Patomeccanica del disco
The model of mechanical behavior of the disk is very complex, also in the hypothesis to consider only a solicitation of compression.
The pressure of the fluid of the disk, of nature osmotic, has to compare him with the combination of the loads pressure and of the tension of the fibers of the ring. The flow of fluid through the disk is piloted by the difference between the mechanical pressure and the osmotic pressure.
In the case of non symmetrical pressures on the disk the phenomenon of exchange is locally differentiated, according to the punctual values of pressure reached. This mechanism has the tendency to favor in the immediate one the alteration of the geometry of the disk and to locally modify the metabolic situations, that change in the time of it, in worse, the fabric locally making also it non homogeneous with notable risk for its same health and for the consequent ache distribution of the loads on the structures bony and articular and back pain
The rachis is a complex cinematic system, constituted by a series linked of anfiartrosis that joins to the chains of abarthrosis of the superior and inferior limbs to guarantee the static activity and dynamics of the trunk and the general mobility of the human body. It has a fundamental importance for the general movement of the body in how much it constitutes both the structure mobility the trunk is the element of union between the superior part and that inferior of the body.
The peculiarity given her by her structure (connected articulated forms in series), it makes the rachis an unique element of mobility in the system muscle - skeletal
The CV contemporarily develops three fundamental and inseparable functions: protection of the nervous axle, support of the trunk, mobilization of the trunk. These three functions we are reconciled badly, from the point of view biomeccanic, and particularly the necessity of the mobilization makes the action of support more serious (to guarantee in all the postures) and, accordingly also the satisfaction of the function of protection of the nervous system (it is often really a lack in this function to produce the Back Pain).
The most greater part of the troubles that they strike the CV is of mechanical nature.
The mechanical problems, difficult to individualize (or correlated to the origin of the pain), but representatives 98% of the casuistry, laughed they up for: persistence of muscular contractures, chronic postural errors, alterations of system or tissular (interesting: disk, ligaments, tendons, muscular fibers, articular cartilages and roots of the nerves).
The BP of mechanical origin, finds origin in a zone of altered fabric submitted to an effort for him excessive
Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
The present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed
Variations on the Author
“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
