No full textEste artigo discute a interlocução entre a Psicologia e o Direito da Infância e Juventude, sob a perspectiva do paradigma da doutrina da proteção integral na política de atendimento da criança e do adolescente. O presente estudo, por meio da metodologia analítico-descritiva, que envolve, a pesquisa bibliográfica, com a utilização de obras e artigos científicos, a fim de fundamentar e aprofundar o conhecimento, tem por objetivo apresentar a contribuição da interdisciplinaridade da Psicologia com o Direito, notadamente, no Estatuto da Criança e do Adolescente – Lei n.º 8069/90; bem como demonstrar a necessidade de se fomentar um diálogo e uma aproximação do Ministério Público, enquanto instituição permanente incumbida da defesa dos interesses sociais e individuais indisponíveis da população infantojuvenil, em sua atuação extrajudicial, com a Psicologia Jurídica. Como resultado, pode-se demonstrar que a concepção piramidal da ciência jurídica é substituída pelo paradigma do direito em rede e como corolário, observar o diálogo da ciência do Direito com a Psicologia e outras ciências humanísticas. De modo a concluir que a Psicologia coopera e auxilia para a proteção e dignidade da população infantojuvenil. De igual modo, o Ministério Público deve adotar como política institucional o fomento de um diálogo maior ante a interface de tais ciências, em particular na sua atuação extrajudicial

The author focuses on the main classical contributions, then considers modern treatment of OCA theory. The second part considers empirical literature on the types of geographical areas that might constitute optimum currency areas, particularly with respect to asymmetry and symmetry of shocks.

Diagnosed by the following combination of characters: forewing with a distinct dark circular spot near the apex of the discal cell (see Wygodzinsky 1966, fig. 109 N); M and Cu becoming fused basal of discal cell forming a large triangular basal cell, large subquadrate subbasal cell present, R+M apical of discal cell weakly arched and distinctly branched; postocular region of head with tumid genal area; body length ca. 4.2 mm. Distribution. Northern Queensland and New Guinea (Fig. 6). Remarks. The unique colour pattern of the forewing makes this species easily recognized. Previously known only from New Guinea, this species is represented in Australia by a single specimen collected from sieved litter by G.
