Dwi Listyorini, M.Si., D.Sc, (II) Dr. Ibrohim, M.Si   Kata Kunci: Identifikasi, famili Poeciliidae, karakter morfologi, DNA Barcoding, Cytochrome-c Oxidase Sub Unit I (COI) Telaga Sari yang terletak di Purwodadi Kabupaten Pasuruan memiliki keanekaragaman hayati tinggi, salah satunya adalah jenis-jenis ikan dari familia Poeciliidae. Anggota Poeciliidae merupakan ikan yang berukuran kecil, live-bearers, memiliki dimorfi seksual dari segi ukuran tubuh dan pola warna. Ikan jantan memiliki gonopodium yang merupakan modifikasi sirip anal, dan ikan betina bunting dan melahirkan. Ikan ini terintroduksi di perairan Indonesia sebagai pengontrol perkembangan nyamuk malaria. Dewasa ini diketahui juga bahwa ikan ini dapat berperan sebagai model pembelajaran dalam studi biologi. Sejauh ini pemanfaatan, kajian sistematik, keanekaragaman, dan hubungan kekerabatan didalam famili Poeciliidae masih kurang, begitu pula yang terjadi di Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui spesies ikan anggota Poeciliidae yang hidup di Telaga Sari melalui pengamatan karakter morfologi dan analisis genetik. Parameter morfologis yang diamati adalah karakter morfometrik, meristrik, anatomi, pigmentasi, dan struktur gonopodium. Analisis genetik dilakukan dengan DNA Barcoding menggunakan gen cytochrome-c oxidase I (COI). Secara morfologi ditemukan empat jenis ikan, jenis 1 dan jenis 2 adalah Xiphophorus hellerii Heckel; jenis 3 adalah Poecilia mexicana Steindachner; dan jenis 4 adalah Poecilia reticulata Peter. Secara genetik ikan jenis 3 adalah Poecilia mexicana, sedangkan ikan jenis 1, 2, dan 4 adalah anggota genus Poecilia, namun belum mampu ditentukan spesiesnya. Rekonstruksi topologi pohon filogenetik berdasarkan sekuen barcode gen COI dengan metode Neighbor Joining, Minimum Evolution, Maximum Parsimony dan Maximum Likelihood dengan nilai repetisi bootstrap 1000 menunjukkan keempat jenis ikan yang ditemukan berkerabat dekat dengan genus Poecilia daripada genus-genus lainnya dari famili Poeciliidae. Posisi taksonomik jenis 3 dan 4 menunjukkan kesesuaian antara karakter morfologi dan analisis genetik, sedangkan posisi taksonomik jenis 1 dan 2 belum bisa dipastikan. Masih diperlukan penelitian lebih lanjut untuk menentukan posisi taksonomiknya

    Siriella singularis Nouvel, 1957 Type locality. Sidoarjo, East Java, Indonesia (Nouvel 1957). Record from Thailand. Khlong Don Sak River, Surat Thani, Gulf of Thailand (Murano & Fukuoka 2008). Habitat and depth range. Shallow brackish water, depth: 3.5–4 m (Murano & Fukuoka 2008). Distribution. This species is distributed from Indonesia (Nouvel 1957), Singapore (O.S. Tattersall 1960) and Thailand (Murano & Fukuoka 2008). Remarks. This species is the only species placed within the Singularis-group due to the combination of the proximal segment of uropodal exopod armed with only spines on the outer margin, and remarkably modified terminal setae on the second to fourth male pleopods.     Hypererythrops validisaeta Fukuoka and Murano, 2002 Type locality. Andaman Sea, Thailand (Fukuoka & Murano 2002). Record from Thailand. South-eastern Andaman Sea, next to Phuket Island (Fukuoka & Murano 2002). Habitat and depth range. Marine, depth: 28–80 m (Fukuoka & Murano 2002). Distribution. To date, this species is distributed only in the Andaman Sea (Fukuoka & Murano 2002). Remarks. The term “validisaeta” is derived from validus meaning strong in combination with saeta meaning stiff hair, referring to the robust modified seta on the fourth pleopod of male (Fukuoka & Murano 2002).     Pleurerythrops sp. Record from Thailand. South-eastern Andaman Sea, next to Phuket Island (Fukuoka & Murano 2002). Habitat and depth range. Marine, depth: 45–61 m (Fukuoka & Murano 2002). Distribution. This species is collected from Andaman Sea (Fukuoka & Murano 2002). Remarks. According to Fukuoka & Murano (2002), specimens of Pleurerythrops sp. are all females, so that correct generic placement cannot be determined.     Anchialina sp. Record from Thailand. South-eastern Andaman Sea, next to Phuket Island (Fukuoka & Murano 2002). Habitat and depth range. Marine, depth: 35–75 m (Fukuoka & Murano 2002). Distribution. This species is collected from Andaman Sea (Fukuoka & Murano 2002). Remarks. The collected specimens of Ancialina sp. from Fukuoka & Murano (2002) belongs to the grossagroup due to the presence of exopod termination of the third pleopod in immature male specimens. However, due to all specimens being immature they cannot identified completely to species. This species is distributed from the Andaman Islands (W.M. Tattersall 1922), South China Sea (Liu & Wang 1983) to the Andaman Sea (Fukuoka & Murano 2002). Remarks.
