LA FINANCE ISLAMIQUE FACE A L’ASYMETRIE INFORMATIONNELLE
Islamic finance has continuously been raising growing interests of professionals and researchers. This significant concern is primarily attributable to its potential quantity of funds as well as the specificity of its outcomes. The other source of attention stems from the fundamental principle of sharing that characterizes this sort of economics. Yet, in fact, transactions related to these products focus mainly on mark-up modes. Like the conventional finance products, Islamic finances are subject to informational asymmetry which influence their existence on the market. Our contribution is to show the nature of informational asymmetry obstacles that confront Islamic products. We examine the current tendency of such problems. Finally, we propose potential solutions to overcome them
Information Content of Annual Earnings Announcements: Evidence from Moroccan Stock Market
The objective of our work is to study the information content of accounting results of listed companies in the Casablanca Stock Exchange. Applying the methodology adopted by Beaver (1968), we analyze the market reaction, in terms of changes in prices and volumes around the announcement of annual earnings. Our study focuses on 75 companies listed on the Casablanca Stock Exchange for the period [2010 to 2015]. It accounts for the presence of an informational content for the accounting results around the announcement date. Thus, this confirms the hypothesis of financial market efficiency in its semi-strong form (Fama, 1970) and the results obtained in other financial markets (US, French, Chinese ...). LE FINANCEMENT DES TPE : QUELLE PERSPECTIVE POUR LE CROWDFUNDING
The purpose of this work is to evaluate the perspective of crowdfunding emergence in Moroccan context and assess its capacity to meet the financial needs of small business and young entrepreneurs. This was obviously the segment of market that shows a great difficulty to obtain financing for his project and it’s a source of reducing unemployment and enhancing economic growth. For this purpose, I try, first, to explain theoretically the crowdfung emergence as a new institutional arrangement in the context of transaction costs theory. Then, I raise the informational issues which can hamper a well functioning of this new funding form. An empirical study is achieved around main relevant actors of crowdfunding: platforms, Investors and creators. The results confirms the great potential of crowdfunding as relevant source of financing of venture and small project and his success depends on instauration of appropriate legal environment
Nowadays and in a rapidly changing environment, human capital has become an essential pillar in the strategies and orientations of any company. As a result, it is necessary to measure social performance by taking into account its contribution to the brand image as well as competitive differentiation. For this reason, the social audit has come to be a tool to take stock of human resources management and an effective way to reduce the social risks faced at the company level. This article examines the relationship between social auditing and the social performance of organizations. It sheds light on the importance of measuring and evaluating how companies interact with their parts and society as a whole. Through the mobilization of theoretical and empirical frameworks, we highlight the positive impact of the implementation of the social audit on the company's image, organizational culture, the trust of consumers and business partners, as well as the company's reputation. This work aims to produce an explanation of the relationship between the two variables through a holistic approach to assess social performance beyond financial aspects and integrate other intermediate variables. With this in mind, we examine various theoretical models that address this complex relationship between social auditing and social performance. These models provide a conceptual framework for understanding how the practice of social auditing can influence and improve the social performance of organizations. By exposing these models, our research aims to make a significant contribution to the understanding of this dynamic and to enlighten practitioners and researchers interested in this field.

In a context of accelerated digital transformation, internal audit functions are being reshaped to meet new governance and risk management challenges. Artificial Intelligence (AI) emerges as both a strategic asset and an organizational challenge for internal auditors. This research conducts a narrative and integrative literature review of recent scientific contributions, aiming to understand how AI enhances the efficiency and quality of internal audits. Three theoretical frameworks underpin the analysis: contingency theory, agency theory, and innovation diffusion theory. These perspectives help explain the organizational adjustments required for AI adoption, its role in reducing information asymmetry, and the dynamics of technological diffusion.
Findings indicate that AI enables advanced automation of audit processes, strengthens fraud detection, and facilitates predictive, real-time auditing. However, its implementation requires the development of hybrid skills among auditors, as well as robust ethical and regulatory frameworks. Empirical studies from the Moroccan context reinforce these findings while highlighting specific constraints such as limited technological infrastructure, variable digital maturity, and institutional readiness. The study offers valuable managerial implications, emphasizing the need for training, technology governance, and strategic alignment between audit functions and digital transformation initiatives. It also proposes a set of guidelines for responsible AI integration in internal auditing practices. Lastly, it calls for future empirical research to examine how auditors engage with AI tools in practice and to assess the organizational impact of such technologies in real-world settings.

Integrating Green Finance and Sustainable Development in the Built Environment: A Review under the Lens of Akerlof's Lemon Theory and Williamson’s Transaction Cost Theory
This article review delves into the pivotal role of green financing within the financial system of green buildings, focusing on instruments such as green loans and bonds. These financial mechanisms are tailored to promote eco-friendly constructions thus incentivizing investments in energy-efficient homes, renewable energy systems, and water-saving technologies. The review employs the Lemon Theory and Transaction Cost Theory as analytical frameworks to assess how green finance can enhance sustainability in construction. It explores how these mechanisms mitigate information asymmetry and transaction costs, thereby facilitating more efficient allocation of resources and decision-making processes. Through a synthesis of theoretical insights and empirical evidence, the review evaluates the effectiveness of green finance in advancing sustainable development goals within the built environment. Ultimately, this comprehensive analysis aims to inform policymakers, practitioners, and researchers about leveraging innovative financial models to achieve environmental efficiency, reduce greenhouse gas emissions, and enhance overall environmental conditions in construction practices
