Cílem práce je provést potřebné analýzy pro přípravu podnikatelského plánu a zhotovení jeho návrhu. V závěru autor odpoví na výzkumnou otázku, zda se v tomto konkrétním prostředí a trhu za konkrétních podmínek vyplatí začít podnikat. K dosažení cílů autor provede analýzy související s tématem, provede dotazníkové šetření, sestaví vlastní podnikatelský plán a závěrem odpoví na výzkumnou otázku.The bachelor thesis focuses on the preparation of a business plan for a potential newly established company Individual football training Litol – Michal Zoubek, which would offer individual football training in Litol. The aim of the thesis is to carry out the necessary analyses for the preparation of the business plan and to make a proposal. Finally, the author answers the research question whether it is worth starting a business in this particular environment and market under specific conditions. In order to achieve the objectives, the author will carry out analyses related to the topic, conduct a questionnaire survey, draw up his own business plan and finally answer the research question

Quaint Fantasy. Apprehension of Michal Ajvaz as an Author of Magical Realism
Full text linkThe thesis deals with a question if it is appropriate to consider Czech writer Michal Ajvaz to be an author of magical realism. His fiction usually incorporates supernatural objects or events into a natural fictional world just as in the fiction of magical realism. The thesis analyses the nature of magic motifs and events in the studied literature, as well as literary techniques, which are used to achieve this specific kind of poetics. By examination of the canonical works of magical realism, such as the novel One Hundred Years of Solitude by G. G. Márquez, The House of the Spirits by Isabel Allende or the novel Midnight Children by S. Rushdie, we can specify the structure of this literary genre and compare it to the texts of Michal Ajvaz. In a survey, we focus on two Ajvaz's early novels - the fantastic one The Other City (1993) and the philosophical prose The Golden Age (2001). Poetics of affectivity by Michal Tallo
Full text linkMichal Tallo belongs to the young generation reviving certain aspects of anesthetic poetics, which formed in Slovak poetry at the beginning of the 1990s. Anesthetic procedures are directly related to the observed aspect of emotionality in Tallo‘s work. The paper follows the male lyrical heroes from the collections Antimita (Anti-intimacy) (2016), Δ [Delta] (Delta) (2018), Kniha tmy (The Book of Darkness) (2021), and the male characters of the short story Futbal (Football) from the book Všetko je v poriadku, všade je láska (All is well, there is love everywhere) (2024). The paper focuses primarily on one element of Michal Tallo poetics, which is called "admitted affectivity." Legal and Financial Problems of International Joint Custody of Children
Full text linkThe aim of this article is to analyze very interesting and currently up-to-date area of children living in international joint custody from the legal and financial point of view. This covers the situation when custody of a child is awarded to both parents living in different states of the European Union (or also other states). The number of marriages contracted between Czech nationals and foreign nationals and also between nationals from two different states (not necessarily inside European Union) increases every year while free movement of people is a real practice today. Because these international marriages are becoming more common they bring new problems that must be solved by contemporary law. This regulation needs to result from the knowledge of the children psychology that is affecting family law the most but also has its practical aspects in the area of taxation and payment issues that will be analyzed deeply as well.juridical problems, financial problems, international joint custody, family.

Jakub Gemrot, Ph.D., Department of Software and Computer Science Education Abstract: Playing a massively multi-player on-line real-time strategy game is connected with expectation of playing with other players close to your position in the game. Some games of this kind have a very long life cycle where the progress of each player is persistent. A match can take months, even years to finish. However, every match is very dependent on the amount of participants which is not always ideal. Different seasons of the year can cause massive drops in the amount of players. There have already been attempts to incorporate an artificial intelligence to these matches, but the goal was to provide a win condi- tion instead of fighting a decreasing player base. That is why we have started developing a framework which includes the basic mechanics of the game and al- lows customization of basic game elements such as units, resources, buildings or entire nations. Part of the framework is an artificial intelligence which is capable of playing games created using the framework along with players. Jakub Gemrot, Ph.D., Katedra Softwaru a Výuky Informatiky Abstrakt: Hranie online real-time stregických hier pre vel'ké množstvo hráčov je spojené s očakávaním, že hra bude súčasne hraná s viacerými hráčmi súčasne, ktorí sa nachádzajú v blízkosti pozície hráča. Niektoré hry tohto typu sú špecifické svojím vel'mi dlhým životným cyklom, v ktorom je postup jednotlivých hráčov v hre trvalý. Jedno kolo hry môže trvat' týždne, mesiace, až roky. Avšak, každé kolo je závislé od počtu zúčastnených hráčov. Tento počet nemusí byt' vždy ideálny. Rôzne ročné obdobia môžu spôsobit' vel'ký pokles počtu hráčov prítomných v hernom svete. ABSTRAKT Cílem této diplomové práce je zjistit, zda žáci druhého stupně základní školy, konkrétně žáci 6. ročníku, jsou schopni samostatně experimentovat v prostředí dynamické geometrie u vhodně připravené úlohy. Mezi teoretická východiska práce patří studie platného zamýšleného kurikula geometrie na druhém stupni základní školy, vztah tzv. badatelsky orientovaného vyučování k možnosti žákovského experimentování ve výuce geometrie, studie pedagogických teorií v souvislosti s žákovským bádáním a rovněž ve vztahu k matematizaci, která je ve výuce matematiky a geometrie nutně žádána. Žákovský experiment je zde koncipován jako samostatná didaktická metoda. Z hlediska proveditelnosti experimentu i návazného výzkumu bylo zvoleno prostředí dynamické geometrie - systém GeoGebra. Teoretická část práce je zakončena popisem parametrů důležitých pro uskutečnitelnost experimentování v prostředí dynamické geometrie ve výuce geometrie. ABSTRACT The aim of this diploma thesis is to find out whether the pupils of the second stage of primary school, specifically the pupils of the 6th grade, are able to experiment independently in the environment of dynamic geometry with a suitably prepared material. The theoretical basis of the work includes the study of the valid intended curriculum of geometry at the second stage of primary school, the relationship of so-called inquiry-oriented teaching to the possibility of student experimentation in learning geometry, the study of pedagogical theories in connection with inquiry education and also in relation to mathematisation, which is in the teaching of mathematics and geometry necessarily required. The student experiment is conceived here as an independent didactic method. From the point of view of the feasibility of the experiment and subsequent research, the environment of dynamic geometry was chosen - the GeoGebra system.
