefficient of determination of the significant effect of Azab program on housewives of Tanjung Village, Koto Kampar Hulu is about 0.893, which indicates that the significant effect of Azab program on housewives in Tanjung Village, Koto Kampar Hulu is about 89.3% while the rest is affected or explained by other variables not included in this study, like educational background, family environment, community environment, and so forth.

Emisja cząstek stałych w spalinach silnika ZI zasilanego benzyną lub mieszaniną propanu i butanu
The paper presents measurements of PM emission in the exhaust gas of a gasoline fueled SI engine alternatively fueled with LPG. The research was performed on a 170.A1 engine using the Dekati ELPI+ PM analyzer and Micro Diluter 6100 (a micro-dilution tunnel). The author also measured the concentration of exhaust gaseous components with the use of Horiba MEXA 1500GH analyzer. The author compared the PM concentration and size distribution in the exhaust gas for both fuels.W artykule przedstawiono pomiary emisji cząstek stałych (PM) w spalinach silnika ZI zasilanego benzyną albo skroploną mieszaniną propanu i butanu. Badania przeprowadzono na silniku 170.A1 z użyciem analizatora cząstek stałych Dekati ELPI+ wyposażonego w minitunel rozcieńczający Micro Diluter 6100. Równocześnie dokonano pomiaru stężenia gazowych składników spalin za pomocą analizatora Horiba MEXA 1500GH. Zmierzono stężenie oraz rozkład wielkości i liczbę cząstek stałych w spalinach, a następnie porównano uzyskane wyniki dla obu paliw
The effect of different workplace nanoparticles on the immune systems of employees

Nanoparticles affect immune functions, causing different immune responses. The aim of the current study was to evaluate several cytokines, interleukin (IL)-1b, IL-6, IL-8, tumour necrosis factor-a (TNF-α), interferon-γ, adhesive molecule sICAM-1, macrophage inhibitory protein 1a (MIP1a) and secretory immunoglobulin A, in nasal lavage fluid and in the peripheral blood of healthy subjects exposed to workplace nanoparticles. Thirty-six employees from three different environments were examined: 12 from a metalworking company, 12 from a woodworking company and 12 office workers. The nanoparticles in the different workplaces were detected in the air in the immediate vicinity of the employees. The particle number concentration and surface area values were significantly higher in the workplaces of the metal- and woodworking industries, but concentrations of mass were lower (the measurements were performed by an electrical low-pressure impactor ELPI+). Energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDS, an attachment to a high-resolution SEM) was used to provide elemental analysis or chemical characterization of the dust particles in a low-vacuum field-free mode operating at a potential of 15 kV spot 3.0. The technique used provided quantitative and spatial analyses of the distribution of elements through mapping (two to three parallel measurements) and point analysis (four to five parallel measurements). Samples from the metal industry contained more ultramicroscopic and nanometric particles, e.g. toxic metals such as Zn, Mn and Cr, and fewer microscopic dust particles. The nasal lavage and peripheral blood were taken at the beginning and the end of the working week, when immune indices were measured. Our data showed a statistically significant increased level of the pro-inflammatory cytokine TNF-α in serum in both exposed groups compared with office workers as well as a higher level of TNF-α in workers from the woodworking company compared with the metalworking employees. We found an elevated level of IL-6 in the exposed groups as well as an elevated level of IL-8 in the nasal lavage in woodworking employees after work.Peer reviewe
